Staff very friendly and attentive to our requests. Hotel really big and peacefully, with many green areas (rice fiels) everywhere. Nice views from mountains. Quiet place and relaxing for a few days. Free shuttle to go to city (transportation to city takes around 10 minutes only). Good breakfast and very good restaurant.

We went to this hotel in december. Unfortunately the swimming-pools are not heated, so it was not possible to use them (water too cold). We stay one week and sheets from bed never have been changed.

Magnificent hotel with sumptuous decor, especially at sunrise and sunset. Offers a truly relaxing moment of calm. The whole team is welcoming, friendly and very attentive. We received all the help we needed to organize various excursions. The hotel is quiet but also a little out of the city center: a shuttle service is available, but you have to keep to the timetable. The service was very punctual and much appreciated. Great choice for the breakfast buffet, large fitness and nice pool.

The hotel is a little outdated, and certain elements, notably the decoration and isolation of the windows, could be refurbished. However, everything works perfectly well and offers great comfort. I found the lighting system very complicated :-)

Incredibly luxurious property built in a rice paddy on the edge of Luang Prabang. It feels like a private oasis back in time. Large beautiful rooms with comfortable beds, balconies, wonderful bathroom with huge bath tub. Three pools, multiple restaurants, beautiful spa, option classes/experiences on site. Staff was very attentive.

The location is somewhat isolated, you can’t walk just to town, but there are frequent shuttles. You can also hire a taxi or scooter.

reception: some do not understand very good english. the free shuttle to luang prabang: perfect but to return they forgot it - we had to call. but you can take a tuctuc for 5 dollar.

The Pullman was a really impressive site boasting fantastic views of the surrounding mountains. The room was very comfortable and well designed. Staff were welcoming and helpful with all our needs.

The hotel is amazing ! Our only gripe was when we opted for the Christmas Eve set dinner and it was quite disappointing. The dishes, while they looked incredible, were prepared in advance so came out lukewarm and were mostly quite bland.

The grounds are beautiful and peaceful, and the staff was very helpful. The shuttle to and from the town was excellent. The spa was also wonderful.

The room was so dark we had to use our phone flashlights to find things in the closet, and the hotel didn’t have enough hot water to ensure a hot shower or bath. For the price, this was a disappointment.

All the staff went out of their way to give an excellent service - reception, buggy drivers, restaurant and bar staff. Breakfast was excellent. I loved returning after a busy time in town to the peace and tranquility of the hotel’s beautiful setting. The shuttle bus was brilliant. The swimming pools were lovely too. I felt I was in paradise.

I was satisfied with the excellent sevice and love good quailty of spa. Also, it has a great view of swimming pool and trail so it was great time of walking all around the resort.

it is bit far from the downtown,but it has a complimentary shuttle bus, so it has no big problem. I was impressed with the compensation service for their mistake.

The coffee provided in the room was not that great considering the rank of the hotel, the fruit was a little spoiled, and the bathrooms etc. were not very clean, which was disappointing.

Staff are very responsive and proactive. The private pool is the biggest private pool I’ve ever seen in a resort hotel. It’s relaxing to swim in the private pool with the sun during day time, the stars during night time, and the beautiful sunset. Cute cats.
