Amazing location, near an area with plentiful free parking. It has a communal kitchen that we didn't get to use, but it's an amazing addition. The cleaning was extremely well done, the amenities present are more than enough for a good stay, from all the places in Castelo Branco, it's probably one of the most modern ones. The beds are really comfortable, everything looks simple but modern, our room had two TVs! The shower is so spacious and comfortable to move around, has a little shelf for you to put your stuff. The little details, like leaving a bottle of water or extra towels are something that, as a guest, I appreciate a lot. In the future if I have to choose a place to stay in CB, it's going to be here for sure!

This is me being picky, but the exhaust fan in the bathroom is a bit noisy. And the lack of an elevator will create issues for some people if they're staying in the first floor (we didn't have any problems regarding that, just pointing out the cons). Wi-Fi could be better but it was manageable.

The location is good, next to Castelo Branco city center. The whole building has been renovated with taste and first class materials, The premises are spotless clean. The room is large, as is the bathroom. The check in process is all done on-line with a building/room entry code being forwarded the night before the arrival date. Breakfast can be had at any of the very nearby pastelarias. A well equipped common (large) kitchen is available for all guests.

Would have loved to be able to meet the owner to give him compliments about the refurbishment of the building and the choice of materials.

Exceptionally clean. It didn't have breakfast, but we knew that in advance and brought food for the following morning's breakfast. The communal kitchen area was spotless and had all the equipment anyone would need to sort their own food. The shower was superb, hot and powerful, and it also had a small area to sit outside at the back, as we used it to share a bottle of wine. 😀 The location is also close to town and you can just park on the street behind the property for free and our car was fine.

Brilliant little place, had absolutely everything we needed to make out stay very comfortable. Welll equipped kitchen . Great location. Friendly staff who responded promptly to any questions I asked. Great location and i had no trouble finding free parking close by. Will definitely return :-)

Great location right in the center. Very kind and honest owner making our stay a really comfortable one. Very clean and all facilities are available. A full functional kitchen you can use as well. We highly recommend this place to everyone visiting Castelo Branco.

Very nice little room for my unexpected one-night stay in Castelo Branco. Great value for a clean, well- located room. Patricio the owner came by as soon as I told him I couldn’t figure out how to turn the heat on and was very helpful. I parked in the public lot only a two- minute walk away. All in all, a very good experience.

Really central location, quiet, firm but comfortable bed, super clean and the bottle of water in the room was very much appreciated.

I enjoyed the stay and staff were so helpful. My only suggestions would be to use a little less bleach in the sheets and towels as I could smell it on my skin. Heater was effective but simple instructions on how to set the timer/ settings would be good. Also a tiny kettle and cups would really make the stay.

I had a very quiet room, faced to the interior, good for my sleep! Good WiFi. Great location, a short walk from the bus station. The hotell gave a fresh impression, very tastefully and nicely renovated. Quick response from staff via Whatsapp by messaging.Kitchen well equipped.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. The only recommendation I'd leave is to have a policy for changing towels like if they are hanged no need to change if they are on the floor replace with clean ones. In our case they were replaced with fresh ones when it wasn't needed. Not a complain it's nice to have clean towels just a small environmental suggestion.

We always stay here when in Castelo Branco. It is simple, clean, spacious with a hint of luxury.

The shower stopped working in our room. However, Geral came out within 30 minutes and fixed it for us. He was his gentle, courteous usual self. Thanks Geral😊
