Breakfast was good

There is a lot of ants in my room. Lucky because they didn’t clam up to my bed. However the hotel is good and the host just need to take more attention about cleanliness

The rooftop swimming pool was very nice. Great buffet breakfast with fruits, eggs, bread, savoury dishes and best pancakes ever !! The staff was professional and kind.

Our room didn't have windows but when we asked for a new room, they did it. The swimming pool was dirty until our checkout.

Beautiful courtyard in the middle of the hotel. Fantastic staff and good breakfast. Location was great, I managed to walk everywhere I wanted to get to.

Rooms were basic but had everything we needed - towels, fridge, kettle etc. The hotel has a courtyard in the middle and a nice pool area so there is plenty of outdoor space to sit in. Breakfast was included which had both local and western options served in a (small) buffet style. The location of the hotel was good - we were able to walk to cafés/restaurants, night market, museums and patuxay monument.

Most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on

This is my 3rd time visiting Vientiane . I found that this hotel is very nice and cozy . Close from everything we are looking for when we are visiting Vientiane . From this hotel we can go to night market , Morning Market . Presidential palace . Wat Sisaket Temple and many more interesting places to visit just walk . The staff are very nice and helpful. The hotel room just nice little cozy room but very clean , the price was also very cheap. I’ll tell to all my family and friends if they want to come to Vientiane just chose this hotel to stay.

Good location and lovely to have access to a pool. Room was clean and cleaned daily by staff.

Bed slightly uncomfortable. Breakfast selection wasn’t great considering we paid more for this hotel than others which also had the same facilities

The manager of the hotel is also welcoming. We also used the taxi service from the hotel, the service is quite good and with reasonable price.

All the staff of this hotel was very kind, helpful and attentive. The size and design of the hotel is unique. The hotel offers good laundry service. Clean towels and two small still waters were put in the room every morning. Breakfast is good. There is a variety of food to chose from. All the food is tasty and fresh. There is a 24hrs reception. The pool area is quite comfortable if you want to rest from a walking day in Vientiane.

Lack of maintenance.

Perfect staff, great location, good vegan-friendly breakfast with veggies & fruits, nice & clean room with a desk and a mini-fridge (very useful to keep some drinks fresh), and cool outdoor pool.

A luggage room would have been nice instead of having to leave the bags in the middle of the hallway before or after check-in/out.

Breakfast was quite substantial with good choices for fruit good you won’t go hungry. The location is pretty central I enjoyed it

We had trouble with the air conditioner and it didn’t seem to work at four capacity and I thought there was an issue with the remote possibly also. The air conditioner is a little bit loud which can keep you a week, possibly
