The hotel is situated in a Center area, making it easy to explore any where in Vientiane My room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the modern amenities, including a flat-screen TV and a mini-fridge. The staff at Hotel Xaysomboun were exceptionally friendly and attentive. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel welcome and were always ready to assist with any questions or requests I had. Their hospitality truly made my stay The hotel features a nice pool area, which was a great spot to unwind in the afternoons. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and excellent service. I look forward to returning on my next trip!

The hotel is centrally located, near the That Dam stupa and there are numerous restaurants and cafes nearby, also the Tourist Info center is 10 minutes walk. The staff are super friendly and they accommodated my request for early check in without any issues. The room was a bit dated, but was kept clean and had everything I needed. The swimming pool area was a great addition - it gets sunshine the entire day. The breakfast is a buffet-style, however you can also order eggs, omelettes and noodle soups from the chefs. The Wi-Fi was strong both in the rooms and around the pool, allowing you to do some work while outside. Overall I liked this hotel and I will stay here again when I have to visit Vientiane at the end of my stay in Laos.

- As some people had noted, the free toiletries have a very worn-out look and do not seem to be taken care of, for example in the cardboard box for cotton bud left and it did not look super fresh - The breakfast choice could be improved

Nice spacious room, very clean, with hot water kettle to make tea/coffee. Good WiFi. Central location, walking distance to the major sights and temples. The breakfast buffet is wonderful, with lots of both Western and Asian options

Not many restaurant options in the neighbourhood, and the one restaurant next to the hotel (part of the hotel?) is unfortunately not that great. The staff at Reception is below par, not at all helpful, and tends to act a bit uppity, like they're doing you a favour when checking you in

The bed was amazing so we had a good night sleep. The breakfast was also very good, with unlimited delicious eggs or omeletes. We purchased our bus tickets to Thakhet from the reception.

One of the young lady receptionists was literally shouting in our corridor at 6.30am. She woke us up. We had to go out to the corridor to ask her to shut up. Absolutely unaceptable behaviour!

The breakfast was a buffet. It was close to at least 3 or 4 places for tourist to visit.

They served too much pork at breakfast and maybe out of 7 or 8 warm dishes sometimes I only had one option and at times none at all. So, every day i had fried eggs and some a salad. The table clothes were stained and dirty

water pressure was not great I don't like Hard beds but that seems to be the norm in Laos, if you like softer beds ask for one when booking and you may be lucky if you aren't there in the middle ofwinter you can remove the doona from its cover and put it under the bottom sheet

Very helpful and friendly staff. Forgotten my wallet in my room upon check out and they run to catch me to return it. Location also good, you can find near by restaurants, convenience stores. Walking distance to the night market.

Room was a bit nosy as was facing the main street but during night is dead quiet.

Amazing hotel! the sky bar drinks were extremely delicious😝 the bed was sooo comfortable to sleep on and the breakfast was also soo good🍳☕️,the price of the hotel is cheap and worth it ,highly recommended👍
