I absolutely loved the pool area! The view of the mountains is simply breath taking. The breakfast was very delicious and had a great selection to choose from. The staff were also incredibly friendly and made the stay even better.

The hotel is on the edge of the town and it will take a good 20 minutes on foot to walk to/from the town center. However, the hotel provides complimentary shuttle service and will drop you off wherever you ask them to within the town.

The resort was everything we could of asked for and more. The standout was the amazing view from the pool and the helpfulness of staff . The food at the hotel was great, with the breakfast buffet offering a wide range of tasty food and the lunch options being a mix of western and Asian.

The hotel was a bit out of town but a free shuttle service was provided . In addition , there was construction work infront the hotel which could be distracting.

Everything from the breakfast, to the rooms, facilites and staff were impecable. The staff made sure we had the best time and made everything much easier for us. We ended up extending our stay there an extra day because it was so wonderful. This was one of the highlights of our trip to Laos. We hope to come back in the future.

Nothing to complain about.

We loved our stay at Tmark resort. the property is beautiful and the sights from the hotel are exceptional. It is a bit far out of the way but there is a free shuttle that was excellent. The General Manager, Daryll went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. He was reachable 24/7 for any questions we had and supported us with arranging shuttle pick up and drop off, booking activities and making lunch reservations. I have stayed in many 5 star hotel but I have to say I never meet someone as hospitable and professional as Daryll! He made our stay 1000% better!

Everything was great - the only comment I have is on the food. We had lunch at the restaurant, and it was mediocre although the breakfast was great!

The appearance of super clean place, new furniture and spacious rooms. Very friendly and courteous staff. Magnificient view from the room.

Not possible to hang your towels in the bathroom to dry and re-use. That will help the green image of the facility.

It was a pleasure to stay at this hotel, one of the nicest I've ever stayed at. The highlight of the hotel is the staff, who from start to finish were a pleasure to deal with. They were really helpful to us to arrange pick up, drop off, shuttles and tours and basically anything we needed they were there always with a smile and a friendly face. The room and facilities are top quality including a well equipped gym with air con and water available. We had breakfast lunch and dinner here and enjoyed the food a lot. The pool has a nice view of the mountains and a nice atmosphere in general.

After having booked I called the hotel to ask, if it was possible to be picked up at the airport in Vientiane. I had the pleasure to tallk to Daryl and from the first moment I realised that he was knowledgeable, efficiant and reliable. He turned out to be a real treasure. Everything we asked for was organized perfectly: He advised us a certain company to do the balloon ride - and it was the best , he suggested the train to take to Luang Prabang and even managed to get the tickets and we remained very satisfied. Everything was just perfect. As we stayed there for New Years Eve we took part in the party at the pool and it was very nice. Even the manager Francis took care of us and treated us almost like beeing friends. Thank You for a beautiful stay!

The location and view was amazing. The pool was warm and service was amazing.

The drainage of the shower was extremely slow and sometimes flooded if you took a shower one after another. The restaurant always had its doors and windows open so there were always flies in the dining area (only a small amount)

Amazing property! Staff is so kind and helpful. The food was delicious and the pool staff set up a beautiful table for us to enjoy our dinner while watching the sunset and the hot air balloons. Breakfast was included with our package and it was also delicious. Highly recommend!!!

Loved everything!

Excellent all around. The landscape surrounding the hotel was stunning. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Room was very spacious. Breakfast was of good quality and variety. I would stay here again if visiting Vang Vieng again.

The town and other restaurants are a bit further away but the hotel provided a reliable shuttle service there.
