The hotel's location is excellent, and the reception staff was very friendly and welcoming. They assisted us with a quick and smooth check-in process. The room was exceptionally clean, and the fresh scent in the room, pillows, and bedding was incredibly comforting. The fridge and all kitchen utensils were excellent, functional, and convenient, making us feel at home. Daily cleaning services were provided, and the overall organization and housekeeping were remarkable.

Although the room was cleaned daily, I wish the towels were replaced more frequently. Outside the hotel, I noticed some unpleasant odors, which were beyond the hotel's control but slightly affected the overall experience. Additionally, I would have appreciated having slippers in the room for more comfortable movement.

The rooms are huge and comfortable. The staff is well trained and understands what hospitality is. The staff I encountered were warm and professional. The sound proof windows did an excellent job of blocking out street noise. It felt like a boutique hotel.

Some of the design of the room was strange, like the refrigerator being on the floor, the electrical outlets by the bed are under the little shelf that you have to lay on the floor to use. TV’s in the wrong place etc. Light over the table in the wrong place so you bonk your head on it. Kitchen sink set too far back so you bonk your head on the upper cabinet when you wash something. For an apartment the trash can in kitchen much too small. The bath tub is an abomination that needs to be replaced with a shower pan, why would you put an 8 inch border around a tub. It does nothing but collect water. Need a trash can in the sink area of the bathroom. Nothing that’s a deal breaker. But things you notice as you use them. The room designer should have been fired.

As a former architect I appreciated the interior design and the presence of natural materials as wooden sliding doors. The room was super comfortable and bigger than expected, it had a little living/dining area close to the little kitchen and the entrance area. I stayed there even for the Christmas day with my mom and it felt very cozy. It meant a lot having the kitchen that day and having the staff coming up cleaning. The staff is the real deal at this hotel. I travelled a lot and rarely met so professional and kind and attentive staff, all of them. I requested two rooms at the same floor and facing the courtyard and they managed to deliver. The staff was super patient with my mom's coffee routine in the morning and the. I love this hotel because it's not excessive big and yet, if you want you can pay and access some services at the bigger brother hotel a block away, such as the spa or the swimming pool.

The stay was too short.

This is an apartment hotel, very centrally located in the business district. My room was very large, and well equipped. There are two supermarkets close by, and lots of places to eat and drink within 10 minutes walking. My room was at the back of the building, so I had no traffic noise at all, even with the windows open. The bathroom was very spacious and clean. The apartment was cleaned every day, by very friendly staff. There was a coffee machine in the room, which is always very nice. Nice sitting area for reading and watching tv as well.

Some of the cupboards were difficult to open, but this was very minor. Wifi was a bit patchy, and I had to revert to 5G modem for some Teams calls.

The hotel is fairly centrical for Lisbon and only a short 5 to 10 min walk to a metro station and only two stops to downtown (FYI if you are using public transport a lot get a travel pass, works on buses, metro and tranvias/elevador) The hotel was clean and rooms ample size. One of the selling points for us was that the hotel had their own car park (free) which we found hard to find in Lisbon that close to the centre. The location is a leafy area and is very quiet for a restful stay.

The hotel was great for our needs but perhaps the only thing was that the car park in that it was a little tight to maneuver a larger sized car.

My suite was impeccable and every way Clean organized nice. I couldn’t ask for a better place to stay for my two nights three days stay very happy. I have chosen the right one and when I come back, I hope to come here again. The staff service was wonderful, kind courteous, patient and helpful on locations to restaurants and shops and excursions as well..

The breakfast could have been better. The food was warm instead of hot. It was a buffet style, which was OK. Just wish they’d have more of a selection and the food that is supposed to be hot is hot but the service was nice and they were helpful.

The beds are some of the most comfortable we have ever slept on! We were unexpectedly upgraded to their penthouse suite, which is nothing short of gorgeous. Super spacious, fantastic views. he whole hotel has great style without being over the top. Most of all though, we loved the receptionist who was very helpful and handled every request with a smile. The location is very, very central as well. The Altis Prime is in the same block as the Altis Grand Hotel and you can use their indoor pool as well, which we didn't end up using as the rooftop jacuzzi of the Altis Prime was enough for us.

Nothing. It was perfect.

Great location, especially for pick up/drop off Taxi service, lovely quiet street lined with pretty trees, easy walking distance into the main part of Old Town, felt a safe area, very close to the designer shops of Avenue de liberdade. Check in at reception was exceptional - the best check in service ever from Sofia who gave me some great travel tips and advice and recommendations which I was very grateful for even though I'd dome some of my own research - thank you. Sofia was a delight to see every day during my stay - all the staff were super friendly and helpful - thank you to the lovely handsome man who helped me check out. The apartment was very clean, everything so organised on arrival, and the daily housekeeping service was excellent. The apartment felt like a home away from home with all the facilities to enjoy apartment living. The bathroom was huge, loved the walk in shower and rainfall shower, high quality toiletries. . Love all the sliding pocket doors - smart and space saving, clever design. The apartment was furnished beautifully - simple sophisticated uncluttered, no odd ugly wall paintings sometimes we get! The whole apartment felt luxurious. Storage - loads!!! Amazingly comfortable huge bed with the best mattress and softest pillows - I slept better than my own bed! 2 TVs was so wonderful - good quality TV with very large screens. Really quiet - no noise from outside or from the neighbouring apartments. I will definitely recommend this aparthotel, and I hope to be back too! Thank you everyone and Sofia for making my first time in Lisbon such a memorable experience, with happy memories.

No negatives at all!

The hotel is quite nice. We had a really big family deluxe room with real 2 full-size rooms, nice bathroom and pet friendly. It has a private parking - extremely narrow inside though, but still very valuable provided that it's Lisbon and the parking question is sharp like in any big city. I would say I more liked the hotel, then didn't, but obviously it has drawbacks.

First of all the shape of the bath in the bathroom. It is constructed so that the water after the shower stays at the edge of it and doesn't flow anywhere. This is strange. Then - breakfast. It is very poor. Nothing more to add. The hotel is not far away from the main central street, however it's still quite a walking distance. And finally - the bed is very hard. It affects much the quality of your stay and rest.

All I can say is that, I am SO SO SO SO glad I found Altis Prime Hotel for our trip!!! If I were to list everything that was amazing about the hotel and the staff, I am afraid the list would be too long! We were so so happy throughout our stay at the hotel and so so sad to leave!! Wish we could stay longer as it feels like homeee! We got the Triple Room and the extra bed for the third guest was comfortable:) The kitchen was amazing, my mum cooked everyday! All the staffs are were 10/10, so kind, so helpful, so accomodating! I can’t reccomend this hotel enough. We even kept our luggages with the hotel after checkout and return to pick it up when we had to leave for the airport at no extra cost:) All the best to the hotel and keep up the fantastic work! I will DEFINITELY choose Altis Prime Hotel for all my future stay in Lisbon!

Everything was lovely! Just be careful of the sink - the cabinet is low so you might hit your head BUT this is such a minor thing it was not a problem at all!
