I really liked the room cleanliness and the bathroom space . There was a place inside the room where I could lock my personals . The bathroom was very big with different areas to shower, wash hands and toilet very well divided . The breakfast was amazing with a wide range of products, from whole bread to slices , from strawberry and peach jam to honey. Coffee and orange juice . Ham and cheese, orange and apples . Granola and oat flakes as well as gluten free flakes. Always clean and the staff always ready to help and very kind . There were towels for free for both dry hands and for shower . Amazing all the service .

While my stay at this hostel had numerous highlights, there were a few drawbacks. The breakfast, while acceptable, could benefit from extended hours to accommodate guests with varying schedules. The pillows provided in the rooms could have been more comfortable, as they left a lot to be desired in terms of support. Despite these minor drawbacks, the overall experience was still a pleasant one. It's a reasonably priced option with a friendly and helpful staff, clean facilities, and 24-hour security, making it a decent choice for budget-conscious travelers.

The room was clean and comfortable. The hostel is located in a part of town where there was ample parking. It was easy to walk to Castelo Branco's castle and to area shops. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Area maps were available at the desk. The breakfast provided was super. There were a lot of choices available.

Great location and lovely staff. The breakfast is basic but very nice. The hostel is spotlessly clean! The WiFi is excellent.

Would be nice to have a kettle in the room or even one downstairs.

Very clean and atencious staff. I was a last minute reservation and the recepecptionist evn come outside besides it was raining to wave me so I could see where it was. Eccelent breakefeast.

the shower dressing room had infiltrations on the ceilineg so as it was raining my clothes got wet as i was on the shower.

This hostel was the only one on our trip that had an area to put your clothes and change after a shower which was very nice! they also made sure it was clean for us and the staff were good about keeping track of who is staying there, so it felt secure. they also provided a good, big breakfast which is awesome!

the water tasted a little dusty, except for one of the water dispensers, so we stuck to that one.

Cheap and cheerful. You will be pleasantly surprised. I am happy to recommend and stay again. Great private room with two single beds. Very safe, friendly staff and nice place in a beautiful town :)

Communal showers could get busy at times but were absolutely fine during my stay. No waiting or queuing :)

The staff was nice, and the facility was clean. The room was large, and the fact that there was only one other person in the room was nice.

I arrived at 3 pm, but for some reason, I was told to come back at 5 pm.

Sleep was fine, not much more I can ask for!

Heating was hard to turn on (I stayed during late jan), and the shower screen situation is a little less discreet than ideal, which ended up being okay for me as not many people entered the bathroom area when i was using it but it could be a problem during busier seasons.
