The hotel completely exceeded my expectation. The entire atmosphere, location, room quality, and staff are just perfect. The place is very quiet being located at the corner of 5th avenue. You can find everything nearby such as supermarket. The room is very spacious and clean. It is not smelly like some other hotels. Talking about the staff, they are all friendly and helpful. The guy(forgot to ask his name) explained to me how to use Radio Taxi app, and Daisy definitely won the employee of the year. She made sure that the guests are okay. This will be my home away from home.

Absolutely nothing.

Beautiful spacious room with kitchenette (coffee maker, microwave, sink, refrigerator), TV and Alexa too. Pool view. Checked in at 3am no problem. 3 blocks from nice beach, half block from 5th Ave lined with restaurants, bars, tiendas. Fantastic staff- Daisy, Albida, Juan, Miguel, Sylvia plus the maids who were in daily for a quick clean. I thank you all for making it a super comfortable stay.

The location was excellent, right around the corner from 5th Ave. The only noise was the neighbour's rooster at 3am onwards and the occasional dog barking. Daisy was an excellent help along with the security door men. We had to ask them to skim and turn the filter on the pool. It is small and fresh. The patio furniture was good. Our room was a junior suite so quite spacious.

We only had cutlery in our kitchenette, no knives, can opener ect. We bought a knife. We had to keep asking for toilet paper. 3 gals need more than one roll.... The rooster but that is not the fault of the hotel.

Great value for the price. Nothing special, but large, comfortable, quiet, and clean. Great location, staff not overly friendly, but still professional.

There was no switch or remote for the fan. Although there was an air con, it was on the coldest setting and wasn’t terribly cold, but comfortable enough.

The bed, the room had air conditioning and the swimming pool was good but a little small.

The rooster on the other side of the road across our room. He kept waking us up everyday very early in the morning. That was annoying because we never had the chance to stay late in bed.

Location was great, around the corner from 5th Avenue, close to restaurants and cafes as well as the beautiful beach. Daisy was so lovely and helpful, really appreciated her welcome.

The pool was small and due to surrounding buildings, hardly any sunlight for sunbathing.

Love the size of the junior suite, huge for us couple. Bathroom is large, bed is comfy, smart tv, have appliances i.e blender, microwave, fridge, cutleries & plates. Huge wardrobe too! Staff was amazing and super helpful. There was also alexa which was a neat surprise!

However, it would have been great if there were cooking appliances (pots & pans) since the kitchen is big with plenty of space. There were no clothes hanger to hang clothes to dry after swimming/diving/beach trip, either in the bathroom or the balcony. A simple line across the shower stall is enough. To add, the dining chairs were the rattan type and can be hard and slightly uncomfortable to sit on for long period.

The window in bedroom didn't close completely so always noise from outside, there is a neighbour with a rooster who crows a lot and a constant level of noise

The hotel staff were wonderful and incredibly helpful. They went out of their way to help us in what we needed. It is close to 5th avenue with all the shops but not so loud to hear all the music playing late at night.

We had a newer unit and their was some problems with the shower door, phone, etc. They were quick to fix these things. They need a better water heater for this unit-it is separate-because it would not accommodate 4 people showering one after another with hot water. That is when they explained it was a new unit and they were still working out some of the problems.

first I would like to note Daisy- the amazing recipients, she was so kind, caring and helpful and now to the hotel- the room was spectacular, just like the Description on booking is having. the room was very clean, decorated with good taste and felt safe and comfortable. the bed was huge and comfy, the shower was big and with the right facilities, and the kitchenette room was amazing as well.

hahah the only thing which didn’t really bothered me but I would love to point out in case it can be changed-the phone ring in the room took me by surprise and I startled so yeah
