Location is pretty good in my view. Not super close to the center so you don't get a lot of the craziness but not far that it takes much time to get there. Plenty of streets next to the hotel also allow you to park your car or easily hop on and off taxis. Lots of light in the rooms.

The lack of a proper cabin for shower and toilet is bothersome. If you are alone that is fine, but traveling in couple or family is probably going to create a slightly uncomfortable situation - to say the least. Parking fee is standard to Lisbon, but since this is not super city center, I expected a better price (per night). Also, food and beverage are pricier than I believe they could be - nevertheless, you have a cafe place 10 steps from the hotel that charges the average Lisbon rate.

We were disappointed the swimming pool was not working, this was the reason we booked this hotel and were only told on arrival

The Food Service staff was exceptional! Especially Ester, Arthur and Palmira. Also Christiana at the Front Desk was extremely helpful. However, the manager of the Food Service was terrible. He was mean to the staff and made them nervous and tense every time he was around. In my humble opinion, the Food Service ran much better when he was not around. In addition, the maid service was very good, but towards the end of my stay, they started to slack off a bit and things started to be missed. One day my sheets did not get changed and a couple of days the pillow cases weren't changed. Things like that. Again, Ester, Arthur, Palmira and Christiana made my stay the best ever. I would go back to Evolution Lisboa just because of them even though the hotel costs a bit more than others.

The Food Service Manager and the cost of the hotel, but I get it...it's a high end hotel.

There is a heated pool that was nice and a steam and sauna room although the second day, the steam room was not working, it was a bit of a disappointment. The breakfast had a good range but shame no hot chocolate served. Refills often came in time for it. The pastel de nata was a bit tiny but nice. Overall, breakfast was good. The room was very clean and comfortable but the aircon is a bummer, the room is hot because the aircon is not adjustable at all. Management you really need to look at the aircon as its just unpleasant when its too hot in the night to sleep especially when the weather is hot outside. The DJ was bang on with music. Some of the servers could be a bit faster but overall, all were friendly and helpful. The wifi of the hotel was great and fast.

Great location, conveniently within walking distance to good restaurants. Staff is wonderful! Suzanne, the manager was super helpful and professional! One of our group member reserved a room but failed to follow instructions to pay in advance. Of course the hotel did not hold the room. Suzanne contacted the sister property down the street to get him his room. We appreciate her so much. Front desk staff is very friendly & helpful. Breakfast has a good variety of items. Breakfast staff are very attentive. Pool, sauna & steam room are great bonus after a long day of walking around Lisbon.

The toilet in the room is a weird configuration, would be good to have a wall separation for privacy.

I really liked location. lively lots of restaurants, coffee shops, shopping mall just easy to get around safe and very nice clean authentic neighbourhood. Also I booked with no breakfast. I am not breakfast person. The sauna in hotel broke so to make it up they gave free breakfast. I did go once it was small but very nice selection clean and everything you need from pastry to fruit and rest of it. All employees are super friendly and nice. Antonio might be manager was very attentive. if you into space design you ll love the lights in the room. I ll stay again.

Stayed here for only one night. Wish I could’ve stayed longer. Modern/trendy hotel. Self check-in is easy and only takes a few minutes. My room (409) had the orange decor and was very clean, spacious and comfortable (good fluffy pillows and excellent matras) with a lovely city view. It also had a kettle, little fridge and coffeecup machine. I also liked that they’re using cruelty free toiletries. Location is very good. Saldanha metro station is right in front of the hotel, so easy to get to city centre or the airport in a short time for example. Staff was also friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.

We were originally staying in other apartment but were out of necessity in search of a new hotel. We found the Evolution Lisboa. We booked it from Thursday 1st of August until Sunday the 4th of August. First of all we want to give a big compliment and shout out to Christienne who gave us a warm welcome, heard our story from the previous apartment and wanted to make our last few days a better experience. She helped us so much. Christienne also provided us a free breakfast and helped with a tour. Our experience in the Evolution Lisboa was great! Very nice staff-members and helpful. The room was clean, spacious and had a view of the square. There was just one thing what bothered us, which was the sewage smell now and then. But in the end we had an amazing experience and stay here. Busstop to the centre is across of the hotel. Subway/metro also next to the hotel, also a direct connection to the airport. Great gym, spa and swimming pool facilities. Would most definitely recommend this to travellers. Thanks again Christienne and other personnel.

If you wanna stay in a hotel that has a futuristic design, this is it! The exterior design (the hand that is holding the building) is absolutely amazing, the interior is stunning and the bathroom design is just crazy! A very original idea of putting the toilet in a shower cabin. To be honest, this was the main reason I chose this hotel: I wanted to see with my own eyes such a crazy design. + You can see from the room planes landing. Everything exceeded my expectations! + The staff was soooo kind and prepaire a beautiful surprise to my cousin because it was her birthday in the day we checked-in, they put in the room a cake and a good wishes card. She was so surprised! Very nice gesture wich I wanna thank for with this occasion. The staff was amazing. I totally reccomend this hotel! 🫶

Everything was fine.

We loved the sauna and the view to the town street from the window when sitting inside. Absolutely amazing. We loved that it works 24 hours and we were able to have it at night and use swimming pool and relax. Metro is just beside the hotel. It is quite at night and beautiful view from the room window to the lovely square. Supermarket is in 4 minutes walking distance. Food in the restaurant is delicious. Hotel is beautiful and modern with bar downstairs and music. Dressing gowns are provided in the room. Beds comfortable. Private taxi transfer free of charge from airport was an absolutely brilliant 🤩 Thank you! Best experience ever ❤️

Was too hot for sleeping in the room, we tried to adjust air conditioning as told at the reception but it didn’t helped. Toilets in the room designed with no privacy and it is not comfortable to use if someone else is in. Lights control panel beside bed is too bright at night and I had to put towel over.
