Overall, we were very happy with our stay at Dreams Natura. The food and drink were excellent, service was always courteous and polite. The facilities were always clean and well maintained.

We read other reviews ahead of our stay- the beach is really only usable on days with no wind; so we weren't surprised. We also discovered that young children cannot use the watersides if they are too short.

All the restaurants on this property were really awesome. I would definitely recommend to other friends and family. We enjoyed Italian, Chinese, Mexican, and French.

Toooooo many kids at the property. Perhaps, we could've traveled at another time. Most families didn't have any control of their kids. My family and I were participating and enjoying a Christmas show in the lobby of the property. Whereas, I was hit in the face with a ball. Why were Kids allowed to play during this show. Additionally, these kids brought additional noise and slamming doors throughout the night.

First all inclusive and it was amazing the food staff and property all 10/10

I know it’s a resorts and people are all walking around but when weddings are happening it would have been nice for brides to walk down without people getting in the way. Im not saying block walkways for the whole time but just while they’re walk to the ceremony Spaces it would only be a few minutes and would have made for petter pictures.

The resort was beautiful and maintained well. The food was really good for an all inclusive, the drinks were watered down so I’d suggest getting anything you want on the rocks. The beach wasn’t swimmable due to alligators and high seaweed- the water was dark and muddy/murky. So, if your plan is to swim in the beach, plan to travel elsewhere for beach activities.

I didn’t like that the amenities i.e. the slide, zipline and poolbar didn’t operate from sun up to sun down. The zipline was open from 7am-2pm and the slides and pool bar closed at 6pm. The hours were a huge mystery as they weren’t displayed for guests to find easily.

I enjoyed the security, cleanliness, attention, free drinks and the beach/pool area. They are very organized and very courteous and friendly. Schedule your transportation round trip ahead of time to avoid scammers at the airport. Amstar charges $43 round trip. Covid testing is complimentary and required for trips back into the US. Just make an appointment at the Concierge for results up to 72 hours prior to flight. You can book great packages that include pickup and drop offs. The excursion to Akumal and Yaxmuul Park were spectacular if you love snorkeling and caverns.

It is very far in so if you don't have everything you need or are prepared you can pay hefty overpriced for items in the Sea Shop. The internet connectivity is not that great because one is far off. The view is of post pandemic construction so make sure to ask for poolside views. Walk with lots of singles. The spa is very expensive so get you mani/pedi at your local salon.

Cleanliness, attention from staff, food was amazing. All restaurants were easy to attend. Over all this place was amazing!!!

Adult pool and kids pool should be swapped. Pool that has the bar should only be for adults.

The staff was amazing! Food options at all inclusive resorts can be met, but the restaurants here were wonderful. The beach was clean and there were a ton of entertainment options daily.

Service from everyone at the hotel was excellent! Everyone was so pleasant and helpful. Probably the best service we've ever had at a resort!

The only thing we didn't like, which is out of the resort's control is the sargasso issue. They did a great job keeping the beach clean and free of it, but the water had so much of it, it made it hard to enjoy the beach. Beach activities though were fun.
