Location is perfect, room and bathroom are very clean and large, parking is available but you have to pay €20 per night.

Our room wad like rooms of old hospitals. Iron was not available in the room and hotel, so we put on wrinkled dresses when we went to opera. Breakfast area is very small. Breakfast options are very limited. Entrance is located in the basement with lots of inclined stairs and very difficult to carry luggage to and from the hotel. If I go to Palermo again, I will not choose this hotel.

ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN AND SERVICED EVERY DAY. SHOWER WAS ONE OF THE BEST I'VE EVER HAD IN A HOTEL. LOCATION WAS EXCELLENT AS YOU WERE RIGHT IN THE CENTER OF TOWN.

BAR WASN'T OPEN AT NIGHT, WHAT'S THE POINT OF HAVING A BAR IF ITS NOT OPENED. HOTEL LOST A LOT OF MONEY AS WE HAD TO HAVE A DRINK AT OTHER ESTABLISHMENTS BEFORE GOING BACK TO HOTEL. WE WERENT TOLD OF ANYTHING GOING ON IN THE LOCAL AREA (MARKETS, FETES OR OPEN DAYS ETC0

The room and bathroom was very spacious and well lit. The bed was very comfortable. The location of the hotel was perfect. It's across from the Teatro Politeama and a couple blocks from Teatro Massimo therfore you're within walking distance for many great restaurants and the Capo Mercato.

My only complaint was that the wifi was not great at the beginning of my stay but improved and by the end it worked fine.

The breakfast was very nice comparing to other hotels I’ve visited in Italy. Very nice staff and we would like to mention Letizia, she was very nice and kind! Reception staff also very nice and cause we had a late flight we could put our luggage in the luggage room. The room was quite nice and can recommend. The station for the bus that goes to the airport is just across the central road(outside from Prada) so it’s really close to the hotel!

Room had no view, and the furniture in the living room next to reception were very old.

heat was turned off and because it turned cold outside, the room was cold. I requested an early check in and it was not given to me and I had to waste 2 hours waiting when it was clear there were available rooms.

The hotel is located close to the main attractions, within walking distance. We booked specifically this hotel since we had a ferry the next day and we needed a safe parking space, not far from the port. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was spacious. We left very early, so our breakfast was prepared for takeaway.

The windows are old-type, wooden. We could hear the noise coming from a bar nearby. Since we were staying at the hotel on a Saturday night, it was noisy till around 2 AM so we did not get to sleep, considering that we had to wake up at 5 AM to catch the ferry.

I liked the excellent central location, the pedestrian zone around the hotel. The place is safe, quiet, close to the old town and to the main touristic objectives. A bus stop is right near the hotel, but we didn't use the bus, everything was at a walking distance. We arrived late and received a room with a less pleasant view to the back street. We asked next morning to change the room with a better view. The lady in the Reception was very helpful and at noon we received a better room with a main street view, looking to the Politeama Theatre, with a side sea view. Both rooms were very spacious, large and comfortable beds, one of them with an additional sofa. Good breakfast. Overall very good value for money.

No slippers or bathrobes in the room, the photos posted on Booking.com were a bit misleading.

Hotel: it was renewed only a few years ago so all is new. Room: very very big room and super comfortable bed, new clean bathroom with everything; the room was super quiet! Breakfast: Very good! There was lots of choice, and it was a very good value! I could not try everything because I do not eat much but lots of fresh cakes and even fresh orange juice! Parking: there is a parking facility in the hotel, you need to ask before hand if there is a space but super handy! Location: bang in the middle of town, you cannot be more central and close to everything. Staff: smiley and always willing to help. I will come back!

The positives: - The room was spacious and the housekeeping was prompt. Although, I suggest they leave indicators to guests who prefer their bathroom towels replaced every day. It was great service obviously but they replaced my used towels with new one literally every day. - The location was superb! A stop for buses with direct connections to the airport is very close to the hotel! - The staff at the welcome reception are very nice and helpful!

The non-positives: - The wifi connection is inconsistent. It is not bad, just unreliable at times. - The bed is very stiff! - Since the location is central, this may not be a bad option for light sleepers. I am such but I had earplugs with me so it's fine. - The hotel is located right beside a bar (not a noisy one) and occasionally, cigarette smokes from people enter the room.

It was close to buses and lovely restaurants. It was also close to great shops. Rooms were clean and cool with fridge. We had lovely spacious bathroom. Most importantly it was quiet. It also has storage. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The price was great value for such a lovely hotel close to so many amenities
