The room was very clean, and just what we needed for the weekend. The bathroom was big and there was adequate wardrobe/fridge space. Also, Lounge Apartments is situated in a great location right by the Old Town in Krakow therefore within walking distance from basically everything. The staff were nice and friendly and very good at communicating via text whenever there was an issue.

They room was lovely however there were a couple of things that could be improved: 1. the shower had a leaking door therefore a lot of water ended up on the bathroom floor, 2. the double bed was two single beds pushed together, 3. the room that we did not quite look like the room in the photos on the Booking.com website when you book it. These are only a couple of small things that could have been improved in order to make our stay even better. On the whole, I was satisfied with our stay and would recommend to couples who are going on a city break to Krakow.

Friendly receptionist, kept in touch with updates prior to arrival. Great spacious apartment with everything we needed. Clean room and the location was fantastic. We never used any method of transport apart from excursions. We were five minutes from the old town, and a beautiful walk with plenty of breakfast stops along the way. Also a beautiful quiet courtyard tucked away that we could take a bottle of wine and relax at night.

We would have liked a room with windows, we had two skylights that were a bit oppressing in the heat. But we had a fan and an excellent air conditioning unit, so they had thought of that. Also the stairs were a killer. we were top floor. We would still return to this property.

Lounge apartments was a very comfortable place to stay while we were visiting Krakow. It is just a 2 minute walk and you are in the old town, but the apartment itself is located on a quiet street. Very large and comfortable bed, a little kitchenette and our apartment had a sofa plus two arm chairs. The communication with the host was excellent, we were landing late so were given clear instructions to access the building at the apartment. Overall, a brilliant stay.

The bathroom and shower was a little small, and we ran out of hot water after one person showered. Not a major in light of all of the other positives in this place.

A pleasant studio with everything that you need for a stay in Krakow if you do not intend to cook and just want to make drinks in your room. You can purchase breakfast in the accommodation and it is plentiful and a reasonable price. The accommodation is comfortable and clean and is in a lovely location, next to the park in the old town and near the bars, restaurants and shops. Staff at the accommodation are extremely helpful and are happy to assist with any queries, they will provide a late check out room for luggage and arrange excursions and airport transfers.

room was clean and had a nice small kitchenette, it also had a small sofa and table. The bathroom looked recently renovated, and the room was located 1 floor up from the street level. The room came with decent wifi, and you could also stay connected hen you were in the ground floor common area. It is not super fast, so do not expect large data connectivity (it was enough to stream movies)

The receptionist was nice, but had very basic English skills so it was a bit difficult to communicate with her. Also, we had a car and she did not explain the street parking rules. We ended up getting a ticket. This would be helpful to ask future guests, or include the parking regulations in the written information about staying at the hotel.

Great place, extremely comfortable and perfectly located. An open reception upon arrival was a plus, very helpful to provide guidelines to the immediately nearby historical centre. Perfect for large groups or families. The studio (1 large bed) was also very cosy.

Unexpectedly, no breakfast was served and we had not been advised prior to our arrival (hence did not get organised for the following morning). Also, the outside wall (street side) would benefit from renovation... to match the perfect inside.

Lovely, warm, comfortable bed (could’ve done with a firmer pillow but that’s personal preference). Nice and clean. Apartment was lovely and warm when we arrived which was nice after a long day of travelling. Check in / out process was super quick and easy; no hassle. Location was amazing, 10 minute walk from old town making restaurants and shops easily available. Staff were super helpful and responded to messages within half an hour of sending (even on a Sunday!) - couldn’t have asked for better accommodation during my stay, felt like home for a week! Would highly recommend

Only negative thing I can think of would be the softness of the pillow, I also found them to be quite lumpy, however, this is of course personal preference. Everything else was perfect.

Great location. Corner shop 2 minutes walk away for anything you need. Couple minutes walk to the main square where there’s plenty of shops and places to eat

The room was quite cold at night and the duvet was very thin, the pillows as well were tiny so wasn’t very comfortable. Also, there was no shampoos or shower gel or anything and we ran out of toilet roll on the second day and there was no one available at the desk or anything for more so we just had to buy some.

Really spacious property, ideal for a group of 4 adults - as long as you're happy to share a bathroom. Comfortable beds and good quality blinds on the velux windows in the bedrooms - so a good night sleep. Host was really helpful - particularly in arranging airport transfers to and from Krakow.

Slightly under-equipped - would have been helpful to have more than one tea towel There is no blind in the bathroom, which may be a little unnerving as you can see the block of apartments next door. Wouldn't recommend for anyone with mobility issues, as there are lots of stairs to reach to property (it's on the 4th floor)

Brilliant Location - a 5 minute walk away from the top of the old town and park! Despite being close to the square it was actually quite a peaceful area so not too noisy at night! The hotel is also about 2 minutes away from a local shop if you need to grab supplies :) the room we had was nice and clean and the bed was large and very comfortable! There is a little yard out the back which was nice to sit out in at night and during the day! I found that the breakfast was well stocked out with a good selection of hot and cold breakfast food, tea, coffee, juice, fruit ect. The staff were also very friendly and let us do a late check out and leave our luggage for a couple of hours when we were on our last day! Would definitely stay again if we ever return :)

The only small things I would say would be that the apartment was definitely smaller in person than in pictures, it was fine for us though but I had expected it to be a little bigger! Also when we arrived there was no soap or shower gel to use in the shower so we had to go and buy some the next day but again not a massive deal :)
