When we arrive, the bathroom was not vers clean, mainly the toilet : :|

Clean, comfortable, and spacious living area with fully equipped kitchen, and a washing machine and a tumble dryer included. Easy check-in with (paid - $45 per day) car parking in the building. Pool available but most definitely not heated! FFantastic city location within easy walking distance of, well, everything in the city proper!

Some car park spaces (including the one we were assigned) are incredibly tight and require backing-up really snugly in to to avoid blocking other spaces, which can make accessing your boot or getting in/out of the car difficult. If I'm particularly picky, the sink in our room drained very slowly, which was a little awkward for things like shaving. Really not a big deal.

The location is perfect, close to almost everything. Lots of shops around, close to city centre. Public carparks close by if you haven’t reserved parking at property (public parking also cheaper) staff were friendly & helpful.

The toilet didn’t flush properly, really had to push the button quite hard to get it flush completely, took a few attempts every time. The dryer did not turn off through the timer on it so we went out for the day & the dryer was on ALL DAY. The apartment itself smelt like cigarette, as if someone prior had smoked in the apartment quite heavily. The TV wasn’t very equipped with much to do, been a smart tv with Netflix etc installed but unable to use, had normal cable tv tho. Would have been handy to be able to chrome cast or something as we had kids & at night as a family we wanted to chill & watch a movie after a long day out exploring. Isn’t very sound proof, could hear a lot of the nose coming from outside, loud music.

Location of hotel is within a few blocks of anywhere you need to go. Shopping area is just around the corner and there are multiple restaurants and places to eat within a short walking distance. We had a lovely view of the Wellington tower from our room.

We did have trouble with the hot water in the building. We arrived late at night and in the morning had no hot water. We reported it the next morning letting them know we would be out for most of the day. On our return we were advised it had not been fixed but they would like to move us to another room. Things like this happen and it was dealt with professionally and we were more than happy with the result.

The view from are room on the 37th floor, could see the whole Harbor.

Could not check in until 3 PM, exercise room was under whelming.

Location to city, train station, cafes and shopping. Wonderful, friendly and extremely helpful check in and out staff. Cleaning staff on the floor on arrival changed bedding arrangements as that hadn't been done as I requested and received acknowledgement for.

It is a bit tired, needs a refurbish. Could feel the concrete lumps on the floor under the carpet in the lounge. Grouting in the ensuite bathroom was black in quite a few places and the basin drained too slowly so it filled quickly - made cleaning teeth a challenge 😁 Apart from the lovely people working there I don't think it was worth the money that I paid for it.

The view was outstanding, we were located on the 29th floor you could clearly see the sky-tower and the main harbor. Reception staff were incredibly friendly, allowed my partner and i to check in early. The location is walking distance to Queen Street. Supermarket, shops, pubs, restaurants are very close. The noise was not an issue for us, it was a wee bit loud during Friday and Saturday night with the sliding door open but once it was closed we could barely hear anything. The balcony is not a large balcony enough room to stand on it and walk down, no option for sitting. The views are amazing so that didn't bother us to much. I would definitely stay here again.

The curtains could really do with a wash, behind them were a bit dirty, few homeless people wondering outside but thats to be expected in large cities, majority were friendly as well.

Everything! Bathroom comes with electric heated towel rail and washing machine. The TV has streaming services. Kitchen comes with kettle, toaster, dinnerware, tea and coffee. The balcony has amazing view of the harbour and Auckland Sky Tower. Right next to the hotel is a nice gelato shop. All the great restaurants and the harbour are in walking distance. Cannot recommend this place enough.

No complaints. The only slight quibble I have is if you're going to use the hotel's private parking garage, the alleyway leading the garage door is a bit tight and garage entrance isnt very wide. So turning the car into the garage door is a bit of a squeeze. You may have to reverse once or twice.

The location is in the heart/CND area of Auckland.

We were watching netflix at 12am with complete silence but the sound from the TV itself but we got a knock from the security saying our room was loud. When I asked if there was a complaint he said no but we were loud when the TV itself was just in 15. So my husband went out and even heard people talking in their normal voices and everyone can hear the sound because the wall was just made up of jobjab wall.

The view was incredible! Breath taking! Never experienced such a wonderful view. Sky tower harbor bridge sparkling city from full length bedroom windows to beautiful harbour from lounge. Got to see one big cruise ship leave early evening and a new one arrive early the next morning... and to top of the experience the HMNZS Navy Frigate Te Kaha do a turn around and go out to sea! AMAZING! Super clean and great kitchen. Walked to Viaduct for dinner. Close to Queen St shopping. When Hotel heard it was my birthday gave a lovely bottle of wine!!

Could use a space for suitcase and a mirror, but otherwise the positives far out weighed the negatives!
