Clean room with everything needed inside (hairdryer, kettle). Perfect location: the bus station is in 3 minutes by foot; the mini market is around the corner from the hotel.

The building works were going on outside our windows, that woke us up at 6 a.m.

Nice and friendly staff

The AC was directed to the bed, for one person it was to cold to sleep, for the other - too hot.

Hotel location. The staff is very correct and friendly. The rooms have different layouts - one or more beds. There are two food supermarkets within walking distance (Biedronka and Lidl).

Poor performance of air conditioning systems. Every day, at 12 o'clock in the afternoon, all air conditioners in the hotel are turned off centrally and then you need to ask the reception to reduce the possible temperature to cool the room - this is a whole story. The same problem occurs in winter, when it is necessary to heat a hotel room. Room cleaning is not always of high quality.

Place was cozy, staff was super friendly. So all in all it was very ok exept for very noisy construction site. Many thanks for the restaurant staff (Ukrainian lady) who found and returned the 20 euro note I dropped. Besides, breakfast was suoer good. Parking was ok, but still we had to look for a spot. Probably that was because of the late come.

What we literally disliked was the construction sita, that was veeery loud in the very early mornig. I mean morning as at 6 o'clock in the morning, the kids were not very happy about that neither adults were.

Very comfortable and clean room, comfortable bathroom, good breakfast, staff very helpful, small but well equipped fitness center. Hotel restaurant serving quite decent food options. Robots delivering food to your table were quite ridiculous but fun.

The room was not too quiet. You could hear people slamming doors and running in the corridor - apparently there was a big group of teenagers staying at the same time and they did not care about other people's comfort. Location is rather far from the center and there are not many options to have good food around the hotel.

The furniture and the beds were great. Bathrooms etc. were modern and the staff was really friendly! The locations was a bit far away from the main tourist spots, but there were good stores for food near the hotel and also the connection to public transport was really good. The ATM in front of the Hotel was great.

Even though it was clean, there were a few spits here and there in the bathroom that were a little messy. But not a big matter.

Employees are very kind and very helpful. Internet speed and quality was very good. Hotel was always so clean and entrance and coridors were always smelling so good. Room cleaning was also perfect.

Beds are too soft that is uncomftable rather being comfartable unfortunately. Body is literally going inside the bed :) And one very important thing is room did not have "small fridge" which was not fitting with hotel's quality since the quality of the hotel was great. So, there is no chance to store any water or food.

Convienient location being 15min drive from the airport, close distance to the City Centre by taxi or city transit. Rooms as described. Bright and spacious. Very clean place. Front desk staff very nice and helpful. Convinience store, gas station and Biedronka very close. Restaurant and a bar downstairs were a bonus!

Restaurant seemed very busy at brekfast and even though there were quite a few choices of foods we didn’t get the chance to try many as it was disappearing very fast and seemed that staff couldn’t bring a new batch fast enough. Maybe 6am is better time as 9 am felt like a last call. However, it was nice to have an option of brekfast at all.

The hotel offered excellent breakfast, relatively spacious rooms and nice lounge area, plus a well-stocked play corner in the restaurant area. The Mokotów area where the hotel is located is also very nice, with many shops, restaurants and playgrounds.

The staff was not very smiley, but otherwise they were nice and helpful.

Big parking area though payable. Efficient reception and check-out.

Quadruple room was with double decker beds. Even if it was mentioned somewhere (don't know I did not notice it when booking), I did not realise that before I saw it :) It was not bad, I am complaining, but it came as a surprise and it is not for everyone :) The thing I really did not like was at breakfast. I found strange a competition with other guests for a peace of dessert. You either serve it or you don't. But they served it from time to time, someone got it, someone not. The thing that dessert was ordinary some sort of pies or so, not baked in house - as to manage it somehow specifically. And they they bring it to the area, immediately there was a que for it with someone left without dessert. I found it a kind of disrespectful.
