I got a large room with a window. The bathroom was clean and convenient. There were hunger for placing coats. New television. A place to put the computer and work. enough plugs for charging telephones and computers. Stuff was very helpful for every request and warm and welcome.

I think for six day stay room cleaning is required every other day. There used to be a place where we could get hot and cold water . It was free of charge but even if offered at a modest charge it could be helpful as there is no device for room boiling water or regular bottle of water in the rooms. inconvenience.

Tiny room but had everything we needed. So close to Victoria station and lost of restaurants and fast food/coffee spots.

The room should have used a shelf or a couple hooks, we really had to use the small floor and couldn’t really walk. The room was basically just a bed, but for the price and location we can’t complain.

We were very impressed with our stay at EasyHotel. We booked a family room, on booking there wasn’t many pictures so we assumed the room would be small but this wasn’t the case at all. It was a very large room with 2 double beds in, both in little “nooks” with their own tv’s and usb ports and plug sockets. The bathroom had a full size shower which was powerful. We assume the room had been recently renovated as there was no wear and tear and it was incredibly clean. The blackout blinds were very good at keeping the light out. Just minutes walk from Victoria Station.

Our only complaint was that there was no kettle within the room as we would have liked to have a cup of tea/coffee in the morning.

The price for the location was brilliant, a few minutes walk to Victoria Coach Station and the underground and had everything we needed, we weren't planning on spending any real time other than sleeping and getting ready in the morning in the hotel so the small size of the room wasn't an issue at all. We managed to time our few days away with what seems to be the only few days of summer and hot weather we are having this year so the air con was a very welcoming sight and was brilliant at keeping the room cool, especially as we were on the 3rd floor with no window and it was 30° out. Had seen a review before that said if you didn't enjoy watching your partner get dressed then this wasn't the place for you which I would definitely agree with as the lack of floor space meant we had to take turns to get dressed/ready but again no real issue. Was very helpful that suitcases and bags could go under the bed Staff all seemed very friendly and helpful. I use to always stay in travelodge or that style but your basically paying £200+ more just for floor space, will definitely be using this hotel from now on

Wasnt too keen on climbing up to the 3rd floor after a day walking round London. Could of done with having a vending machine to get possible a coffee or something as no facilities in room

The location is very good. Victoria station is nearby. Close to the center. Friendly staff. Clean room ant the whole hotel as well. Comfortable bed, clean blankets and towels. Everything is new , pleasant smell of cleanliness .

I have never seen such a small room before. Absolutely no space to move. You just come in and have to lie into the bed, because there is no space for two people even to stand next to each other. The bathroom is clean but catastrofic small. Thank god we are two small skinny girls, cause I have no idea how a person with normal height and weight could take a shower there ... If you have a big suitcase, don't even think of choosing room 315, because there will be no space to put it. No windows in the room. I felt even a bit clostrophobic in this room, like in a box. Although, the air condition worked perfectly. The price is too high for such an accomodation.

Location was perfect , 8 min walk from Coach Station , 5 min walk from tube/train. Room was clean, bed comfortable , staff were excellent, particularly when there was an issue with air-con in our room , we were in the basement no window, changed our room to level 1 no window. The room is no frills and basic, quite small for 2 people, particularly getting ready, had to take turns sitting on the bed standing / floor space. It's perfect for those who just need a bed for the night.

The room and bathroom could do with a shelf. No space for storing luggage in first room , 2nd room bed was raised therefore allowing luggage storage under the bed

In a wonderful location, we always take the coach into Victoria from the North, so it's perfect after a long journey, since the location is a few minute walk from both the coach and train stations. It's a great price for money and the reception staff are always friendly and we have always been welcomed with a smile. Our questions are always answered no matter how silly. The free WiFi is good.

The rooms themselves aren't the biggest, but it isn't really an issue since you get what you paid for, but for us as a couple, it's perfect for a night or two. I think we may butt heads if we stayed much longer.

Location, value, brand, we love EasyHotel! The manager was very helpful.

The bathroom was tiny! About the size of an RV. Wet room type. It needed a good cleaning, the faucet was in a bad location. Kept hitting it off or cold/hot. The sink faucet needs replacing. Our friends shower, room 315 didn’t drain so his wet room was very wet lol! The room is VERY small not really for two adults of any size. Very difficult for two people to get showered and dressed in comfort. The rooms could use some shelves in the corners and maybe a few more hangers and hooks. Under the bed hadn’t been cleaned and was the only storage so, our bags were covered in dust etc.

- A really good location just at the back of Victoria train station and bus station - Walkable to Big Ben, Buckingham Palace and other attractions - Comfy beds - Good price for what you get, and good air con in the room allows for lack of windows

- Check-in at 3pm and checkout at 10am is a bit of a joke considering how small the rooms are, cleaners don't need that 5hours so just encouraging late checkout fees - Charging £5 for luggage storage is the main reason - this shouldn't be happening - The room was clean but the walls were not, cleaners need to pay more attention

Location is the best. Near r great restaurants, train station with trains goin towards airport all the time. Also lot of buss stops and metro. Room was very clean and cozy even tho it was tiny which we knew it would be. We got early check in for a 20$. View was also very nice. Room had air-conditioner and TV with british channels (not a possible to connect it with wifi, Netflix or YouTube).

Staff, mainly reception. They could have at least a smile sometimes. But housekeepers were much nicer. Bathroom could be a little bit bigger (but we didn't mind since we knew it's tiny) and with a toilet brush. Also no elevator.
