Me and my family booked and stayed there one night firstly. Then, we extended and stayed 2 more nights. Everything was great and we loved the hotel. The staff helped to book our local tours in Vientian, and to Luangprapang. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to Vientian.

The location is great, even though I don’t know Vientiane that well. The staff are amazing, especially the woman on reception, named YEN. She printed off documents for me, told me how to get to the COPE Visitor Centre (you must go here even if you have no time for anything else!) and went outside to book a tuk-tuk for me! Upon arriving in the evening, I didn’t think the room was great but when I awoke I could see that it was. The room I was in had a crack in the door and one or two other issues but it’s mostly maintained very well. The breakfast and the level in which its served (7th floor) us really good and makes up for any small faults the hotel may have. I only stayed one night but I would recommend it.

Perhaps the shower area could have been a bit modernised but the water itself was perfect. I’m not sure if the lights / lamps at the head of the bed worked but I couldn’t find the switch if they did. Not a deal-breaker at all though.

Room; I liked the size of the room. I found the bed to be very comfortable. The room had a good working refrigerator, decent AC. Wifi was great. Breakfast; The staff provided some good breakfast service. Choices of egg, different fruit, noodles The staff; they were very helpful, friendly and hard working Location; close to the (food) night market and the regular night market. Close to some beautiful Buddhist temples.

The hotel Building itself is in need of some repairments.

Hotel is a little dated but decent size comfortable clean room with very small balcony. Receptionist is very friendly & helpful and can arrange bus tickets. Breakfast is simple but adequate with good coffee and a selection of fruits. Night Market with seafood around the corner on Rue Hengboun, 2 mins walk. A good selection of French and Italian restaurants within a 10 mins walk towards the river. The airport is a 10 mins tuk-tuk ride and most sights are within walking distance.

The adjacent building works can occasionally be noisy but this is a general problem in Vientiane.

The hotel is really well located, within walking distance to the riverside night market and nice restaurants/cafes. You can reach the Patuxai monument within 20 minutes on foot. The staff are very friendly and are really helpful, they helped organise us a very early airport taxi. The included breakfast is simple but tasty (eggs cooked to order, toast, cereal, fruit).

The hotel is quite old and the bathroom especially needs renovating. The shower leaked onto the floor and it was perhaps not as clean as it could have been.

Good breakfast with good coffee, nice rooms, relatively comfy beds. The wifi was good but was spotty at times. The hotel staff were amazing and helped us feel very safe after being uncomfortably approached by another guest (two female travelers). They booked our ride to the airport and it came exactly on time. Very friendly. Would recommend this hotel, worth the money and at a good price. Great location, near the night market.

The shower was a bit small, the door was broken, and the hot water was limited, but this was a luxury bathroom compared to the hostels we had been staying in.

The property is well located, easy to get to the sights of the city & surrounding area. The staff were amazing, so helpful, friendly and wanting to help us. We stayed two nights and felt this was enough. They booked our transfer for us to Vang Vieng, helped us with a SIM card too. Breakfast was ok, you can order fried eggs, scrambled eggs, omelette & pancakes over and above fruit, bead, noodles, salad & juice/coffee/tea laid out. You are literally round the corner to a night market and several resturant’s too. I had read that the hotel didn’t have maps so left then a tourist map that hopefully they will use with other customers!

probably could do with some modernisation in the bathrooms albeit we had very hot water & toiletries provided.

Great budget hotel, if your looking just for a place to stay and wash and have a bed. Staff were friendly and very helpful, booked my bus for me into Udon Thani.

The hotel is very outdated and is in a bad need of renovation.

The staff is super friendly, super easy to extend the stay( we were waiting for a visa) they also do visas for you at the front desk. The Hotel is in a quiet street, but you have a lot of good place to go and eat super close. A night market right down the street.

They have a mosquito problem, but they are aware of it and spray the rooms. Have some incense, anti mosquito spray with you. The bed was a bit hard for me, but that is personal preference.

Great breakfast, good location. All good except misleading info about bus tickets.

Sad to say, but they sell wrong bus tickets and info is totally misleading. At the Reception we bought bus tickets to Pakse, it said 8hours, seating bus. Not even close to that. After we arrived to Bus Station we were forced by drivers to change tickets, because our tickets are not valid, we had to pay some additional 40k. In the end it was 17!!!! hours in a sleeping bus. It should be mentioned somewhere, because it is not even close to 8 hours.
