We booked a triple room and had a dble bed and two twins. The beds were very comfortable and the room was fairly spacious . The housekeeping was excellent every day clean towels and topping up on toiletries, water and beverages. Bedding was changed. . Location was perfect to ladies entrance door 25. approx. 5min to enter gharam. . Co'operatoon from reception was excellent when logging a call . Staff ready to help with a smile at all times. Will definitely be my place to stay next time .

Built-in cupboard can do with an upgrade. The shower needs a good steam cleaning in the corner crevices. Lifts are small and slow. Fortunately we could use stairs from 2nd floor

The bathroom is okay, but 2 things that troubled me. Room 1009. 1. The shower hose, it cannot be fixed properly at the shower hose housing, causing it to misalign when I took a shower. So I have to bend my body during showering. 2. The hot water and cold water pipe...very difficult to control because I stayed from 5 May 2024 until 9 May 2024, during showering, often the water suddenly become very hot that I have to move out from the shower room area...and then readjust the water temperature again.

• The LOCATION is definitely a PLUS 10/10! Just a few steps towards entrance of the Prophet's Mosque (Ladies gate is also very near). Recommended for those traveling with elder women. • Internet, is a PLUS PLUS. Very high-speed internet and really did exceed the expectation. • Both the room and bathroom were spacious. At the reception, it only took a couple of minutes to go through the smoothest check-in experience. The guy at the reception was very nice, humble and polite. • Room services, not just met but exceeded the expectations, only thing is I have to ask them not to regularly knock at the room; I will call when needed, but definitely good one! The hotel is just between some five stars and other costly accommodation options; but trying to compete with their best with all of them. I would definitely return next time. RECOMMENDED!

The only thing that went wrong was the washroom basin that was designed in such a way that water deposits on the shelf. I know if I had complained, they would've certainly changed my room but I kept quiet out of politeness and consider it a trade-off between so many things that were going exceptional. The elevators, definitely gets crowded near the prayers' times, so use intelligence and leave the hotel couple of minutes to pray and spend time at the mosque.

The hotel is very near to the ladies door Ziad the receptienest is very excelent

They have 3 main elevators one is not working and the other 2 is very small and very slow you have to wait a very long time to get in it Hotel have to change them to another elevators quicker and wider

Very convenient with friendly staff. Had an amazing stay here. Kids were happy, location is amazing, just steps to the Masjid An Nabawi. Had an incredible experience wt this hotel. Must say that there courtesy and attention was better than staying in 5 star hotels. They deserve 5 stars !!

Excellent location, very close to the grand mosque. Room size was good. Everything was available within walking distance. Staff was helpful.

The breakfast was poor. 6 p.m. cut off for check in is not practical. Someone should have called before cancelling the booking.

Excellent location for specially girls/women to do Umrah. Very convenient location to go to Masjid e Nabibi. Also good location for souvenir shops and other shops. The reception stuffs were very amicable and helpful.

Bathroom were a bit smelly but it was cleaned. Probably the issue is with the sanitary pipes or something.

Beds are very comfortable, rooms were clean, the location is excellent, very close to the women's entrance to the mosque.

The lifts can take a very long time
