We had a lovely and relaxed stay at Upon Lisbon Prime Residences. The hotel itself was very comfortable, and the rooftop pool was a standout feature. With its sliding doors, it was perfect for both daytime use and cooler evenings, offering a great place to unwind. The staff were consistently helpful and friendly, which added to the overall positive experience. One of the highlights of the location was the nearby shopping mall. It was a huge store with plenty of options, and there was also a small supermarket next door, which was incredibly convenient for picking up any essentials. Additionally, the hotel is just a stone’s throw from the football stadium. If you’re staying to catch a game, the location is absolutely perfect for this.

As it’s an aparthotel, the initial supply of tea bags and coffee was quite limited, which meant we had to go out and purchase more ourselves—a small inconvenience that could have been avoided with a bit more generosity. On our first night, we experienced some disturbance from loud neighbors. While the staff were attentive and did their best to address the issue, the noise persisted for several hours, which was disappointing. The location was slightly further out from the city center than we expected, but we enjoyed a nice walk on one day and used taxis on others, which worked well. Overall, it’s a great hotel for a relaxed stay, especially if you enjoy amenities like the rooftop pool, shopping, or football. With a few minor improvements, it could be even better.

I loved the cleanliness and comfort of the room, as well as having independence with the accomodation being an aparthotel, the view from the rooms is spectacular and is an Ideal location for supermarket, restaurants and public transport ideal if you are traveling as a family, the pool was also great before it closed for maintenance

The food in the restaurant was of a good standard and tasty although it would have been nice to have had more choice and variety of meals, The quality of soundproofing within the rooms is not great as we could hear people in the room below and next door talking, The pool was lovely but it was unfortunate that they closed it to guests during the day for maintenance as we were under the impression that the pool was closing from night time on Monday 21st October and not early Morning, this would have allowed guests to have had a swim before closure

It is a very clean room. The staff are extremely friendly. The food is very delicious. There is a swimming pool at the rooftop. Our room was not ready until 3:30 PM which led to us missing our appointment at 3:30. The receptionist apologised for that and left a letter of apology in our room with which was great. She also offered free breakfast and lunch as a compensation. Check out is easy and available 24 hours.

The room was not ready at 3 pm. we had to wait till 3:30 which would have been ok if we did not have an appointment at 3:30. However this was compensated with free food and drinks till the room was made ready.

loved the ease of everyone and everything. staff lovely, very good English. breakfast is OK, good selection. rooms are comfortable, beds are lovely. Air con works. lovely kitchen amenities in the apartment. you are literally a stone throw away from Benfica Stadium, so it suited us so well for the Portugal match we went to see, no worries about getting home post the match.

only thing, the decor of rooms and bathrooms, too dark, with the black interior, especially in the bathroom. you couldn't look at yourself properly in the mirror as it was so dark (ie. couldn't do my make up right )

Great place with such a lovely staff. Little chocolate cake for my daughter birthday was an amazing surprise and made her so happy. Thank you again 🥰 Everyone was so nice and happy. Hotel is great and have nice swimming pool on the roof, great to rest after long day of walking. Food and drinks were great in the hotel. Overall we were very happy with our stay, definitely too short and if we will be back we are hoping to stay in Upon Residence again. Thank you for making our holiday so great ❤️

Just be aware that the hotel is close to Benefica stadium, so it will be loud if anything is going on there. We had that on the first night, but after a long day of walking and enjoying Lisbon, it didn't bother us at all.

Beautiful apartment and very spacious. Situated right in front of one of the stadiums and a 6minute walk to a huge shopping mall. There were a few restaurants close by and even a grocery store even though I never went there. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. The staff were all so kind and welcoming. My daughter got lots of treats each time we were in and out of the building. Room service was great for lazy days. Rooftop pool was lovely as well.

The shower drain wasn’t flowing. We did complain at the end and we were told that they would have switched our apartment had we informed them earlier. The people next door also smoked and we had the smell come through the bathroom. Wish there were more options at the restaurant.

Excellent accommodation / apart-hotel in Lisbon. Staff: extremely friendly, polite and super helpful. Room: Our room was very spacious to accommodate 2 adults and 1 child. Good size kitchenette with dishwasher, fridge, oven and cooker top; along with pots and pans and dishware. They provide toiletries but this was one of our first where they had provided a special toiletries kit for kids and our son was thrilled to have one. Facilities: - Pool: rooftop pool with a view of the Benfica stadium. Absolutely stunning. Good size pool with lots of lounge chairs. The pool got busy on the weekend but otherwise was fine. - Launderette: They have a washing machine and dryer on the premises; which are free to use. - Restaurant - there is a restaurant on site that provide food and drinks. You can either eat there or do a takeaway to your room, because if you ask for room service then they charge about 30-50% extra per item. Breakfast is served here every morning and was a good spread, but the same every day. Location: This is both a positive and negative. Positive as it is located opposite a supermarket where you can get everything that you need. The nearest metro station is about a 7-10 min walk away. Negative as its far from the city centre, from all attractions, shops and restaurants.

Just a couple of small things: - I would have really appreciated it if they provide a clothes airer or drying rack. As everyone has access to the pool and then no where to dry out clothes. - We stayed there for 4 nights and the breakfast was the SAME every day, no change at all. It would be nice to have a bit of variety. - Location: as it was far from the centre. - Restaurant: The onsite restaurant has very limited food options. When we were there they have a burger festival and that is all they had, along with some salad options.

I could live in that apartment! Quiet, comfortable. Everything a single person would need to be extremely comfortable in a large city and the metro system is very good

We had an incident where my sister had a fall on the stairs to the laundry because of poor lighting. On the positive side, she came out of it with a badly bruised knee and a cut on her shin but no permanent damage. Ana.. who was on the desk that day, was incredibly proactive. Investigated the scene, came to our room, had maintenance called in and they took action that day to improve the lighting situation and they comped us a meal in the restaurant. Although I was upset at the injury, we were all impressed with the action and the speed with which it was taken.

The personnel was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was large and comfortable and was well cleaned every day. The pool area was also very nice and clean with a great sunset view. The place is well connected to the city center, although there is a 10min walk to the metro, or 15 mins walk to the shopping mall. Recommended is to use taxi for easier transportation.

The bar on the roof top was not open, but could order drinks from downstairs restaurant. Breakfast area was small for all the guests on the weekend.

Should’ve had breakfast but unfortunately didn’t. It did look good so if I ever happen to be back there I shall have the breakfast. Would’ve loved to seen more options in the restaurant for food instead of just burgers maybe that would’ve lead me to eat there.

Unfortunately the pool wasn’t in service which is annoying but understandable I guess and the gym didn’t have that much diversity
