We stayed here before and after the Salkantay trek and thought it was perfect for this. The location is a little out of the centre but it only takes about 10/15 minutes to get to the main part of Cusco - this also meant it was quieter at night. Plus, easier for our tour operator to pick us up for the trek as the streets in the centre can be really narrow. The staff were always friendly and it was no issue for us to leave our bags at the hotel for 5 days. The first room we got was really big and the bathroom had a bath and a shower, second room was smaller but still had a heater and a hot powerful shower. Beds were comfortable and the included breakfast was decent (small buffet and some made-to-order items available). Would stay here again.

WiFi wasn’t great in some of the rooms but apart from that, for the price we paid, no complaints.

There was plenty of staff. Everyone that I interacted with was helpful and pleasant. It seemed like they all spoke English and Spanish. My baggage was stored on two separate occasions with no issue. Though not the prettiest of neighborhoods, it seemed safe enough and close to what I wanted to be close to. Facilities were clean. The walls may have been a bit thin sound wise, but it wasn't overly noisy at night. I had a single room with a comfortable Queen(?) bed with plenty thick blankets. Mine was an interior room, the windows of which opened into a tiny atrium like area. The bathroom was a bit cramped, but not a big deal. There was heater in the room which I didn't use. Breakfast was fine. ... eggs, bread, fruit, juice, tea, coffee. Not gourmet, but good enough to get started for the day.

This hotel is an excellent choice for a stay in Cusco. It's walking distance to the main square but far enough to be able to sleep at night. The room was comfortable, there is working hot water and heating available. The wifi was excellent everywhere in the building. The staff was extremely helpful and hospitable, especially Richard Cruz Castro, the manager. Additionally the breakfast was varied and delicious. If I ever find myself back in Cusco I'll be staying here again.

There is no elevator and walking up 4 floors is rough at that elevation. Everything else was great!

The hotel really takes care of its guests. On each floor, there is hot water available for tea and coca leaves, and the hotel even has an oxygen tank. Every evening, the hotel turns on the heating in the rooms. They offer a very nice and varied breakfast, including sweet fruits, vegetables, delicious fresh juices, and several options for main dishes to choose from. We personally recommend option 5 :) The room was very clean, and we had our own kitchen with a microwave, which can be convenient. The bed was very comfortable, there was hot water 24/7 with excellent water pressure, and the Wi-Fi was fast. The staff speaks English. We can recommend this hotel 100%.

Extremely nice and helpful staff. I suffered pretty strongly the altitude sickness and Aldair would bring me teas and make sure I was ok. Once I felt better, Leo aand the rest of the staff helped coordinating taxis and suggested excursions and places to visit. I spent a day an a half in bed and I can assure it was very comfortable, same than the fluffy pillows:)

The location is not bad at all, but we ended up taking taxis to come back from Plaza de Armas (the center of all activities) because it was a tad far to walk back every day. Altitude makes everything a bigger effort and the taxi only costs 7 soles, so it wasn’t a deal breaker

The kindness and attention of the staff at this hotel are extraordinary. In particular, I would like to highlight the exceptional service provided by Richard Cruz Castro! I arrived well ahead of schedule after a long journey, and Richard was extremely helpful in making the room available to me upon my arrival to allow me to rest, at no extra cost. Additionally, he provided takeaway breakfasts for me when I had early morning excursions. His dedication was simply remarkable! The historic center of Cusco is easily accessible, just a 10-minute walk from the hotel. The room is spacious, large, and impeccably clean! Breakfast offers various options every day and is of the highest quality.

Exceptional warm rooms, great floor staff. Early Buffett was nice. Hot showers! They arranged for a early morning taxi to the airport. Oxygen in the lobby. Good maps of Cuzco!

Breakfast buffet was full at 6am. Often it was bone bare by 8 am, because staff didn't want to make more for the guests. No coffee, juice, cheese or fruit. Dependent on who was working. The man in the coveralls was exceptional. The female desk clerk was typically unhelpful, a "no" attitude. A bit distant from El Centro.

Er had a lovely stay with our family and our baby. The hotel is really amazing the people who are working there are super helpful and always friendly. Richard Cruz Castro made all our wishes come true. We had some massages helped us with oxygen whenever we needed some. He greeted us everyday at the breakfast personally. Everyone were so friendly and the hotel was exactly what we were looking for. Close to the city Center safe and not far to the train to Go to Machu Picchu. Thank you for making our stay so lovely ! All the best.

Maybe more to choose for breakfast. Salami cheese bacon… but still it was lovely.

Very easy location to access either walking or by taxi/Uber. Breakfast was nice, the special kitchen items were great (fried egg and toast, banana pancakes). We were out for a while and the hotel staff messaged us to make sure we were alright. We had mentioned our absence to a different front desk receptionist but it was very kind for them to take notice and make sure we were safe.

We do not have any complaints about our stay.

The junior suite had two rooms, one for myself and one for my travelling companion. The shared space had a small table with two chairs, plates and cutlery. Breakfast was very good with breads, fruits, cheese, battered potatoes (2nd morning) and a menu to select a cooked item, e.g. eggs, pancakes etc. Beds were comfortable.

Although I, as a visitor to Peru, had made the booking, and was the one paying for the room, the hotel staff insisted we pay an additional 18% tax for my Peruvian travelling companion. Although technically they may be entitled to do this, it felt unreasonable, especially as none of the other four hotels we have stayed at in Peru, have required us to do this. Sound carried throughout the building, with the wooden floors.
