Close to airport and easy to get to. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was included and had great options.

Overall property was great. It was noisy, being so close to the airport. The staff seemed confused re: why we were checking out early & said me we couldn’t check out early because the booking was until the following morning. (we needed to check out at 530pm instead of the following morning, so booked 2 nights so we could have the convenience of relaxing at the hotel for the day / showering before our 15 hour red-eye flight back to Australia) I had to just leave the key at the counter & walk out as we had an international flight to catch.

Beds are comfortable with a very room and bathroom. I appreciated the location and how convenient it was to places like Ralph's, Chick-Fil-A, In-n-Out, etc.

The parking garage arm was broken and we still had to pay the $20 per day parking fee. For all I know, people visiting the hotel could have parked for free meanwhile paying guests had to find parking in an adjacent parking garage to the hotel. This created a slight inconvenience as the hotel parking directly located under the building had charging ports for our electric car. The adjacent parking garage did not.

Parking was difficult because I arrived at around 10 pm. Practically no space left, and the lot is very narrow, hard to drive through, and park. I also felt quite unsafe trying to get out of the parking area and back into the hotel at night as the area was totally abandoned and not especially well marked. Breakfast generates so much waste with non-reusable plates, cups, and cutlery. This really seems unnecessary.

Modern, clean rooms. Helpful receptionists. Not exactly close to the airport (got to take 232 and then change to LAX shuttle), but location is still pretty good. Quiet, feels safe at night, walking distance to Ralph’s and In-N-Out. There’s an indoor swimming pool and laundry room but we did not have the time to use. Microwave oven and ice machine are available in the common area. The waffle station, that it has 2 machines and there is a variety in flavours.

Need to sign up as a member to use free wifi.

A great, clean hotel for a quick stop in LA. The room was in good condition and the complimentary breakfast was wonderful! You also have multiple places for takeout food within 1-2 blocks from the hotel. They have a private parking garage that is right below the hotel and charged a reasonable price of $20/night. The staff was kind and very helpful when I forgot an item in the room after checking out. They were helpful in shipping it back to me, although it took a couple of follow up calls to ensure they had received the prepaid shipping label and sent it out.

The only minor complaint is that the floors in the room’s entrance and bathroom were sticky. Not sure if this is due to the floor’s top coating.

The bed was SO comfortable we had such a great sleep. The hotel is great for purpose as an airport layover hotel and the breakfast buffet was a lovely touch with the waffle maker. We had to linger all day for a 10pm flight and the staff at reception during the day were so nice polite and helpful. Really comfortable enjoyable stay.

I was actually planning on giving it a low review before I arrived for my stay due to whoever answers the queries through booking.com being so rude in their responses to genuine simple questions.

Overall good location, secure , rooms were clean and stocked.

We had a incident while we’re out , I received a phone call that the staff entered our room and searched our luggage to confirm who was occupying it . Completely unprofessional and I felt a HUGE violation of privacy. Upon returning that evening at 1am our key did not work to enter ( another inconvenience) . I spoke with the general manager Janis and she completely handled the situation promptly and professionally. Overall the hotel was good besides that situation.

Convenient location a 5 minute Uber drive from LAX airport meant a great option for an overnight lay over before a long international flight the next day. The room was spacious and comfortable for accommodating 3 adults and 3 large suitcases. Bathroom facilities were clean and modern. The bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. Buffett breakfast included in the price was generous and catered to all dietary requirements. Good to have Oatmeal, Cereal, yoghurt and fruit options, not just cooked bacon, eggs and waffles like at a lot of other hotel Buffett breakfasts. Was appreciative of the hotel holding our bags for a few hours post checkout so we could do some shopping before our next flight.

On arrival at reception however the front desk staff weren't overly friendly and quite short in their responses when processing my details. A little more enthusiasm and friendly disposition would have gone a long way. The rooms could be a little more soundproofed. Being on the 2nd floor with 3 or so floors above, it was quite noisy and echoing into our room. The stomping and banging noises from the people above at one stage sounded like bowling balls being rolled down a bowling alley.

The location to LAX as I had a very early flight the next morning. The hotel was in a great area and the facility was wonderful!

The lack of a shuttle to LAX. The presence of South Bay AirPort Parking in the adjacent parking structure right next to the hotel was greatly appreciated. Hotels so close to LAX should definitely have shuttle service as an added perk and convenience for their hotel guests.

Friendly staff, delicious breakfast, good water pressure in the shower are the top highlights of the stay. The gym also has a pelaton which is great!

I never like paying for parking but it seems to be a norm with every hotel in the area. I think breakfast could have lasted a little longer, instead of ending at 10am with the doors closed, it should have ended a little later like 1030/11am, especially for folks who like to sleep.
