Location in party’s area the music for restaurant was very noisy until 1 am every day you can’t sleep

We can't wait to return to Delek Tulum. The staff were very welcoming, helpful and attentive to every request we had. The size of the resort is perfect for a couple's getaway, with everything within a few steps from the room (beach is steps away, while many good restaurants are literally across the street). The room was perfect size, with a large bathroom and very cozy. We really enjoyed wait staff at the beach, who were always fun and friendly to interact with, not to mention that the beach-side food menu exceeded our expectations (the fish and shrimp tacos are fantastic). We were on our baby-moon, so every day was spent lounging on the cozy cushions on the beach, and we'd head across the street each night to try a different restaurant (highly recommend Checkpoint Ciao literally in front of the hotel, as well as Arca and Heartwood nearby).

We read many reviews of people complaining about noise from nearby nightclubs and restaurants, so we expected the worst. But it did not bother us at all. You hear a low "thump thump" at night in your room from the nearby parties, but it did not affect us. Come mentally prepared to hear the nearby party noises at night, and you'll most likely realize that it's a non-issue.

We really liked the location of the hotel, which is right off the main street of Tulum and at the same time right on the beach. The small houses in the local style are especially great. our large open bathroom was a real gem. The view directly from the terrace and access to the beach was a great opportunity. The restaurant and beach area are also stylish and in very good condition.

There can be a brush in the room so that you can quickly remove the sand yourself if necessary.

Location was amazing!! Restaurants and beach clubs are close by (walking distance) Staff were amazing too and so helpful. Rooms were beautiful, we had part ocean view and it was stunning to wake up to in the morning. Plunge pool and heaps of beach lounges to use during the day are great. Would definitely stay here again!!

I was surprised there was no mini fridge in the room to keep drinks cold, but we just bought ice and a esky to keep water cold.

the location was amazing near so many good restaurants and bars that Tulum has to offer. the design is amazing, fits to local them, with spacious rooms price was competitive for similar hotels close by the coffee service in the morning was a nice touch with small bite of pasty the party at the beach club was fun, you can take advantage of being in the hotel

Staff could be better trained, they were helpful but only when asked and not informative - we had no hot water on the first night with but it would be useful to know in advance that it takes 5 min to warm up on the evening of the beach party, we had to give the car key to valet due to busy traffic - we bought a fresh bottle of water left in the car for travel the next day and we found out in the middle of the next day that our bottle of water has mysteriously gone missing!@-@, not about the monetary value but it’s a rather stingy bite / annoying feeling lastly, the pro of the location is also the con being in party zone, you will have music all night coming from venues close by, not a trouble for us but good to note for those who are sensitive to noise, be ready to be waken up by beats

The hotel is really exceptional! Since the check in all the staff was special! The beds are incredibly comfortable and so are the sheets. The bathroom had an incredibly vibe and a great size. All the staff at the beach & pool area were incredibly nice and tended to our every need in the most amazing way. The beach was clean, white sand, no sargassum! Food and drinks also amazing. The AC in the room also worked fabulously! Location of the hotel could not be better! Thank you Delek hotel for making us have such a happy stay.

It rained a couple of times during our stay and the ceiling of the rooms given that is made of natural materials did have some leaks, but nothing that really disturbed us. One of the days we woke up with a little dead cockroach and dead cricket on our floor but we cant really blame the hotel for this since you are in the middle of the jungle after all! None of these things were enough to disturb our vacation.

The hotel was stunning, individual huts located right on the beach. Coffee brought to our room every morning was a perfect way to start our day! Exactly what we hoped for during our first stay in Tulum!

classy. Green and lush despite being on the beach road flanked by some of the loudest hippest clubs and restaurants. Beautiful rooms. Rain showers, morning coffee brought to the verandah, yoga classes and a chic chill vibe

Maybe more variety in the wines and better prices, the drinks were really expensive without being anything remarkable. Had a bottle of rose for £90 (the cheapest) which was pretty mediocre quality.

Delek hotel was exceptional- super comfortable and top facilities, the staff was the best experience, they were super welcoming, accommodating all our needs and doing their best to make us feel super well and enjoy the vacation. The beach line was cleaned everyday (something not done by all hotels), the beach is great, super cozy and beautiful place with great beach beds, restaurant, and you feel safe and like in a small paradise, and the hotel gives the vibe that it is like a small boutique hotel where you have all the privacy and facilities and the best service i ever had.

everything was great, the only issue was that although the location is great it is in the middle of the party zone and the music is load at night for those who can be distracted from it.

Truly an exceptional trip start to finish, made solely possible by the manager, Fernando (THANK YOU). The rooms are beautiful, we always had a ton of filtered water at our disposal, everything is SO convenient (breakfast, bar, etc.), and the room was massive with a truly incredible view. Can't say enough great things. Had no issues with noise despite the hotel location in the party zone, instead this allowed us to walk on the beach to any other restaurants/attractions we wanted to hit. It's the perfect spot for a Tulum trip, feels very authentic, your room feels secluded despite being close to everything, just so great.

Wish we could've stayed longer!!
