This was my 2nd trip after Oport few years ago. yes!! Me and my wife are over 60th and minimum quality shall be guaranteed with a budget and it was more than I had expected as the peoples at reception room was quite cooperative to support me to arrange the space for keeping the bagages for me and wife arrived by very early flight in the morning. Gave me a message right after they made the room while was having morning coffee, espresso and strolling around the downtown. Location was quite vantage to access to almost all famous places as the Baix-Chiado Metro Station and famous Tram28 are just 3-5 min distance, Bustling Ave Augusta also 3 min by walk which was not my favorite but the one of oldest Fado performing restaurant was 10 min walk in the evening which made my trip great.

Cost is not low but it desrve as its location and facility is reasonable enough. A slight needy point if I have to point out was a little noise in the night to midnight as it was right in the heart of downtown. But that noise calm down almost to zero after 23:00L. Commrecial job start in Lisbon is not so early what made me sleep enoough even I am a night owl style. Of course the other points I can pick but those are minor thhins and acceptible. Twin Bed was clean and cozy and made up every day morning. But no bottle of water provided as the other countries as they say it is no need and tap water is sanitarily fit to drink. Portugal is already a great country and the water is.

Very central, close to Metro, shops, sights. Very clean and serviced every day which was unexpected but very welcome- thank you.

The 'balcony' looked very dodgy! No view- only of wall with windows opposite! The bathroom cabinet had a loose drawer and shower was leaking. All minor irritations and didn't subtract from the cleanliness of the apartment.

The location was awesome! So close to transit, shopping, waterfront, and restaurants.

The curtains were impossible to close completely in order to shut out light at night

I loved the location of this property as it was literally only 5 minute to the main street and arch in main square. It was also about a 15 minute walk to a ton of really great night clubs and cocktail bars. Basically it's in such a central location everything is within walking distance. Also the staff at the property were so incredibly help, that I'd have to rate them 10/10. Any question we asked they were able to find an answer and even sent suggestions to my phone of things to do. The room was really clean, nice and quiet with refresh towels delivered each day. Put it like this, when I'm going back to Lisbon I'll defo be staying here again.

Great location, new renovated property.

I spoke with the manager about not having anywhere in the shower for your toiletries. Had to put everything on the floor, soaps, shampoos etc. He said they were waiting on something to be put in there, so hopefully that issue will be fixed soon. Also could do with a town rail near the sink for hand towel and towels, as there is one over the toilet but I didn’t like it there in case it fell into the toilet. Also the cleaner took away the tea towel and didn’t leave a new one, when we asked at reception we were told that none were delivered that day so they had none. Also only two coffee pods allowed each day and no tea bags at all.

Location, location, location! Perfectly situated to discover the delights of Lisbon with easy access to all forms of transport. We spent 4 nights and other than the tram to Belem and train to Cascais we walked everywhere. it’s hilly but a great city to discover on foot. The room was very comfortable with a daily service and change of towels which was great. Shower large with a rainfall shower. small kitchenette and useful fridge. Despite being on the corner with 2 large windows the noise level at night was not a problem. The air con was great to have. Easy to access room via pin pad.

if I am being picky I would say the bathroom tiles are in need of a clean as there are a few signs of mould. it happens in all bathrooms but managing this would give the room another point!

The location is very central and within walking distance of all major attractions. Although the street is busy, the apartment is very quiet. It's large with comfortable beds, nice kitchen with all equipment needed and a little eating area. The balcony is lovely and looks out over the main street. Staff are very friendly.

The bathroom door takes up too much space in the bathroom when open. If it was converted to a sliding door, you would have a lot more room. The one night the upstairs people where making a noise and had music playing all night which kept us awake. Once they had gone, all was quiet again.

Great location, right in the center, safe area clean and comfortable check ik check out!

Constanr bad smell in the bathroom which I assume is due to the old pipes It will be good of the owners will invest to renovate it...

very nice, clean and comfortable studio in the center of Lisbon, great communication with host, daily cleaning service.Please it was great for leisure but also if someone travels for work. Close to the metro station and easy to get to the airport and main tourist attraction.

We didn't have tea and kettle in the room as stated, it might sound silly but there is nothing more important for Brits than a proper cup of tea, also it would be great to have iron in the rooms. Also some things was a little bin old like shower or bedhead, this is worth to look and replace

Location, comfort, facilities. Very clean, cleaning was done daily, big plus. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Our group had arrived very late because of significant delays and the staff was in permanent contact and were able to receive us late.

Maybe a little noise at night. But with the windows closed was not an issue.
