Very nice place to stay for visit Ventiane city, the room was ok, near you can find all your needs. A lots of things to do.

Traveling around Asia for several weeks: This was by far the best accommodation I had. Spotlessly clean, lots of space, first-class, modern facilities. Best breakfast selection. Very friendly and helpful staff. Since I had to go back to Vientiane on the way back, I naturally booked the hotel again.

There are two points that could lead to criticism, but they didn't bother me at all: 1. The apartment has a kitchenette, but no equipment, dishes, etc. For me, it was only important to be able to make coffee and tea and to have a good refrigerator. 2. It is a bit outside of the center. In my opinion, this should be seen as an advantage, as it is quieter and you can easily drive into the center at any time for around $2. But you save a lot of money if you compare it with hotels/rooms of the same quality in the center.

The Urbanite is a relatively new building on the edge of the center of Vientiane. There are several other hotels of the same category in the vicinity. There are small stores opposite for drinks and snacks. It is a four-star hotel and we can fully confirm this standard. It offers all the comfort and convenience you need when traveling. We spent four nights here as a family with two adult children and it was wonderful. The first positive feature to mention is the reception staff. At the front desk, the always friendly smiling Ms. Kham, Ms. Ti, Mr. Yeehcell, Mr. Chantaree and Mr. Wim made sure to fulfill all our requests and answer our questions. It was truly remarkable. Whenever we appeared in the lobby, one of the five staff members would greet us with a friendly face from behind the reception desk. The breakfast was very special and delicous. There were four Laotian main courses with rice, a different delicacy every day. The variations were very varied and extremely tasty. I would love to have this cook at home. For lovers of continental breakfasts, there were omelettes, bacon and sausages. There was also a fruit bar with lots of fruit and other delicacies. The buffet chef was also very friendly and always eager to answer any questions. Very, very good service, really. Of course, I don't want to forget the room service. Whatever you needed, towel, soap or anything else. They were always there to help in a friendly manner. So great! (a big "Thank you" to the staff for everything)

there was really absolutely nothing to complain about... except that the very hot chili oil ran out on the last day, well, I could cope with that with the delicious food ;-)

The staffs are really helpful.

if you ask them to book some transportation, it def. over-charged. Just book yourself with the Loca App. They charged 15 USD for 10 mins drive (should be like less than 5)

We had spent 70 days 'on the road' in SE Asia and the Urbanite was supposed to be a treat, a bit of indulgence after a long list of budget accommodation. We had a lovely time at the Urbanite hotel and felt truly pampered. The staff were polite and courteous but also friendly and kind. The apartment was spotless and cleaned every day and had a great feeling of spaciousness about it. We loved the kitchen and bathroom, indulged in Netflix and enjoyed the views from the balcony. The breakfasts were great and it was a treat to try a different breakfast menu every day. We made daily use of the lovely swimming pool and look forward to it after trudging the hot streets of Vientiane. The Urbanite gave us time to relax, indulge and recharge our batteries.

There was nothing not to like.

The Staff. All very kind and personable. Special thanks to MR. VONGKGAN VONGTHONGCHIT who went the extra mile to help us even before we reached Vientiane. He's our first contact and sure speaks for the rest. Our sincere thanks to you, Sir! Thanks to the staff behind the counter - day and evening shift. Their smiles, kindness and efficient service is worth coming again. To the cleaning, kitchen and other staff members, thank you all! They work behind the scene yet they make their presence known in the whole building.

The staff were what made this hotel ( especially Deth). Super friendly, welcoming & helpful. The rooms are spacious and have a kitchenette & washing machine which is useful when travelling for a longer period of time. The gym was small but had enough equipment for a workout and it worked fine, plus it has aircon which is a bonus. The pool was nice however the toilet by the pool needed to be cleaned.

The breakfast didn't have any vegetarian/vegan options apart from cereal or toast. This wasn't a massive deal to me as I'm happy to eat both of those but it's worth noting

Breakfast above average, swimming pool very good, hotel exceptionally clean, beds very comfortable but above all Staff were fantastic, they were courteous, obliging and we were made to feel welcomed and appreciated, Special mention to Front desk -Reception and Mr Deth and Ms Ti.... my wife, daughter and myself had a very memorable stay and have no hesitation to stay again.

The breakfast was fine...a nice variety but not too much. Choose the breakfast option if you get a good deal...we did! Ask for "monument view" when requesting a room. At sunset and after dark, it's beautiful and worth the little extra money. The front desk was generally helpful, but sometimes they use the old saw, "hotel policy" when they don't want to provide the best service! No dining facilities except for breakfast but Royal Kitchen is just steps away. Fantastic food at a reasonable price. I'd go back to Urbanite Hotel just to stay close to that wonderful restaurant!

Was looking forward to using the pool, but it was closed the four days we were there. At least they were working hard to get it reopened as fast as possible, unlike many other hotels with pools. The exchange rate at the front desk was the worst we experienced in 37 days in SE Asia. Most hotels give their guests a more honest/better exchange rate, since it's a good/welcome service to guests who can't expect to pop into a local bank all the time. 3-5% profit on the hotel's side is understandable, but 11-13% certainly is not. Think of your customers first! In any case, don't change money at the hotel. Come prepared.

I recently stayed with my family at Urbanite Hotel for nearly a week. With extensive travel experience across various countries, including a previous hotel stay in Vientiane, I must say that Urbanite Hotel exceeded my expectations. First and foremost, the hotel was impeccably clean, boasting a pleasant lobby that set the tone for our stay. The room itself was exceptionally clean and comfortable. It provided everything we needed for an extended stay, including a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, microwave, and a set of kitchenware. We opted for a family room, which turned out to be spacious, with a large and inviting living area and a bright, cozy bedroom. The bathroom was in excellent condition, with fully functional fixtures and a good supply of hot water. As a minor suggestion to the management, I would recommend adding some local lighting, such as a floor lamp, to the living area to enhance the cozy ambiance. The breakfasts at Urbanite Hotel were outstanding. The menu offered a diverse selection of high-quality dishes, and it changed daily during our stay, which was a delightful surprise. Additionally, the hotel features an outdoor pool and private parking for the convenience of guests. I would like to take a moment to express my gratitude to the hotel management and staff for their responsiveness and willingness to accommodate our requests. It truly made a difference in our overall experience. In summary, Urbanite Hotel is a remarkable establishment with a prime location and an excellent price-to-quality ratio.
