The hotel was ideally situated about 10 minutes walk from the main town. It was very quiet in the hotel and room was warm and clean with tea making facilities. Excellent shower. Pool and sauna were very good too

The bed was quite small but other than that the hotel was a very good choice

Fantastic location, very close to the centre of the old town. Hotel pool was a great facility to avail of. The staff were always friendly and helpful especially allowing us to upgrade a double room to a twin room on arrival. Our group enjoyed trying all of the different varieties of ciders in the cider bar.

The sauna was out of service for the duration of our stay.

Most of all I liked the staff. Swimming pool and sauna were closed for the first half of our trip, so they offered complimentary dinner. It was a very nice touch. Location is quite good, only few minutes walk and you in the old town. Breakfast buffet had a big variety of food. There was only one sauna and small swimming pool, but still quite nice for relaxing in the end of the day.

Sauna and swimming pool was closed for the first half of the trip and we were not notified in advance. Also, would be nice for TV to have chromecast, but this is just a suggestion.

Location excellent, warm comfortable rooms, free apples in reception was a nice touch, water machines were provided on all floors, with a jug in the room to use which was excellent. Bar prices were reasonable for a hotel.

Dressing gowns were not very good quality and too small for my husband who is XL, Towels were small for bath towels. In the pool area the water lying in the dressing room made it extremely slippy and possibly dangerous

Couldn’t of been more accommodating - including allowing us 2 extra hours in the room free and then to put our bags in the bag store and use the pool facilities until our airport transfer picked us up. The foyer bar is cozy but we loved the cyder garden. Such a nice aesthetic for a few late drinks. the barman with the ginger hair and beard was really friendly and chatty and remembered us each evening. Great location. Nice rooms. Just 5 mins walk to the riverside where you’ll find bars and restaurants, or cross the bridge and you’re at the start of Old Town. There’s a large supermarket on the corner of the road maybe 100m from the hotel which is useful. We were able to walk to most of the things we wanted to see, or staff ordered us a taxi. I’m Highly recommend Gdansk and Hotel Sadova. We hope to stay again soon!!

We had to ask to have our mini bar restocked. It wasn’t checked and done automatically, but other than that, no issues at all, and that was minor. Not a complaint - but a tip - when having breakfast, note that as well at the main servery there’s a smaller one opposite with waffles and pancakes with various toppings, and yoghurts with toppings. We only had breakfast one day and didn’t see it until we were leaving, which was disappointing. Also the juices at breakfast are very watery and tasteless, they could be better quality. Other than those minor things, we had no issues at all.

The property is well located within the center part of the city, walking distance to restaurants and cafes. The staff are nice and friendly. The morning breakfast is comprehensive and good quality. The evening restaurant menu is limited.

The pillows are very uncomfortable and too thin. I have to stack 4 pillows on top of each other other.

The property is very beautiful and modern. The room was comfortable and had a very good size. The bathroom installation was also good, with a good shower and large sink countertop. Everything was very clean and organized (room, corridors, reception, restaurant).. the hotel is very close to the old town, the canal and its many restaurants.

We had an unfortunate incident the first night. There was a party on the ground floor and the music was so loud that we couldn't sleep. Luckily, the staff managed to move us into another room . Another thing, you have to pay for parking 70zl per day.

The hotel is newly built, excellent staff, friendly and very helpful, excellent massage, I definitely suggest you try the massage. The room was clean and comfortable and the size of the room was very good, but there was no trash can in the room, I personally like rain showers and our room did not have one. The view of the room was good, the window was also good. The breakfast and hotel bar were also very good.

The infrared sauna is very small, so is the pool, the sauna of this hotel is not good for Nordic people, it would be great if it had a jacuzzi. There were no paper towels in the room and we had to use toilet paper.

Excellent value for the money. Nice, clean and rather new hotel. Possible to regulate room temperature, which means the room was not cold. The location is perfect - 2 minutes from Gdansk Old town. Convenient parking behind the hotel, plenty of room. Tasty breakfast. The pool is big enough, however a bit cold. The sauna is small (suitable for 2-3 persons).

1) I paid for a superior room in order to get a bigger room than standard. My friends paid for a standard room. Interesting thing - their room was on the 4th floor and much bigger then mine on the 2nd floor. So that was a dissapointment. 2) The cleaning stuff is spraying the carpets. I do not know what went wrong, but one day after coming back my pillows and blankets were smelling really strong. Later I also found that the new towels had also this really strong chemical odor. 3) I stayed for 5 nights, not once were my bed linen changed. That was really weird. Other than that, I would still stay there again - the price and quality ratio is good. 4) There was no floor heating in the bathroom.
