The rooms are big & very comfortable. A very good stay with lovely staff.

1) They must install more lights in rooms. 2) Bank Charges 3% if payment made with Credit card is cutting throat to expensive. 3) Shower areas need to install or fix with some materials holding item, so it will easy to keep shower items. 4)No cotton butt is provided, it difficult to look one when needed. Toilet amenities must improve.

Good breakfast; spacious room; attentive and helpful personnel; good location in a quiet side road, but close to restaurants and cafés as well as attractions like That Dam Stupa, Mekong river, Wat Si Saket, Patuxai, Night Market and Central Bus Station

Location, cleanliness, ability and friendliness of staff with English clearly understood at the front desk. (Sorry I don't speak Lao.) Size of room with Aircon and hot water. Daily cleaning and room make up without question.

Included breakfast is varied but eggs etc are put out early and allowed to get cold. Coffee but not tea supplied in room.

The hotel is small but clean, nicely decorated, staff is super nice and helpful especially with our disabled family member, located in an area with lots of cafes/restaurants, buffet had delicious foo

Wished more of the property was wheelchair friendly but it’s not the property’s fault. Most of Laos is not wheelchair accessible.

In a great location. Seems fairly new. Staff is very good…kind and helpful. Bed was EXTREMELY comfortable. The courtyard where they serve breakfast is surprisingly attractive…seems like the kind of area you’d find in a hotel that costs twice as much. Breakfast selection was good, but unfortunately they did not keep the food warm! I had the scrambled eggs which were nicely prepared but they were much too cold to eat. Also, the coffee could be a lot hotter. Breakfast staff was very nice too, pretty girl and polite friendly young guy.

Noted above re: temperature of breakfast items. WiFi could be a little slow and wonky at times.

Good all-around hotel with a lovely courtyard for outdoor breakfast dining. Breakfast was good- the best scrambled eggs in Laos! Accommodating staff.

They mopped the floors at high- traffic times, ie breakfast, with no signage indicating wet floors. I and others in my group almost slipped several times during our stay. No bedside light - must go to switch by door to turn off.

The staff, facilities and service were all excellent. The room was large, plenty of hot shower water. Free drinking water. Good happy hour and plenty of breakfast options. Reception staff particularly Mr Tee were very helpful with booking train tickets and local information.

Good location in Vientiane. It is a large hotel and used by a lot of tour groups. My room was very quiet and comfortable. I had no problems with the WIFI and there was a good choice of food at the breakfast. It is good value for money. Convenient for the airport.

No problems during my stay.

This is the best spot for a comfortable and quiet stay in Vientiane for me. Period. The room was large, clean, and quiet; the staff was friendly and spoke good English, which is fairly rare here. I particularly appreciated the attention to details: the furniture, appliances, and the soundproofing joist tape on the door frame (see picture). I'll definitely stay there again and highly recommend this place.

It was a flawless experience for me.

This hotel was good overall. Breakfast was very good with coffees made to order. Bed was comfortable and large. Room was quiet. It wasn't far to walk to cafes and the bus station.

I was charged more than the rates advertised at reception. Not sure why!
