Though the location of the hotel is just outside the city centre it has excellent links to the airport and the centre close by. The hotel has been recently refurbished and the facilities were generally very good. It was well maintained, clean and comfortable and the staff were very helpful and courteous. A good breakfast was provided on an all you could eat buffet basis. A great base for the start of each day and to return to.

The only small issue I have is that the design of the bathroom provide very little room for the toilet. Anyone tall or with mobility constraints will find it cramped. Some strategically placed hand rails would improve the situation significantly.

Very nice staff at the reception and everywhere, they are attentive and friendly. Our booking included breakfast, which was rather good as well. They serve it up until 12, so you can have it after a good sleep. The beds are super comfy and the mattress are tough. It was surprisingly quite in the room and we heard neither the neighbors nor the corridor. There are a lot of bus stops and access to metro with direct links to airport and Oriente. The rooms are pretty small, so be ready for it.

In general it was a very pleasant experience. A few things for improvement: 1. The water temperature in the shower was unstable and at times turned to very hot, so that I had to jump out. I would add 1-2 additional towels as well, as we only had three for both of us 2. There are no glasses/cups/kettle/fridge in the rooms. It would've been nice to have it to drink some tea or coffee after a day in the city. 3. Could have been nice to have some present for my boyfriend's birthday, but it is not something thsr we usually expect :D

I always received a warm welcome from the staff. The majority of staff spoke English. Breakfast was co tinental, but not of options. Breads, pastel de nata, cereal, fruits, cold meats, you can freshly squeeze your own orange juice. Breakfast runs until 12pm. The staff are all courteous and polite. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Saldhana metro station. This takes you to Cais de Sodre, which is the main station to Cascais, which is an amazing beech. This is 40 minutes. Equally, you can transfer and be in the tourist area of Lisbon quickly. The metro stations are large and do require a lot of walking up and down steps. There are lifts/elevators.

The matress had a topper that moves when you get up. Nothing major.

Although not in the heart of the neighborhoods visitors to Lisbon usually want to see, the hotel was in a good location. Convenient access to Lisbon's Metro (about two blocks) made it easy to get to other areas in the city. Restaurants, grocery store, bars, and coffee shops were within walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Water in the bathroom took a long time to get warm.

The staff was very friendly and spoke perfect english. The room was recently refurbished - nice modern design. And, the hotel had its own parking garage (this could have been communicated more clearly). The garage is quite a tight fit; If I had an Audi Q7 or Range Rover I wouldn’t even tried getting it in there.

The shower wasn’t the best (you had to hold it yourself above your head, maybe to make sure people take short showers - to save water for the environment?). And, the blowdryer was poor, but that’s the case in 95% of Hotels (how expensive is it to get decent blowdryers?).

First of all, I would like to thank most kindly the wonderful staff at the front desk, namely, the dark young gentleman who manned the front desk from 7AM at 22nd October Sunday, the day of my departure. I had caught a nasty stomach flu on previous days and was in terrible shape, but the gentleman helped me wonderfully, by smartly recommending the most suitable hospital possible and help with the taxi, making sure the driver knew where to go. That really saved me and I recovered enough to be able to make my flight. He also guided me where was close and open to buy the prescription on Sunday. And also helped with the transporation to the airport, which was difficult because there was some kind of traffic trouble that day. He went above and beyond and was kind and most efficient and smart, I cannot commend him highly enough. Really a wonderful professional hotel staff and kind and intelligent person. I'm sorry that I needed time to recover back home and then influenza and make-up hectic work and I'm writing this now. Because I did want to write long thorough comments which did some justice to the wonderful service. The hotel was also very nice, with great breakfast, and very clean, spacious rooms, with excellent and friendly cleaning staff.

There are so many positive things about this hotel. We stayed there more than once. First of all, the staff is professional in a friendly way. From the front desk to the bar and breakfast we were always greeted and treated with kindness and hospitality. Then, there’s the location. The hotel is close to a metro station and there are bars/restaurants, a grocery store and a pharmacy right there. Finally, let’s talk about the breakfast. It is really good with plenty of options to choose from.

The room was very nice and comfortable, The location is very good, there is a Lidl in front of it, there are coffee shops and restaurants, and the shopping center. It is a great and excellent location. And with this location, there are many famous places nearby, like Rossio, like the Marqus de Bombal, and the rest of the places

The room was very nice and comfortable, but there was no closet in the room to store your clothes or anything else, and there was no safe.

It's like any other Ibis hotels, rooms are small but very comfortable. Wifi is one of the best I've seen lately: it connects back as soon as you walk in and there's no need to keep authenticating. The neighbourhood is quiet but with lots of shopping options, nice cafés. Two of the best pastelarias in Lisbon have stores nearby: Manteigaria and Aloma.

No hand towels, we were only provided two bath towels and a floor mat. And no mini fridge or water provided in the room.

Breakfast was very good, diversified, nice presentation, several coffee machines, clean environment. Location was very good, walking distance from city center (about 30 minutes), nice and safe area. The reception gentleman was very nice and offered to call a taxi to drive us to the airport.

I think a procedure should be in place on the possibility of having a take away breakfast when check out is very early in the morning. We booked and payed accommodation for 1 room, 2 persons, including breakfast for all our staying, because there was the only alternative of reservation with cancel option. We had to check-out early in the morning and there was no possibility of having breakfast, not even something to take away, though I informed at the reception the previous morning. We could have only a coffee from the machines in the breakfast room.
