Julia is a very welcoming and helpful hostess, able to advise you on the main activities and the more mainstream less tourist and satisfy all our requests. There are 4 rooms in the house, ours was the gold room with a private bathroom. Very welcoming house, clean, well cared for and located a few metres from points of interest such as metro, tram, bus and shops. The house also offers a large balcony with chairs, sofa and coffee table for those who smoke like me to have a space like this is essential. At the disposal in the house there is a magnificent kitchen with dishes, dishwasher, coffee machine, refrigerator, washing machine, ironing board. The essentials for breakfast are available: coffee capsules, tea, herbal teas and chamomiles. The whole house including the rooms, is equipped with air conditioning with heat pump. Tourist tax in our case of €24 to be paid on site. What can I say, if you come to Lisbon, Hola Lisbon Suites is really recommended for us. 5 stars.

The host was extremely friendly and the communication was instant. Easy commute from airport to the hotel - only cost €1.60 using the train. The hotel is only 5 mins walk from the Lisbon city centre so it’s great. The room was great too - massive. Really clean. The kitchen was spacious. Our flight was 8pm but the host gave us a spare key for us to leave our luggage’s there and pick them up later after we checked out.

Nice location 5 minutes away from the metro station (there is a long staircase to reach the apartment but all the city is like this) and you can easily explore the best of Lisbon from here. Very friendly staff (Karolina was super helpful and gave us a map and a lot of info about the city). Super comfy large bed, big shower and very impressive walk in closet. The very well equipped shared kitchen was definitely the cherry on top!!!

Window bathroom looks directly on the shared small terrace so you cannot always keep it open. They have air conditioning to warm the room and not proper heating so drying the towels in winter was a bit difficult (even though they promptly gave us fresh one upon request).

Absolutely perfect in every way! Beautiful and spacious room which was minimalistic but with lovely little touches to make it feel cosy. Large comfy bed. Shower which was powerful and hot. Bath towels, shampoo/soap and even a hair dryer. The shared kitchen was spacious and very modern. Nice little terrace for anyone that smokes. Location was perfect to walk down to local restaurants, bars, centre and the seafront.

I honestly cannot think of one thing!

Very comfortable, air-conditioned room. Clean, modern, very good shower. No street noise and very quiet in the night.

My only minor issue was the communal kitchen. A couple made some noise around 7.30am/8.00am when making their breakfast and our room was opposite the kitchen so we were woken up by this. *But* the room came with disposable earplugs that I only found when we were leaving so just make sure to put those in / find them!

I recently stayed at this lovely apartment and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was clean, cozy and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was also perfect, in the heart of the city with easy access to restaurants and shops and public transport. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, making sure that I had everything I needed throughout my stay. They provided recommendations for things to see and places to visit during my stay and were always available to answer any questions or requests I had during my stay.

I would have preferred if the room and bathroom were cleaned daily.

The location. It's decor very IKEA and surprisingly comfortable.

The cars that drove pass my window all night long. Opening my shutter. To see a car park right up against it. Plus the crashing and bashing the other guests made in the kitchen at 7am onwards. Mine you. They do provide you with ear plugs!

Really nice room; we stayed in Silver room with private bathroom. We were met by a very friendly staff member who gave us wonderful information and tips on what to do/see/eat etc. in the area and was helpful for the remainder of our stay. Kitchen facilities are nice; we only used the fridge but was nice to have it. Also free cookies :)

Parking situation isn't great; there is some street parking we did because we were there on Sunday and evenings, but the closest lot is quite expensive

The place is very neat, the green room was super spacious and beautiful. The kitchen is well equipped and very lovely and you get a cute terrace. The hosts are very nice!

The only minus was the shared bathroom. There is just one bathroom you share and it felt like we often wanted to use the bathroom at the same time with the other people.

very central location, walked everywhere. In quite a hilly area but was perfect! I stayed in the Silver Bedroom and it was perfect, comfortable bed, big room, good bathroom and wardrobe space. The manager was so lovely and was quick to reply to any questions we had.

The window of our bedroom wasn’t as private as I’d have liked it to be, small curtain in front of it but didn’t do much at night as you could see shadows etc
