The room and the whole hotel was very nicely done. I have been to plenty of boutique hotels that were boutique in name only. The location was convenient for the mall and in a safe area. There is convenient public transport within 5 minutes making the journey into town just 15 minutes for MDL 6. I preferred to walk though as it is generally a nice walk (30 minutes). Breakfast was very nice! The staff were very personable and smiley.

The staff didn't really know about laundry or excursions or anything local, advising you to use Google instead. I was initially advised there was no laundry service, although another staff member later said laundry was Eur2 per item, whether a sock or a pair of jeans. The actual laundry was a 25 minute walk away, but since I was there to discover, that was fine. In addition, it was next to a fabulous restaurant. There was no water routinely in the rooms, but you can use the mini-bar or tap water.

I've picked the hotel only because it is a straight ride to the airport - 15mins straight. And in the early morning even less. A big mall is next to it. So you can go shopping or eat something there. There is also currency exchange there and a small flower shop outside the mall. McDonalds's is also 5 mins away. The bed is big and comfortable. The location is not central so I guess it is more suitable if you fly in or out from the city

I've asked to book a parking spot as I've filtered the hotels specially for that and because I did no want to look for parking after a 12hour drive. But there was none and the hotel parking was parked with the cars from the mall which is right next to the hotel. I know that because I was leaving at 5am to meet my mom at the airport and there were empty spots. It is certainly a matter of taste but such a variety of patterns and styles mixed in one room... It was a bit cold in winter in the room. Though sleeping was fine. And the most interesting story: I was checking out and the guy from the reception asked my if I took anything from the bar. I said "no". And then he goes "Are you sure?"

Very good hotel in the city of Chisinau. Easy to go to airport with city transport. Big shoping mall just near the hotel. Hotel is situated far from road and it is no loud, you can relax. Big and clean rooms with everything you need. Good and fast Wifi. There are rooms with balkony (very usefull for smokers). And, of course - bathroom like in the VIP hotels))

The only problem is breakfest. From the food you can eat - boiled aggs and fried sosages. The rest - is snacks, drinks and sweet yogurt. No cooked meal. If they will make breakfest better, with love, like at home, they can be best hotel))

It looks so unique! It is very close to the bus stop for the airport bus which at 25pence (uk) per person, was perfect! Also close to town, many different buses to take you there, or walk! Right next door to a huge shopping mall with a supermarket so that’s the snacks sorted! Also close to a big park to walk around if that is your thing too. The interior is finished to a high standard. we picked the junior suite which was a huge room and bathroom. Amazing choice for breakfast. Staff all fantastic.

We did read that it said ‘bath’ rather than shower but thought it a misprint or oversight - but no! There was only a bath - with a shower head attached - but no shower screen or curtain. Not really an issue and our fault for ‘presuming’ wrongly but as there is so much space in the bathroom, it would be little issue to have a bath/shower combo.

shower needs maintenance and there’s lack of trust from their staff, for check out we had to wait for them to go up to the room and check the room before we were allowed to leave. As guest you trust them by giving your ID and bank details, but there’s no trust from them and they check the mini bar, it’s just ridiculous

Good and tasty breakfast with national dishes. Interesting interior design of the hotel and rooms. Friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel is located next to a large shopping mall, so the street is noisy, with active car traffic, and a lot of light at night. The hotel parking is not closed from the street.

The trolleybus from the airport drops off right in front of the hotel. There is a big shopping mall next to hotel. Room is clean and big, as is the bathroom. Good breakfast, cozy restaurant! 10/10

Nice hotel, 24h reception with a good service, perfect breakfast, just little bit far away from the center, but the is a good connection by public transportation or even walking distance is not that bad.

Very calm and clean rooms almoust in the center for good price.

Do not expect nice view fro the window. No restaurant that opens during evening/night time.

Modern,very good breakfast and literally 30 meters aways from the Mall.

Nothing really upset us.It was a great value for 55€ per night breakfast included.
