It was pleasure staying here. I came here to stay for 3 nights but spent over 10 days. Roza Mubarik is just 50 steps away. The best thing about this hotel was breakfast place where you can see the roza Mubarik. Breakfast was average. I was expecting a better breakfast. And i can not forget the staff who came daily and made me a cofee every day. Even that was not in their duty. Named shah Alam and Juyel. I wish them good luck and request the hotel to keep such staff who goes extra to make the clients happy.

I will be very honest bed wasn't comfy at all they are kind of hard mattress. Wish they had better bedding.

The room was very spacious, clean, modern, well designed and with a large bathroom. There were also a lot of amenities provided inside of the room. It was a side room, therefore, the window view was just of the inner-backside of the hotel and inner rooms. The location leading from the hotel to Masjid Al-Nabwi was very convenient and near as you literally step outside of the hotel and Masjid Al-Nabwi is there in front of you and on the other side of the road and it then depends on which gate you would like to enter into the mosque. The breakfast was included within the price and there is a large variety to choose and eat from, alhamdulillah. The hotel and rooms were very well air conditioned making it soothing after experiencing the severe heat outside. The staff were also polite and courteous. Overall for us, the location was the main priority for our stay and therefore, for this reason, I would recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to book purely for the location to Masjid Al-Nabwi.

The price was too much for the hotel. Also, my train to Makkah was 4 hours after check-out time and I asked the reception staff if my checkout time could be delayed by a few hours which they refused to accommodate, therefore, this was the only downside from the overall stay.

Loved the view from our apartment, very close to Masjid Nabwi and Jannat ul Baqi. a lot of restaurants and shops on a walking distance. staff was very helpful and full of assistance. available 24/7. Highly recommended

Nothing as such however would recommend them to also have omelet station at the breakfast.

breakfast ; was not as I expected it to be not so many options as a main dish there were many salads and these things the only interesting thing i wanted to try is sausages thats it!!! and the rest of the menu was not that much so please work on offering more options for different tastes

Stunning hotel – and the best location ever ! The hotel is bang opposite – Roz E Pak – Green Dome – and every prayer I was lucky and blessed to pay Salaams and walk straight into the hotel. What even made our stay memorable were the amazing Super stars @ the hotel. The lady who checked us in - in spite of being a packed house – ( The lobby literary was flooded with people ) she checked us in a flash. The Breakfast TENT – was unbelievable – what a view from there and the décor was simply outstanding – the breakfast menu was sumptuous and tasty Also the superstars were the housekeeping team on floor 4 – Liton and Rakib – they were thorough professional in their works !

Location, Cooperative Staff, early check in, Breakfast Hall Level 2 which calls Hijazi Camp. Awesome with Haram view while you in for breakfast. More than 20 items in breakfast option. Fresh and delicious. Location is very near which is next to Gate 38 if i am not wrong. Easy access to jannatulbaqi, Roza Rasool, Gate 38. Ladies gate little down in 10 min walk but not bad. You can reach and catch the Prayer even if you leave the hotel hotel during Azaan. Lots of shops are in surrounding area. Welcome Arabic Coffee and fresh Dates including Ajwa everyday after Zuhar paryer when you enter from the main side door.

Our room had a beautiful view of the Masjid e Nabawi and haram. And it was a super short walk to the masjid boundary wall. Even though this is the ‘back’ side of the masjid, it was perfect and the view of the people lining for the Rawdah, the green dome and masjid itself, the masjid courtyard with it’s beautiful folding canopies at sunset… and the joy of being able to quickly get to the mosque for prayers… Alhamdulillah, wonderful stay!

Just know there aren’t as many mainstream restaurants on this more modest side of the mosque enclave. But we were happy with the shawarma and karak tea from a hole in the wall a couple of buildings away. Being close to the masjid e Nabawi and having a stunning view of the mosque was well worth it.
