Great place to relax, very nice hotel with great facilities, great pool and sauna area, small pool for kids with water fountains, the kids really enjoyed. Big variety of foods for breakfast and dinner. The hotel is next to the forest with walking routes. Overall Birstonas is a very cosy small town. We really enjoyed promenade next to the river

We had one person with allergy for specific food, so it would be really helpful if allergens would be provided next to the foods in the buffet. We asked about allergens in the sweets and the staff were very helpful and provided information. However would be easier to see allergens written

Spa, food, and staff – everything was very good.

We stayed in an upgraded double room, but it was already quite outdated: the walls were scuffed, the wardrobe handles were broken. The bathroom was cold, and the shower had no glass partition (the entire bathroom floor gets wet while showering). The towel rail was very small – towels, robes, and swimsuits didn’t dry after using the pool. There’s no option for two separate beds. I’d recommend choosing a mini suite or a standard double room instead, as this upgraded double is overpriced compared to what you get.

Vytautas SPA is a very well run hotel. Beautiful, modern, clean, in a lovely location. You can swim in warm mineral pools all day long, sunbathe, eat very tasty food (great buffet dinner for 25eur/p recommended), walk in nature and visit near by town with stores and coffeeshops. So it is a perfect spot for relaxation. Staff is polite and professional. The nice cleaning ladies were attentive and provided all that we needed daily. Special thanks to the technician who promptly solved the problem with faulty TV signal and even called the next day to make sure it was ok. We will be back!

A bit too far from home 😅

Stayed for short break and really pleased with our stay. Room was OK,SPA area ,swimming pool and restaurant also was OK. Brekfast was really good,evening buffet (€25 pp) also well worth it.Staff was super friendly. I general we would rate 8/10 and would recommend

There was no coffee in the room (kettle and cups are in the rooms but no tea or coffee). This hotel is a family hotel,so not for romantic and quiet hilodays for couples I should say... Bar at the swimming pool area was not working,so there was no cold drings avaioable (only tap water). Place is a little pricey for walhat you get,but very likely it's because we were visiting in high season on very popular dates.

We were two couples relaxed after special event for us. We got a two rooms not so close, but near by as we asked. The check-in was simple and smooth, staff is really friendly and helpful. Rooms (Superior double) are nice and spacious for not very long stay. There are coffee machine and teapot in the room and some portions of coffee/tea/water bottles for free. Water is perfect after spa, but also they have a mineral one for free to enjoy at the lobby. We wanted a four glass cups, so we went to ask them to the lobby and we get it. Spa is really nice, but jacuzzi didn't worked on our stay, but we tried to enjoy some different saunas, barefoot path and the pool with a massaging gadgets (some weren't worked also). It's perfect that you are getting a towels there (just picking up some on the way to spa) - you no need to bring it from the room - since it usually is uncomfortable and chained you to the bag/basket with more things to bring. Also in some saunas you should use a towel, so in this case you need to bring few of them, but not in the Vytautas spa :) Very nice thing that spa is working till the 22.00 and from the 20.00 there is time without kids - so adults can enjoy time in more peace and quiet. Also - you can visit spa in the morning after or before your breakfast - that's also very nice! Breakfast was amazing - nice serving, many fresh types of food/drinks/delicious, sweet things. We really enjoyed them! :)

There was not working a jacuzzi on our stay - and we got a message about it only one day before our stay. I've checked - there were no officially info about that in their page or FB. A bit sad. I was asked after and a three days after they noticed me that jacuzzi is working again.

All the staff are smiling, polite, friendly. We got vitamin D as a gift when we arrived, it was very surprising and nice. We didn't use the mini bar, but there is definitely everything you need. Delicious and varied food for breakfast. Delicious-smelling hygiene products (shampoo, shower gel, etc.). The whole design of the hotel is really very beautiful (don't forget to check out the hotel's amazing reading room). Our room was spacious, tidy. There are deckchairs outside, and a pond is nearby.

It is not possible to adjust the air conditioner in your room yourself, and if you manage to do so, it can be done by a maximum of 3 degrees (defrost/cool). The condition of the toilet doors in the changing cabins is not good, the handles are very rusty. The hot tub in the spa area is really too cold. Also, in the spa area, don't forget to take your slippers, because with the disposable ones provided by the hotel, you can slip very easily, because it is very, very wet when you step out onto the pavement and there is no one to clean the wet floor from time to time. In the evening TV get stuck from time to time and there is no Smart TV option.

Actually it is a great spa. Room is beautiful (blankets quality could be better). Spa zone well equipped, water of different pools was surprisingly perfect (heard before different opinions), staff polite (Host of restaurant should not judge people’s look and decide which restaurant we will choose according to our not super mega branded look :))) )

Due to wish to monetize every single centimeter it is way too much rooms. Spa crowded at some moments and difficult to relax. I think price for one person (140e) per night it is fair when you can provide high-end services. I enjoyed time, but for me way too crowded.

we have visited this hotel 5 times within the last year and all these statements are still true: - abundant and delicious breakfast - family rooms on the 3d floor are spacious and comfy with a wonderful terrace/balcony - there is a kids room with a babysitter (working 11:00-20:00 daily), where my husband and I left our 4y old to go to spa procedures as a couple - polite and helpful staff - beautiful and modern design (especially spa zone where they feature spa procedures) - in the big spa zone where there are 4 pools there is 1 that has mineral water (no itching as after usual chlorine water for those who have allergies or sensitive skin)

standard rooms are extremely small (no place for luggage) and dark (really small windows) we booked connecting rooms (two standard rooms with an inside door in between) when staying with a child for the first time
