Fantastic reception and cleaning staff with the perfect balance between professionalism and ease, so we felt super comfortable and at the same time always immediately very well taken care of; Very dog friendly; Super clean room; Big double bed with an excellent mattress; Daily water and tea/coffee refill; The refrigerator and kettle were very helpful; Great location in residential Mokotow with numerous parks, cafés and restaurants around the corner, very well connected to downtown; We liked it so much that we extended our stay for another two nights - we are very happy to have found this hotel that will now become our go-to place in Warsaw! The hotel is located in a calm and safe area, a 5-minute walk from bus or tram stops and well connected to the city center. There are a number of restaurants and a supermarket not far away. The room was spacious and very clean. Comfortable bed and good shower. There is air conditioning and refrigerator. Kind and pleasant staff. I recommend staying here.

It is important to pay attention that there are two buildings and the central building has an elevator and the second building does not. In addition, the hotel is relatively far from the center (at least 30 minutes by public transport).

I liked how the room was located and cozy. There was enough storage for my 3night stay. The fridge, hairdyer, coffee/tea spot was very nice. I liked that the room had AC and heater in the bathroom. I liked that hotel has its own scent. Not only the showergel and shampoo, but when you enter the hotel, it has its own scent. Very pleasant one too. Similar to bathroom amenities. The sewing kit, brush for clothes and shoe wipe was a nice add. And breakfast were awesome. Loved the lemon cake

I didn't like, that fan for bathroom couldn't have been turned off. It went on automatically with light. The curtains were not 100% covering the window to have complete dark. The fabric curved in its own way

Everything was very clean. I had a very very clean room with a modern design. The bathroom also has a modern design and is very clean. The breakfast area was very clean and well taken care of. The food at the breakfast is very good. It shows that the hotel staff pays attention to details and makes efforts so that everything is well for the guests. They brought a new bottle of water to my room every day. They changed the feet towel at the shower cabin every day. I recommend hotel Reytan.

It is a bit far from the central train station, but everything else is fine.

The room was clean and big. Enough space for everything. Good curtains, air conditioning was working, the electric kettle was working, too. Everything was as described, good condition of the room, all the furniture and furnishings in good condition. We didn't ordered breakfast.

The room was in another building of the hotel and there was no elevator, if you have a small luggage, there is no problem, if you have a lot, it is better to specify/clarify this point in advance. We did not have a lot of luggage, so I do not consider it a disadvantage of the hotel.

It was already my second stay there, and the expectations were fully met (even with a few improvements). The place is not posh and not super-modern but very clean, everything functions well, the staff is friendly, the breakfast is a bit basic but has all or almost all you need

Would be great to have omelette or fried eggs offered for breakfast, and the coffee could have been better, but those are minor things that don't spoil the overall impression. Will come back again.

The breakfast was plentiful. There were different breads, cold meats, salads and warm options at the breakfast. Only bacon was missing. The hotel room was very neat and clean, one of the cleanest I've stayed in in recent years. Sound insulation also seemed good. The size of a premium room was very adequate. The bathroom had a lot of space for your things, which was a big plus. There were also a desk, a wardrobe, a small fridge, a kettle and a complimentary water bottle in the room. We were very satisfied with the hotel and if we ever return to Warsaw, we will definitely choose this hotel again.

The hotel was located a bit far away from the old town (but quite close to Łazienki park), but it was still close to good transport connections. Bus and tram stops were only a few hundred meters from the hotel.

Nice quiet hotel near public transport routes, with some places to eat around. Hotel staff was very kind, after checkout in the morning allowed us to leave luggage till the evening and offered a place to change clothes before long bus travel back home. breakfast was awesome, rich choice and everything was very tasty. Would definitely recommend!

Nothing, everything was perfect!

I did like the room cleanliness, not large but large enough rooms. A positive thing was the public transportation (bus and tram) which would take us to the city and back at our pleasure instead paying for taxi ( about 18-20 zloti per way).

The fact that for the first two nights we had to spend in a perons disabled room where the toilete is uncomfortable. They moved us afterwards but they should not accept booking if they do have a regular rooms to offer.

Hotel and room were very confortable, at the arrival the check in was quiet UNcomfortable: the guy at the reception didn t give us a good welcome, no smile, no indications to the city, no infos about any services... Staff of cleaning was instead very very kind every day giving us water and what necessary. Rooms are modern and so usefull, position is near metro and tram to reach the city center.
