I recently stayed at this hotel and had an excellent experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff was incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure that all my needs were met. The amenities were top-notch, and the overall atmosphere was warm and inviting. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay. I look forward to returning in the future!

Excellent location as it is opposite to the prophet’s mosque, room was small but clean and well furnished staff were good specially the receptionists were very well trained Breakfast was very good I wish I repeat this trip again I recommend this hotel so much to stay in

The location was excellent because I stayed here with my mother, so it was right in front of the women's entrance to the mosque. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Long wait for the elevators, especially at Salah time. Congested lobby and waiting areas. The service areas of the hotel are not well-designed. For the price we paid, the hotel should be in a better condition.

The reason I have given the hotel for exceptional ratings is that they have exceeded my expectation for the room decoration they've done for my wedding anniversary. My wife was very much impressed. Apart from that, the room is nice and comfort. The view from the hotel is amazing. Hotel staff is attentive and helpful. The location is great if you are visiting the Nabawi mosque frequently. Overall services are top rated!

The phone line to call room service was not working.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff at reception, Ali and Zuhair, were incredibly welcoming and professional, The room, though small, was clean and well-equipped with modern amenities. The location couldn’t be better situated right in front of Haram Gate 25 and only a 2-3 minute walk away. This convenience made our visit exceptionally smooth and stress-free. Breakfast was decent, but there’s room for improvement. It would be great to see dishes from the sub-continent region added to the menu to cater to diverse tastes.

ALL staff were amazing and very helpful throughout my stay at the Golden Tulip Al-Zahabi in Medina.They went above and beyond with everything I needed. The hotel room I was in was both spacious and had all the facilities required. The breakfast was good too with a range of options available. The best part of this hotel is that it has an ideal location to Masjid Nabawi. It is literally outside the women's entrance (338) to the masjid so you can easily get there to pray salah, which is a bonus.

Nothing- everything was great!

The location of this hotel was very good as it was the main gate 25 for ladies. It was an easy walk to Haram. The staff were all good and helpful. As for breakfast all good just would have like more varieties for children as in there was no cereal available we had to ask for it and also purchased our own from the local shop so that our son had something he enjoyed to eat.

The size of the room for two adults and a 11 year old child was not good at all it was very tight as my son had no room to walk around. The bathroom was quite small as well. The beds were too small for the three of us.
