The moment that I was greeted by Veronica, my stay in Jordan Pokoje Gościnne was without a doubt perfect. The room was very comfortable, I liked especially the choice to open the window which opened during the day allowed fresh air and an electric fan was essential at night. The breakfast ticked all the boxes. Jordan Pokoje Gościnne has someone on reception 24/7 which is both comforting and secure. A very big thank you to Greg, he always greeted me with a smile and helped me with the krakow sightseeing tour. I have to mention Veronica for her daily friendliness and the packed lunch was brilliant. The ideal location from the main square was perfect if time was short. I really enjoyed my stay.

Large room. Very clean. Very comfortable bed with soft bedding so good night sleep. Room very quiet. Great location, less than 10 mins walk to the main square and close to train station and tram links.

Door to the room had no internal locking mechanism and shakes if the handle is moved (key card to tap into room releases the door). As a solo traveller this made me feel a little less safe, so used the chair in front of the door. No kettle in room. No way to turn off the bathroom light which feels a bit wasteful of electric.

Hotel was very well located close to the Old Town, several tram lines run close by and it is close to the main railway station. Reception staff were exceptional, very friendly, very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was very good and served in a really nice quaint dining room. Room was basic but clean and perfectly adequate for a holiday stay. The hotel has a nice public area where you can have a drink/coffee and relax. If you are looking for 5 star luxury this hotel is not for you however if you want a nice well located, comfortable and friendly place to stay you will not find better. We would stay here again.

You had to be early for breakfast to have the best choice, items were not fully replenished.

Big nice room and bathroom. The continental breakfast offers a great variety of food. I'd suggest to add croissants and maybe a little bit more choice of cakes for those people who are not used to having salty breakfast. And it would be fantastic to have espresso or cappuccino, since the Hotel has its own bar. The only choice is between black coffee or tea.

The matresses and the pillow are not so comfy, a bit too soft and my pillow in particular was too flustered.

The guesthouse is not far located from Rynek Glowny, the typical and animated city centre of Krakow. At the ground floor there's a nice bar while at the basement floor there's a library where the staff serve a very good breakfast. The room was sunny and cooled by air conditioning system.

I booked a triple room. It was a double room with an extra bed that was small and noisy so not all of us were satisfied about the room...

This is a great hotel for a city break, Rooms was clean and tidy and really well presented.

The hotel decor needs brightening up, the breakfast there’s not much option - mainly egg based. The rooms had a really bad smells, I left our window open one day to try get clear of it and a member of staff went in our room and closed it whilst we was out for the day.

Fantastic location, very friendly staff who helped us a lot. We decided to book an extra day and no problems at all. Good facilities, cafe open to guests at all times. 24h reception and helpful when needing information. Breakfast was great, good variety and served between good times not too early.

At times we heard other people arriving into their rooms late at night at weekends but this was expect as very close to main square - good idea to bring earplugs but not a major issue.

Small things that didn't work well or not at all, e.g. the toilet flush (water didn't stop flowing - got better when we told the staff about it but not fully fixed), one of the power sockets, the switch for all the lights in the room (had to insert a special key in a certain way - not easy to figure out). Lack of air conditioning - it can get hot in the room during the summer.

Really friendly staff, clean room, hot water at the shower, location exactly next to old town. The breakfast was amazing, basic variety, but the quality was that of a 5-star hotel. So delicious, and the dining room was awesome, decorated like a pirate boat! Wish I could eat there everyday. Their cafeteria was also nice.

No double beds, only twin beds that had wheels and were moving around easily all the time. Only thing missing was an electric kettle and maybe a small fridge, otherwise the room was perfect.

Great location for us, almost in the city center. Reasonable prices for coffee and other drinks. Considering the price, a very good breakfast.

The FIRST contact with the staff is unfriendly. In general, almost all Poles lack a smile on their face and more friendliness at first contact. When the receptionist got used to us, she was very friendly.
