We loved our little London Flat with the best view in London. We loved watching Big Ben and the Eye through our window like kids in a candy shop! We couldnt take our eyes off the view and we were waiting for Peter Pan to come flying through our window at any moment! The station is extremely close to the Inn which made it a perfect location and easily accessible to wherever you wanted to go! The staff were extremely friendly and were always willing to help with anything no matter the time.

Lift was missing but it was a blessing in disguise because we got some more steps in haha

Everything was good. I liked location not far from undeground and bus coach station, and polite administrator as well. Especially I was pleased with Ukrainian speaking staff there. In general it was clean and quiet there.

The real room's size was too small, however it was a bit bigger on the pictures. Amenities were not in my room and I had to reach them by some steps. As I was there only 2 nights it didn't trouble me much.

Just a few minutes walk to Victoria Station and the area i feel safe.

One of the morning staff (Indian lady)of Oct. 13 gave me a room that is not on my booking. I paid the room with a bathroom and she's given me a room with outside bathroom a 1 level up from my room. I complained and she's still insisted, I said it's a big NO! NO! So i hope the management give her a proper training just to follow what was booked by the customer, not judging her own choice. I hope she's not kind of racial discrimanition since I am Asian and maybe she look at me as stupid.

We were returning from holiday abroad staying in some very nice, but large modern hotels but the shower at St George was as good as nay of them and better than most. We were surprised to find we had air conditioning in the room, it was needed. Everywhere was nicely carpeted out. Breakfast at £7-50 was good value and just the right price.

The carpet in room 104 needs trimming up in the doorways. and some instructions on setting the air con for those that are not use to it. Both very minor points. At breakfast a better quality orange juice would really have made it first class rather than a bit cheap as its often the first impression. A room to store left luggage rather than cluttering the corridor

I have enjoyed my short stay at this inn. The room was small, but was alright for my overnight, as I had all I needed - a comfortable bed, clean private bathroom with facilities to take a decent shower, and a kettle to prepare myself a nice warm cup of tea and coffee whenever I wanted. Staff from the reception were all very kind and helpful, which means a lot, too. I also appreciated the closeness to the Victoria Station, so I could pull luggage from easily, and conveniently close bus stations where I could catch direct connections to other parts of central London.

I appreciated a possibility to leave my luggage after checkout at the reception, free of charge for the whole day. However, the luggage is actually being stored in the main corridor right next to the entrance door, without adding any personal tags to it to prove who left which one, like in most hotels. I felt uneasy to leave my personal belongings like that, although many guests did, so I found a different solution. I guess having an additional storage space locked away under, with a tag would be too much to expect for free from a small Inn, but I was prepared to pay extra for that possibility. Anyway, it is kind of this Inn to offer what they can to store our belongings after checkout, and I sincerely appreciate it.

Location and price

The location so near Victoria bus and train station, theatres and shops. Staff very sweet. Breakfast cost an extra £7.50 for a continental so we went to Weatherspoon nearby for a full English with refillable cups of coffee for less. This was second time we stayed here and this time we had a room down one floor instead of up 4 flights of stairs which was better with suitcase. Good showers both times and tea and coffee facility in the room. Quiet and you could control heat/ ventilation easily

No fridge in room Remote control on TV never worked even when I told staff about it. Fraying carpet between bedroom and bathroom No towel rail and no area in bathroom to put sponge bag and make up things around the basin. No opening window

The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. We didn't spend much time in the room as we were there to see friends and London. Perfect place to crash. Lots of good food and pubs close by. The early check-in was great so we could see a lot of London. And they let us keep our bags there almost all day on the check out day.

There were mold stains in the bathroom on the door frame and the extractor fan wasn't working. The mattress was a bit uncomfortable for me but my boyfriend was fine.

Excellent location, walking distance to Victoria coach station and underground. Clean and comfy.

Many steep stairs! We were on floor 4 which was at least 4 steep flights of stairs .. no good if you are not super fit! There were 4 rooms close to each other on top floor, we could hear our fellow guests in the rooms banging and they left in the early hours of the morning but made a lot of noise/ banging doors which can’t be helped. But maybe worth reminding guests to be considerate as there were signs around the stairs detailing ‘quiet hours’.

Main reason for booking a stay was location - it is great! Some of the attractions are close by foot, the rest is reachable by Victoria station underground train. Staff is quite polite. Hotel could use some rennovation, when it comes to hall and rooms, but it is tolerable. Breakfast is cold, but tasty.

There is no elevator and going to the last floor was not convenient, especially with your luggage in these tiny halls. Room is TINY and safe in the room was not working and the guy from recepction could not fix it. He called another person (probably technician), but as he was not in the property, they told me it will get fixed on Monday (the day we check out), which did not help at all.
