Nice hotel, comfy and clean, not much noice. Good enough breakfast although a bit reduced options. Spa was clean, small but it does the job. Walking distance to the city centre, I’ll say 10-15 minutes but I’m a slow walker. Comfy bed, bedroom and bathroom size pretty good, elevator available, bar and restaurant available in the hotel.

I felt a bit limited on breakfast options, mainly eggs and pancakes which is nice for a weekend but we were there a week, then is not so fun eating the same everyday. The spa is free only for one hour, it feels extremely short time, and it’s small, even though I enjoyed it, I think it’s much better paying the entrance to another proper spa. Location isn’t bad but it isn’t great either. I would have prefer something closer to the city center, but I’m a city person and love exploring around so I felt a bit limited when I had to also count another 15 minutes walk to the hotel. But still not bad.

Easy reservation and fast check-in. Photos accurately describe the offer. Good location, in the walking distance from the Old Town, but in a quiet place. The room was super clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable, A/C worked as it should. The curtains can be drawn to make it all black if sun wakes you up. The TV remote worked. The bathroom had all it needed.

Getting connected to WiFi is a hassle. You have to register with email and then start getting hotels promotional emails every day. There is no way to connect to Wifi without consenting to receiving promotional stuff. You have to set up a hotspot from phone first to click on the wifi activation link that goes to your email and you have to do it from the device that will be connecting. C'mon we are in 2024 now.

Like the hotel. Nice location, close to everything. Spacious room, comfortable bad.

But hairdryer was really bad.

Very nice place to stay for short or longer time. Great location - pretty quet surroundings, but just a 5-10 min walk to Old town. Clean and comfortable rooms. 1 free hour in pool for guests each day, wich is very handy when you travel with kids :) We visited Gdansk 2 times and after first stay in this hotel we knew, that other time we will also stay here. First time we had apartment with kitchen (wich is also very nice to have with kids), second time - hotel room. Both suites met our needs very well. Also they have very nice restaurant with friendly staff. If I happen to be in Gdansk again, I will not even look for ather accomodations :)

Very good location (5 min walking distance ti the center), good breakfast, nicely clean, spa area for grownups and kids as well, very friendly stuff, good sound isolation.

We couldn’t connect the TV to the phone to see movies in the evening; the bed was rather small (it was myself and my 11 years old son in a double bed and that was too small for the 2 of us. If I would have been with my husband, we wouldn’t be able to fit in it. We are rather skinny people in my family). I would like to book it next time I will come to Gdańsk with the entire family but only if they have bigger beds :)

Property was great for being pretty central. The lockers were a nice touch and incredibly helpful for leaving luggage pre check in and post check out before flights.

Had to complain about the hotel music being too loud - could hear it in the rooms when trying to sleep. They did however turn it down once I advised them. The room we were in could’ve been redecorated there was a lot of marks and patches on the walls from previous guests. Bar staff were pretty rude and abrupt when trying to order drinks, they seemed overwhelmed by trying to serve food and also run bar at the same time.

Modern and spacious room, comfy bed. Everything was clean and nice. We had a kettle, 3 cups and a tea set, 3 glasses and bottles of water. A small fridge was very helpful to store some food we bought as souvenirs. The breakfast was excellent, we did not expect such a wide choice of cold cuts, salads and warm dishes. It was pleasant that our room was ready 2 hours before the official check-in time, so we did not have to wait. We have also visited spa (needs a prior reservation, 1 hour free of charge). Saunas there are nice, and are really helpful after a rainy day outside.

All in all, everything was fine, but a few minor things could be improved, for example, changing cabins and showers in the spa center. Cabins are in one space for men and women, the floor is wet inside, no hooks for clothes, no shoe horns. It is quite crowded there. One locker for 3 ppl is super tight! Showers need renovation, the water is cold and is dispensed unevenly. Some shower gel would be very helpful there as well. The massage features in the swimming pool were not working (2 out of 3), jacuzzi was small, and some visitors occupied it for all the time. Probably, a sign about a planned time available in jacuzzi per person would help a little bit...

The hotel is in the perfect location, 10 minutes walk from the city centrum. The room is big and fully furnitured. Breakfast is self services with all kinds of food, really delicious and various. The botle of water as a compliment was also nice. It is possible to leave your laggage before check in and after check out.

The sauna and the swimming pool is limited for 1 hour per day. And it wasn't written in the rules, otherwise I would choose another stay, because I checked the weather in advance and my plan was to spent Saturday near the pool.

Location and the fact that there was a little 'living room' area seperate from the bedroom. Cleaning Staff were amazing <3

- The bed was too small. - The room was FAR too light (black out curtains that didn't fit!) - The pool is in another building that you have to book to use in advance and are only allowed in for one hour per day (!) and there was no fridge in the room so medicine had to be kept at the (albeith 24hr) reception area. - Children's 'play area' was lacking.

Number 1 was located just on the edge of the town. 10 minute walk to main square. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and well serviced. Staff were polite. Rooms were spacious, and cleaning available on request, great sustainable idea. The spa was a bonus, you receive 60 minutes free use of pool daily, you need to book. The he pool area was well maintained. Lockers in reception to leave luggage on last day.

Would have benefited from a refrigerator in the room. Would have liked a safe available in room for passport/ money.
