An excellent hotel with brand new facilities and furniture in an excellent location. Excellent bathroom and bed, very good and kind reception guys and room service. Clean, Quiet, peace of mind in the center. I got a couple room on the top floor facing the street and the sky as I requested from Miro at the reception. Thanks again! I made the best choice! If there was a coffee maker in the room and it was possible to open the window to outside air, I would give 10! Highly recommend!

The location is the best in town - everything is nearby: Kubushaus, Markthalle, Marine Museum, train station. Lots of bars, restaurants and groceries in walking distance. There is a possibility to park a car in a garage around the corner. The room is quite small, but still we had enough space for three and there was even a safe and small fridge.

The parking is a bit complicated - you have to get a remote control from reception and bring it back each time you drive. We stayed for three nights and had to take it almost every day, which was a bit annoying. There are some food options in the Hotel itself, but we didn't try them because when we arrived there was only fish for dinner and nothing else and for breakfast there was only some basic sandwiches on the menu and no buffet. When using the shower first, the water was leaking outside of the cabin and everything got wet, because it was not watertight. We put towels on the floor afterwards.

Location was excellent and really close to the Rotterdam Blaak train station. Rooms were very modern but also very small. We did manage to get connecting rooms which gave us a feeling of a little more space. Bed was also very big, which may make the room seem smaller than it is. Staff were absolutely fantastic. We were given an iron and board on request for our room. There's a supermarket two doors down and lots of places to eat nearby.

Bigger rooms would be better but that's not possible and it does say that the rooms are small, even at reception there's a sign. Soundproofing between rooms could be a little better. Windows did not even open slightly, which I didn't like as you can't get as much of a view of what's going on outside. Shower gel bottles were empty on arrival, which isn't great when you only find out when you're wet.

I arrived at about 9:30 and got my room immediately, although the official check-in time is 15:00. My room was spacious, very clean and with a huge bed. I had a very good sleep. My room was very quiet. There is an excellent fish restaurant inside the building . The neighborhood is central yet quiet and safe. If you stay there on Saturdays, there is a large market just outside. There is also a supermarket (Jumbo) a step away.

I wasn't so happy with the shower: the water stream was weak, and the maximum temperature of the water is just 38°C. I stayed in January and wished for a hotter water. The temperature in the room cannot be higher than 24°C. It's not an issue during the warmer times of the year, but can be bothersome when it's very cold outside.

Best shower I have ever had! That shower was amazing! Honestly. Me and my husband loved it. Never have I thought I would compliment a shower this much ahaha. Staff was nice but could be friendlier. My husband thought they were friendly enough but I guess I had different expectations. Great location, markthal and other places were walking distance. Bed and pillows were comfortable.

Breakfast was delicious but 19 euros for that was too much. I definitely think it was a bit overpriced. Not sure if this breakfast buffet is really a part of the hotel but they are advertised as such? (As far as I could tell) so I just wanted to mention this. Also plates and cutlery, mugs etc were missing consistently so I had to get up and ask the staff many times to bring what is missing.

It is a very new and modern hotel, just perfect for a short stay (we had 2 nights), very close to the city center. Extremely comfortable bed, we are tall people, so I know what I'm saying :)) Amazing restaurant in the lobby. Friendly and helpful staff. Parking is available and the price was lower compared with other hotels. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel!

We didn't have shampoo in our room, though, we had a body lotion and hair conditioner. I think someone just forgot to put shampoo.

The rooms are kind of small but very complete and clean. Everything is present in the room, the bed is very comfy. There is a great fish restaurant (Pesca) in the hotel. They serve breakfast there in the morning. The location is perfect! Overall: simple but complete, clean and at a great central location! Great value for money! Defenitely can recomend this hotel.

The hotel has, besides the rooms and restaurant, not that many facilities. However considering the fact that the hotel is in the centre of town, everything you might need is close by!

The room is very clean and new. Compact and cozy place. It was really quiet! The windows in the room are sealed, so the only noise we could here was either from the hallway (barely anything happened) or from the AC (can be switched off). Friendly and responsive staff, they let us keep the luggage after checkout. The hotel is in a middle of everything, yet the area is not touristy.

The curtains didn't close all the way, so the bright light from the office building across the street was shining straight in my face. The shower and the toilet are behind a semitransparent wall, so if you are a couple, you can wake your partner by turning on the light. The toilet brush was missing, which is another weird design decision. The air in the room was stuffed, but the ventilation could clear it away pretty fast.

Didn’t have breakfast. Good location, very friendly helpful staff. Modern hotel with lovely bar area. Loved the free water and fruit in bar area.

Came with a friend and didn’t realise it was only one bed, we would have preferred two single beds. Very helpful staff provided extra bedding si one of us could sleep on sofa bed. Open plan bathroom wasn’t great when travelling with friends rather than family, no privacy.
