I always stay here in Gdansk: it is located right beside the train and bus station, the rooms are large and comfortable, and the food and drinks are excellent. The hotel staff are always very helpful and approachable.

Just an aspect of cleanliness: since the room furnishings are all black you can see the dust collecting. Not something that can be avoided altogether, but just give it a wipe if it bothers you. Also, be aware if you are a light sleeper, you can hear the trains coming and going, sometimes tooting their horns.

Best breakfast we have had on our trip. Very good quality and choice. Amazing building next door to the train station and not far from all the highlights of Gdańsk. A special thanks to Pavel at reception for his help.

This was a perfect place for us to stay. Award winning remodel of a historic building back in 2017. It is right across from the main train station and also on tram lines. We stayed in a premium room with high ceilings and great furnishings. The bed was amazing!! We had a room away from the busy street and it was quiet. We ate a wonderful breakfast there every morning and also dined in the Craft Beer PG4 restaurant which served delicious food. The best was the helpful, personable staff at the front desk...Paweł and Martyna especially went out of their way to help us with local questions and made us feel like the hotel was our home. I will definitely stay there again if I get the chance.

The location is stop on. The hotel had a wonderful smell as soon as you enter and at 3 am when checking in the member of staff could not have been more helpful. The room was lovely and spacious. The heated floor in the bathroom was a treat. The beer is definitely worth a try in the restaurant bar. The staff were very nice and helpful. Couldn't have asked for a nicer hotel.

The food wasn't great at the restaurant so I would skip that if revisiting this location. Hubby says the shower could have been warmer as he likes it piping hot but I thought it was a fine temp.

- we did not find a way to turn off the AC even with windows open; at night we wanted to disable it and it also wasn't possible - personally we're not big AC fans so that was a small minus, probably wouldn't chose the place for a longer stay because of that - this is specific to the hotel and is both a positive and a negative: because of the proximity to the train station (directly behind it) which is great when you need to take an early train, we could not leave the windows open at night due to the noise. we were not woken up by it in the morning, though :)

The hotel is located in an awesome old building that was renovated with a fascinating sense of style and consideration for the guests' comfort, using modern technologies (touch screens for temperature/light control/request to clean the room). The beds were very comfortable. Good breakfast, amazing fresh bread. Very clean. Friendly staff. Good restaurant.

When we just came to the hotel after a very long journey, there was no one on the reception desk. We waited 10 minutes and then found keys with our names, so we took them and stayed in the room by ourselves (the stay was already paid). I don't think that in a hotel of that level the reception can remain empty.

This is our second time at this hotel, and the location adjacent to the Gdansk train station is stellar for travelers with luggage. The enormous room with a sofa and chairs was perfect, and the bathroom was the best we had in Poland. Tea and coffee service in the room is nice too. One thing that is odd in Poland is that hotels don't seem to have washcloths (bring your own), and we learned this the first time we were here. The breakfast was greatly improved over our first stay, and is convenient when you don't feel like hunting for breakfast.

The only thing that could be better is an elevator or ramp for entry into the hotel rather than a flight of stairs. It looks like there might be some kind of stair chair lift, but I'm not sure how you can operate the chair lift (not even sure if it is a chair lift). The rest of the hotel is more easily accessible. Priceline really screwed up as they charged us for all the hotels, except this one for some unknown reason. This made for a confusing check-in. Better to book directly with the hotel as the staff is very nice.

The room was perfect. I love having windows that really open for fresh air as desired. Comfy bed, plenty of hot water and lights. Reception staff absolutely over the top amazingly helpful with booking my trains to Warka. There’s a grocery store (Biedronka) just across the tracks, and the hotel is closer to the train station than you think. Exceptionally quiet. I’m not a beer lover, but the restaurant was interesting. Fantastic breakfast.

It would be nice if the stairs from 3-4 floors had some contrast tape at the edges; while the wood is beautiful the steps are hard to see at times.

We arrived 4 hours before check-in and the receptionist, Mathew, took our cases in gave us a full rundown of the history of the craft beer center at the Hotel and advised us on the best places to visit in the City and the Christmas Markets. When we got in the room it was very big but the bottom sheet on the bed was marked, one call to Mathew and all the bedding was changed within 20 minutes. The bathroom was excellent with a full-size double shower and was always at a good temperature. Breakfast was more than ample, plenty of choice and replenished as soon as a dish went low. A great find and just a 10 minute walk from the old town centre, train station next door and tram stops outside so simple access to the local areas.

Both taxis we booked through the hotel were excellent and good value, be careful of taxis outside the station as one tried to charge us 100zl for a 30zl journey.
