The night staff was friendly. The room seemed mostly clean. The floors are wooden style floors, which means less likely to have bugs. The bed was quite comfortable. I slept very sound and was rested. The Inn was across the street from a mall, where we ate at Islands restaraunt. The Inn is also across from a park like area where there is a walkway instead of a sidewalk, for a relaxing stroll. The beds were comfortable

The parking here sucks! We'll for me at least..I have a 1-ton truck, which this small lot is NOT conducive for the size of my truck. Luckily I was able to back into the corner spot to park, next to the handicap spot. But turning that beast could've been very challenging, if not impossible, if the lot was full of cars. Getting to this place was not as easy as you think. Only 1 way in. The floors were dirty, as if they don't sweep or mop. The TV was not tuned for any channels. We had the King "suite", which is significantly smaller than the double queen, where my kids stayed in. I wish the Inn would've had some sort of breakfast. With the amount of money you pay for the room you'd think at least a continental something or another would show some appreciation towards the guests.

First time in a motel, was pleasantly surprised at how spacious and clean it was. Bed was comfortable and had supermarket across the highway. Great value for money.

Perhaps better soundproofing for the windows as could hear some traffic as on the main highway but that was expected due to location; it wasn't bad and didn't spoil my nights sleep but I put my ear plugs in.

Room was recently remodeled, clean, quiet, walking distance to mall, close to Cannery Row. Staff cheerfully accommodated request request to extend checkout time by 1 hour with no extra charge.

We could hear the people in the room above us walking normally when they arrived and left the room.

Parking in front of your room

The bathroom window and the chair in front of the desk is unsafe. But the bathroom window is easy access for thieves or even something worse. Both of those projects can be done easily.

Room was mainly clean and comfortable. Microwave, coffeemaker and fridge worked fine.

Some sheets and towels had little stains. it was cold in the room, we didn’t manage to get the heater on. The lady at the reception seemed a bit annoyed by us showing up, but it was okay. The neighbours were very loud, that’s not a mistake by the motel, but the walls seem to be quite thin. Worst part is the entry to the parking, it is really steep and when we drove off, our car touched down. That should somehow be resolved before a car gets seriously damaged.

Very clean and comfortable. Staff was adequate... quickly checked me in and that was it. Returned key to slot on check out so no big interactions. Met with local friends for dinner and 17 mile drive the next day, location was perfect.

Really noisy footsteps in room above us at 3am and 6am. Really loud. So maybe consider a top floor room. Parking lot was a little tight and the driveway is really steep... don't scrape.

Good location across from mall with variety of restaurants. Recently updated. Close to 101 freeway.

Limited amenities, no breakfast. I be stayed her a few times, usually in the fall, and it is usually reasonable, however, seemed pretty pricey this time, I suppose because it was summer and tourist season.

The room had no carpeting just great hardwood flooring, which is a plus if you have allergies! You could tell that the room was newly furnished & the location of the hotel/motel was even better than I expected. It was just off Hwy 1.

can't wait till they finish their new parking lot.

The staff was really friendly. Room is big enough and everything you need was there.

It was a bit noisy due to the road, but we knew that before. It’s located quite far away from the harbour and pier.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. I know this is an older property. There was a little wear and tear in the bathroom ie. walls and tub. Overall, worth the room rate.
