We loved the hotel's location—it was only a single stop on the U-Bahn from the Hauptbahnhof. The rooms were very comfortable and super clean, and the staff was really friendly and helpful.

Two things specific to this hotel and one general hotel/office gripe. 1. No hot drink-making facilities in the room. Is this just a Brit requirement? 2. The breakfast area was bustling and somewhat overwhelming. I suspect this may be due to the run-up to Christmas. Monday morning was substantially quieter. 3. I don't like breathing cigarette smoke when entering a building. Why can't hotels/offices insist people don't smoke just outside the entrance?

What a fab stay, the entrance alone was grand and welcoming and all the staff were pleasant, attentive and friendly. The design and layout is unique and inviting. We didn’t want to leave. The lounge / bar area in reception adds a lovely ambiance. They had welcome drinks and sweets on reception. The value for money was exceptional. Rooms were comfortable, cozy, modern and sleek. I went to the sauna which was amazing. Huge, clean with towels and water. The gym was right next door. This hotel was the best one on our travels. Definitely going to look out for NH hotels again.

Nothing to dislike, absolutely perfect.

The hotel is very close to the U-Bahn station Oberbilker Markt, so it is easily accessible by public transportation. Oberbilker Markt station itself is just one stop from Düsseldorf Central Station. I liked the spacious hotel room, the staff were very friendly, and the atmosphere of the hotel bar located in the spacious hall was also very nice.

The water in the toilet in the room keeps running. This problem should be fixed to save water. Also, the hotel itself is conveniently located for access from Dusseldorf Central Station, but it is located in the opposite direction from the main tourist attractions. If you want to easily access the tourist attractions from the hotel without using public transportation, you may want to choose another hotel.

The hotel building has a visible logo, making it easy to find. It's located in front of the subway station and is a 12-minute walk to the main train station. The check-in/out process was quick. The welcome drink is water mixed with orange. Check-out time is 12pm. The bed was comfortable.

The room feels a bit old-fashioned, the furniture is a bit old. Our twin beds are quite small, and the bathroom is also too small. I was surprised that there were no free drinks or coffee in the room. The explanation was that the welcome drink is available downstairs, but I wouldn’t say it’s the same. I would rather skip the welcome drink but get the free drinks.

Only one station away from the main station by tube, with Cafes and grocery shops close by and park behind the hotel. The staff was always helpful always friendly.

Parking is over 20€ per night, which seems excessive even near the convention centre it’s only 10€. There is no AC and the air event barely did anything.. on top of it it was so dusty that it felt like I was making the air in the room worse. In the bathroom a ceiling tile was loose and you could see into the ceiling space above it where the vent goes.

Hotel lobby facilities were amazing. They have a self-service section where you can buy snacks, drinks and more. The staff were very friendly and speak multiple different languages. The room was very good, very comfortable bed and pillows. You can request a room with either a bath or shower dependant on preference - I chose shower which was one of the best hotel showers I've used. I never ate any food at the hotel so I'm unable to review that, but there's an underground station literally a 1 minute walk away from the hotel which is 2 stops away from the city centre. It also only takes 15 minutes via tazi from the Dusseldorf Airport to reach the hotel or 25-30mins via trains. Amazing hotel for a very good price - Would definitely stay here again if visiting Dusseldorf in future.

There isn't anything I picked up on that I didn't like at the hotel. If being picky maybe that the TV's don't have screen mirroring to watch things from your phone as the main channels was only in German (although German Spongebob was an interesting watch).

Nice lobby. Good size room. Good breakfast buffet. Walking distance to train station and to a local grocery store. There are a few restaurants nearby.

The total price we paid for ended up almost twice the booking price including the taxes. Better to pay upfront than to opt to pay on site. The room was also dark, especially during winter time, and even with all the lights on. No complimentary tea/coffee and water bottle inside the room.

The reception staff was kind! They upgraded us to a very nice room when I asked for a double bed instead of a twin.

I asked one staff member from the breakfast room where I could get bigger cups for my coffee (which everyone had) he responded rudely saying “can’t you see that they are all dirty, they’re being washed!”. We went there by 9:00 and pretty much most of the food trays were empty and it seemed that the staff didn’t had the intention to refill them.

Staff was very friendly, had a nice offer for free drinks for not using room service. View from hotel was nice. Interior and lounge area very cozy and welcoming. Metro super close to hotel, easy to get to any place in city.

Pillows are very thick, and neck was a bit strained after sleeping. Classical German problem with double duvets but compensated by good matress.

Location to station friendly staff.

The room duvet not the cover was dirty looked like pink make up also spot on floor, so was one of the towels maybe soap or blue tooth paste. we had a bug in the bath for 2 days till I cleaned it, after the maid had been in and made the bed, we were also not told about the green stay option on arrival. their is a pen and old chewing gum behind on of the unit with the marble top, clearly not been moved for some time. No tea or coffee facility in room.
