Really liked the room and the hotel. Also it was super calm and well located, close from the beach but not too much from the crowded streets

We enjoyed our stay as a family of six in the 2 bedroom Family Apartment. There were plenty of beds and enough space for all. The air conditioning was a lovely bonus and having a fridge and microwave for our delicious leftovers from the island was nice to have. Housekeeping was awesome, we always came home to clean floors, our beds made, and always special extra attention and care (including our dishes being done!) We also enjoyed the rooftop hammocks and look forward to a return when the bar and pizza oven are open and in full swing.

The breakfast was very basic and the same each day. My husband and I have stayed in Holbox before and the breakfast we received was made to order. Here was buffet style. But, it gave us sustenance to enjoy our day on the island. The water pressure was iffy, but always hot.

The staff is great, always willing to help. The location was super clean. We had one of the apartments on the first floor and it was spacious and very comfortable. Maybe a bit dark, but not an issue at all. There is a water dispenser available at all times, which is extremely useful in this island. The shower was pretty good as well!

It was all perfect. The only thing I would say it was a pity is the fact that the swimming pool doesn’t get sunlight at all.

Great breakfast every morning, and the two bedroom suite was very spacious. Good location and lots of shade. The resident raccoons were adorable and the staff kindly made sure the kids got to see them at night.

A better orientation when we arrived-- how best to get to the beach and town, and recommendations for restaurants or other special spots would have been nice. In addition, when we arrived the pool was broken... and continued to be broken for a few days. I would have appreciated some kind of apology/recognition/recompense, as we have three young children.

Our room was spacious, extremely clean and beds were comfortable. The staff is very friendly & helpful. The location of the hotel, next to the beach, short distance from the center, yet in a quiet street. Thanks to a discount, the hotel very good value for the money.

The breakfeast is bad... fortunately you can easily find a lot of great options on Holbox and just skip the hotel's breakfeast. The kitchenette is badly equipped (one blunt knife, one scratched pan, one small pot). It's barely enough to cook something simple.

Two blocks to the beach. Bikes to rent. AC. Roof top hammocks were very comfortable and had a great view. My partner loved the pool but it was a little chilly for me. The price was great remember the eco tax for the island 34 pesos per person per night. Kitchenette is great but they also serve food by the pool.

No place to sunbath by the pool. No TV.

There is a large rooftop terrace with hammocks and tables, a perfect place to do yoga or escape in a book for a while. There are plenty of seating options outside the rooms too. There are resident iguanas, geckcos, and raccoons living nearby for wildlife lovers. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are cleaned every day to a good standard.

Spacious and comfortable rooms. You have a little space for you with a table outside your room. It was very nice of the hotel to provide us with unlimited soap, shampoo and body cream! The bed was big and comfy. Breakfast was quite good. Yes the wifi only works in the common areas, but you have tables and chairs to enjoy it (no 3G/4G on the island). The beach is just behind the place. At night you will enjoy the company of 3 cuties raccoon

The pool was invaded by a loud familly our whole stay so we could not put a feet in it.

Location is perfect, close to the beach and main street with cafes and restaurants. Staff was also very kind and helpful. Rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable and big. Tea, coffee and juice available all day.

There was not warm water in the bathroom, which was a problem especially for the shower. The breakfast was a little bit boring, there was nothing Mexican to choice for - everyday fruits, pancakes and scrambled eggs. WiFi is available only in the lobby, not in the rooms. Be aware that there are not a strong cell signal on the island, which makes you problematic to use Internet in the room.

Amazing location a short walk from the beach, loads of places to eat and drink but it was in a quiet area tucked away. Simple breakfast, no frills but enough to set you up for the morning. Beds are huge and had two nights of good sleep. Nice toiletries provided, as well as towels and beach towels. Lovely veranda/balcony areas to sit at. Friendly staff, and happy breakfast service

Rooms could do with a pop of colour. Views from the balcony a bit naff but doesn't matter for that price. Don't go there for the pool.
