As I had previously stayed at the hotel on business I knew it was a good clean and friendly place.

On my first stay I had a room overlooking reception and this was perfect, quiet and large windows for plenty of fresh air . On this my second stay I specified a double bed but had to singles and I had a view of a yard full of bin , this was noises late at night and early in the morning . I had asked for large windows as I can’t sleep with air con but the noise forced me to close the windows, not the end of the world but not ideal for someone with sinus issues

Excellent check-in, beautiful rooms and exceptional daily cleaning service. Beautiful breakfast with A La Carte pancakes, omelette and tasty porridge. Breakfast highlight: herbal teas in tea pots, beautiful desserts, freshly squeezed orange, grapefruit and tomato juices, smoked salmon, salatka warzywna. We didn't use parking but there is option for car park, too. Nice restaurant for lunch/dinner also where you can sit on the terrace overlooking the famous Gdansk high street. Short walk to the boots, many restaurants and Museum for WW2 for those who are into history. Overall excellent stay, no complaints. We would definitely come back again to this beautiful city.

Very central location.

Breakfast was a reasonable choice but not up to a 5* hotel standard. Hot option ,Sausages (hot dogs) baked beans, bacon usually very crisp,boiled eggs, occasionally mushroom’s. I did however got the a la carte omelette and porridge which was good. Staff were attentive. In the bar a half of glass of wine 30 zloty very disappointing. Stayed in the new refurbishment section of the hotel which was good. Unfortunately the fridge was not very cool. Had noisy neighbours and doors needed to slammed to close properly.

Great hotel, ideal location right in the centre of Gdansk. We arrived at the hotel after 1am (having had a late flight!) and there was someone on reception to check us in - the only thing that was a bit odd was that the receptionist just handed us the keys without telling us what floor our room was on or how to get there! Perhaps he was tired... other than that no issues, very comfortable good sized room with lots of amenities like tea/coffee, kettle, coffee machine, robes and slippers. We didn't use the breakfast facilities or the gym facilities so can't comment on those- but we had a great 5 night stay. Bar area was nice and reasonably priced. Hotel is walking distance to everything you might want in Gdansk (including only 15mins walk from the station if you want to get the train to visit elsewhere in Poland)

Only the receptionist who was on the night of our arrival as above. But that's a very small thing. Otherwise- no complaints at all!

The hotel was gorgeous and in a perfect location, right around the corner from the old town. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We had a gorgeous premium room with plenty of space.

Our particular room was uncomfortably warm. We asked at reception if the air conditioning in our room could be fixed. We were told it is controlled centrally and not individually in each room. Staff informed us this was turned off at a particular time during the day. We were there at an unusually warm time for the time of year but it made the room uncomfortable to sleep in. I also found the pillows uncomfortable; they were too soft so ended up using towels underneath them to make them firmer.

Shower didn’t work but luckily we had 2 in our room. My heart broke for a new employee that made a mistake(she checked us out before charging for an hour bike rental and apparently it couldn’t be charged after)- the other employees had a pretty bad attitude towards her and the mistake that was made was going to be taken from her salary. We ware happy to compensate since we absolutely wouldn’t accept her salary being affected especially as a young individual just starting a new job and instead of getting the help you need when you’re new at work the colleagues wouldn’t support her and left her hanging when she asked “how can this be fixed”. And everything happening in front of us. The staff was overall helpful when we asked for help/recommendations!

The hotel is gorgeous..it smells amazing when u walk in too. Location was just perfect..literally on the main street....5 mins from Christmas market. Honestly it couldn't have been more perfect. Room lovely, beds super comfy, good shower (we had bath too), refreshments in room. Spacious...just fab 👌

Everything was perfect but I hate wen hotels double prices on drinks and exploit customers when in their home for the night....I don't get it. ....but this is not just Radisson and just a pet hate of mine!!

The location of the hotel is great, half an hour drive from the airport we caught a taxi there and gave taxi driver 100 zloty which included a tip we just rounded it up. Lovely hotel well maintained we ate in the restaurant on two evenings and the food was lovely. Our room was great size lovely large bathroom. The drinks in the hotel bar were reasonable and we drank lager which was cheaper than bars out and about. We walked out of the hotel every day and you can get to everything round about by foot very easy. Good links for transport and we even walked to the train station where we actually caught the local bus to the airport as had plenty of time to kill and dropped us right outside the departure door for about 90p roughly a half walk to train station. Highly recommend this hotel.

Location and spa

The staff and the management is very poor. I booked a taxi from the main station to the hotel and it didn't show up even after my multiple calls. The manager told me all are third parties, like taxi, spa, so they don't know what happened. I waited in the main station for 45 min. I wanted to talk with the person when I reached the hotel but again the manager told me he left for the day and will not be available during my stay. Then I asked about my spa booking and there goes the same answer "I don't have any idea why no one came!!" This is my first bad experience with Radisson as it was great in the USA or Germany. I can't believe that in a 5 star hotel someone can do something like that and get away because he works in a hotel?? I think I should get my money back.

Very central, spacious rooms, quiet and great breakfast. Staff very helpful and all spoke excellent English. Rooms were well maintained and comfortable.

Would have liked USB points in rooms, mirror was beside wardrobe and would have preferred at dressing table for drying hair. Curtains didn’t quite reach one side of the wall which meant there was a line of light flooding the room at daybreak. Very few channels on TV were English speaking.
