The clean smell when you walk into the lobby. How nice housekeeping kept my room (506). They ensured I had enough shampoo/conditioner and towels which was great since I was working in an office. The room was a little loud since it faced I-275, but I still could sleep because I was tired, but the room also had the blackout curtains. Spacious room. Bed was fine.

Breakfast. Not sure how a sausage patty and egg patty (since it was a flat egg) are considered a hot breakfast. I would have liked bacon or potatoes or scrambled eggs. Something to show it was fresh and not microwaved from frozen because the first morning, my sausage was ice cold in the middle.

Staff was extremely accommodating for my elderly father. They found him a room on the first floor with handicapped bathroom.

Only one elevator was working. Also they were renovating.

Beds were super comfy. Room was clean! Breakfast was not great. Everything else was good. Thankyou!

The staff was very accommodating and got us an early check in. My debit card was lost at the beach, and I'm awaiting a hip replacement surgery, and the front desk and owner/mgr stepped up and help me and my family during this end leg beach trip. Beds were very comfortable, loved the fact that they had a small bar, restaurant and gift shop. The grounds were very well kept, as well as the indoor common areas and rooms. They have washers and dryers for a fee, which was convenient, as well as a delicious hot breakfast. We didn't use the pool, but it was a nice size and also very clean. Location was right near the Interstate, which was what we wanted for this leg of our trip. Very pleased and pleasantly surprised!

I didn't like the fact that the light switch for the bathroom was outside of the actual bathroom and the lighting was a little bit darker than I would have liked.

Check-in was easy. The front desk person changed my room to the first floor with ease and politeness . Breakfast had a variety of food to select from. The room was comfortable ,clean,and fresh. All the staff were friendly and polite. The location was great, with easy access to restaurants, gas stations, and the highway. It had been years since I stayed there and was impressed with the improvements.

There was some flooding due to the rain, but the staff made sure the floors were dry and safe.

It was safe. We went there because of a hurricane and it was out of the flood zone. They are very accommodating and let us even bring our pets. They also have a great breakfast.

It could use a little face lift. Also there needs to be better lighting in the stairwells when there is no electricity. I know the battery back up emergency lights stopped working but then you could put lanterns or something in the stairwells. I put my own lanterns so we could carry down our things to leave.

Breakfast was nice especially for the value. Staff were friendly and accomodating. It was a nice getaway for me and my girlfriend to enjoy a weekend off of school and work. The rooms were clean and organized, compared to other hotels this cleanliness was on another level!

The view wasn't the best especially on the fourth floor, but besides that I had no complaints for such an affordable hotel in St. Petersburg. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying close to the area.

The staff was great. We dropped our AirPods and didn’t realize it until we’d checked out- that they’d fallen out of the case and could be under the desk. I called hoping we might get lucky enough for someone to even look- they offered to send someone straight away to the room and called me back within minutes to let me know they’d been found. Thank you to the team for being so expedient Andy frankly, for being honest.

After a miserable night in the regular Double Room we moved to a King Suite, which was a perfect fit for our family of four. The king size bed is in the bedroom and the living room has a full-size sofa bed with its own bathroom and TV. There is also a mini fridge. The hotel lobby has a mini mart area where you can find everything from Advil to snacks to cold beverages. The hydro massage chairs are located in a room next to the breakfast area and can be used for a nominal fee at any time. The breakfast area is quite spacious and accommodated the morning rush, which begins at 7 am. All the front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. There was plenty of parking and the hotel is located across the street from a Cracker Barrel restaurant and right off the exit from I-275. 12 minutes to Downtown St. Petersburg. Our room was on the 5th floor facing the highway and we did not notice any traffic noise.

The breakfast selection was varied enough but there was nothing special about it. The coffee was hot but mediocre at best. It's definitely time to change the hallway carpets. Do not even think about reserving a double room if there are more than two people in your reservation. The beds in the double room are full size at best - and the room is relatively small, which makes for an uncomfortable stay.
