I really enjoyed my stay here - great location, great room, good value for money. Check-in was simple - I met my host in the office at the back of the building. He not only handed me my keys but took the time to go through the map and places I might want to go (all of which I did). The room was great - clean, well kitted out and one of the best showers I have had when staying away. It even had a fully kitted kitchen and a balcony. The security code/ key combination meant that I could come and go when I wanted. The location is good with easy access to old town on foot and the tram system at the end of the road. Checkout was simple - I just had to post the key. Highly recommend this property. And, finally, Krakow itself was lovely and lots to do.

Nothing, I was happy with the room. If I'm being picky maybe the bathroom could have been a bit bigger but it was fine.

The apartment was very spacious, clean tidy and modern The beds were comfy and there were extra blankets in the wardrobe if needed It has plenty of facilities in the kitchen The heating worked well and we also had a little balcony if you wanted a little fresh air. Bathroom was very new and stylish and the shower water temperature was excellent. There was a shop just 2 minutes down the road if you need to get anything also. Would definitely stay here again if we ever visited Krakow in the future.

The place is a few minutes on foot from the old town. The room was small, but well equipped. Perfect for a short stay. Everything was very clean. When I asked last minute to modify check in and check out times due to changes with our flight the staff was incredibly helpful and supportive. In addition they booked transportation to the airport for us and were incredibly helpful and friendly. Absolutely recommended

The beds were not the most comfortable, but we still slept there for four nights and had a decent sleep. I guess that for longer stays that would have bothered me a little.

The staff are super friendly, and brief us on everything, and even had a map ready for us. Plus they have a folder with a lot of information you need for day tour etc. they allowed us to check in earlier on our first day in krakow and check out quite late as our flight was in the evening which was great!! Thank you. We stayed here for 4 days. The apartment was big enough room for 4 people!

A bit far fm the station, but then we made the decision to stay at this apartment so i think thats ok.

Had two apartments. Four adults in a two bedroom on the third floor and one studio on the 2nd floor in a separate building. Both Apartments were lovely and spotlessly clean. My family loved the two bedroom with a large terrace overlooking the garden.

Lacking in towels. We had one towel each for five nights plus a ha d towel. Eventually had to go ask for more. No welcome pack. Arrived after travelling from 3am and no tbags or coffee on arrival. Eventually found 2 tbags under an ashtray. Studio apartment was very lacking in plates, cups cutlery. We had two knives and one fork and a baby fork. There was a beautiful corner bath in the studio with just a shower head. And no shower.

Easy efficient check in, friendly staff. Great location just a short walk from bars restaurants and shops. Short walk to main square. Very clean, warm apartment which was nice to come back to after a long day of walking around in the cold November weather. Apartment had everything you would need.

My only criticism is that the room was a little bit smaller than I expected. But it was fine and wasn’t a big issue.

Very nice clean room, plenty of space for two people, nice balcony in a quiet area of town. Handy location for the station and the old town Square.. Great to have a kitchen and a fridge.

Only one problem we found and that was the position of the toilet, it was a bit of a squeeze, one in the corner at an angle would be perfect for a 10 out of 10 Score so it will have to be a 9.8

Big, bright apartment in very convenient location. Easily sleeps 8, or even 10 if you use also sofa bed in the kitchen. Which makes it great for families with kids. One of the bedrooms has big balcony - must be great for summer days. Little café shop just next doors, tram stop 5min walk away, old city center 10min walk away.

Note for those coming with big luggage - apartment is on the 1st floor without lift.

The apartment was very clean and tidy had everything we needed as well as plenty of towels cutlery if we wanted to stay in and cook loved our balcony it was peaceful at night not much noise which we liked slept very well air conditioning available which we never used as not needed we would definitely stay here again ..owner was very helpful and friendly thank you
