It was our first Umrah diy and Emaar Royal Hotel made it memorable. The location of the hotel is great! It is a walkable distance to the mosque, there are a lot of shops nearby. During our stay, Mohammad Tohid & Harun took care of us during our 6 nights stay. They cleaned our rooms daily and replenished all the water, soaps and towels. We appreciate all the efforts for making our stay memorable.

Good check in and staff at reception Mohammed was very cooperative and gave me what I needed and also we checked in at 12 pm instead of 4. The location is good especially for ladies. Free parking is available all the time. Number of elevators are good as well. The cleaning staff is good. I always hang the label to clean my room when i am out and when I come back I see it cleaned.

The bathroom has a bad smell and the water faucet malfunctioned and leaked. The electrical outlet will turn off when you turn off the lights.. It is like they are puting 1 or 2 sockets to charge your devices while sleeping.

I would like to thank the manager Abeer for her kindness and noble morals. She helped me a lot and was very cooperative, both with me and with other customers whom I saw with my own eyes how she dealt with. I thank the hotel management for choosing a beautiful and honest relations manager. I will repeat my visit here again. The room was clean and a fruit basket was sent. The cleaning staff were very cooperative and quick to respond. The breakfast was delicious and tasty. It lacks an egg station, but the advantages of the management and the cheerful and cooperative employees cover up all the shortcomings in the hotel 🌺🌺🌺🌺

This is a nice hotel with about 5-7 minutes walk to Masjid e Nabi. I have stayed at this hotel before and decided to stay again since I enjoyed my stay the last time. The check-in staff and the concierge was friendly and helpful and the check-in process was quick. The room was spacious and the bathroom was a decent size as well. I must say that I was very impressed by the room service. I was on the 3rd floor and the house keeping staff Ibrahim and Rizwan were absolutely wonderful. There did an excellent job cleaning the room very quickly and were always ready to help. Its staff like Ibrahim and Rizwan which really makes us come back to the same hotel again and again. There are a lot of shops and restaurants nearby as well.

The rooms and the hotel in general were very clean and the housekeeping was good. I was very pleased with the reception service and the staff was friendly and helpful. The coffee and dates at the entrance of the hotel at certain times of the day were very nice. Breakfast was satisfactory, but the lack of written names of the food served, the lack of the possibility to order eggs as you want at breakfast, the fact that your table was cleaned when you got up to get a new food, the hasty behaviour of the staff in this regard was not pleasant. Beyond all these, the friendliness of all the staff in general will be the most important factor for me to use this facility again. I wish them to maintain the same service quality.

It would be nice to have a service where you can order eggs according to your choice at breakfast, to have a separate stand, to have the names of the foods, especially cheese and yoghurt varieties, written.

Very helpful staff who do their best to acvomodate the needs and provide solutions, the reception personnelle really made this trip easy and enjoyable.

Check in was relatively easy. The gentleman spoke English well and was courteous. We were given our rooms quickly and settled in. The hotel is proper old school. It's only got up to 10 floors, so lifts are never busy. That's a huge bonus as Salah times can be hectic. The walk from the haram is about 5 mins max, so it's nice and close. Location is very good as there's everything you need relatively close by eg food places, shopping places etc. All in all it's very good.

The breakfast choices aren't huge compared to the newer, posher hotels in Makkah. There aren't a lot of dishes to choose from. One thing I really disliked was once the breakfast time ends (10am) and the guests are still eating they start to tell the guests to be quicker and they have to leave in 10 mins. I find that rude as not everyone is a fast eater. They shouldn't let anyone else in, but they also shouldn't rush the guests that are already there! If someone walked in at 9:50am and sat down to eat at 10:05am surely they can't expect the person to finish by 10:15am! That's just silly! So please take note!

The staff are very professional and friendly. Especially Mr. AbdulRahman who was very welcoming and most accommodating. The room was upgraded, with an extra bed, it was tidy and clean. The hotel is 3-4 minutes walk from Haram of Masjid Al Nabawi and surrounded by many food shops, and supermarkets in addition to a mall only 3 minutes walk. l found transportation was not a problem at all, easy access to taxis and buses. Breakfast is good including boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, sausages, fried vegetables, rice, 2 soups, mashed potatoes, beans, cheese collection and different croissants, cereals, coffee and tea.

Nothing. I should mention here that my stay wasn't during peak time.
