Hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was a perfect size for my family of 4 and we love the proximity to LAX and the free shuttle to the airport.

The only reasons I did not give a 10 rating is that A: The shuttle stops running at 10pm. We arrived in LAX around 10:30pm after a LONG day of traveling on an airplane. We get our luggage and I call the hotel (almost 11pm) to be told that the shuttles no longer run- so we had to pay and extra $60 for an Uber! I would think that with this being a hotel for mostly LAX travelers that you would offer transportation up until, say, midnight. B: No food was available that late for us hungry, weary travelers.

I love my room the cleanness the space the frig , microwave the sink that sits to the side of the television. The desk with the remote control ceiling fan with the television on the side the walk in shower . Breakfast was wonderful and complimentary

I got to the hotel after 11am and there was no room available some hotels have early checkins I notice some people had been waiting for a room since 7am in morning. I usually stay at the Hilton no matter how early I arrive i can always check in and get a room however, someone recommended this hotel so stayed . I uber to the mall to waste time once i got back i w as able to check into a room . Also there was no gift shop and that is important to travelers

The location to our event (Beyoncé)! The cleanliness! The daily breakfast was good too. Actual cooked food (eggs, sausage, potatoes toast bagels cereal.) Juice, coffee, soda. And a happy hour was great!

Everything was great except our tub kept backing up from the shower. That was bothersome. Also an extra charge per day for a suite was odd. I’ve never paid an extra fee to rent a suite from Hawaii all the way to NYC in my travels I’ve never paid a fee per day.

We liked that it was close to places we wanted to go , the room was clean, for being right across the airport we rarely heard the planes, we felt safe as no one without a room key cant go up the rooms in the elevator, people were nice, staff was always attentive and at service, they have room service.

The rooms are dated, wall paper was peeling off at some places, there was rust in the bathroom, the bathroom ceiling had air pockets, the pillows were trash, the room had a smell.

Exceptional breakfast! Matthew at the Front Desk was the MOST HELPFUL service agent I have EVER worked with. Our reservation was not correctly changed and he was able to adjust not only the room but also the price quoted within a few moments! He also was able to check us in early and having traveled for quite some time we were so appreciative. Kudos to your hotel for having such a wonderful customer service oriented employee!

The hotel front desk staff was great once we arrived at the hotel. I can't say enough good things about the front desk. The room was very decent. It was clean and everything worked as it should. Nothing was amazing but also nothing wrong. it was a nice room and an overall good experience.

The balcony was very small. If I stayed at the hotel again I would not pay the premiums for the balcony. Contacting the hotel (with the number provided by booking.com) was impossible. It was very frustrating and is something that should be addressed and improved. Taking into account the great don't desk staff, I wonder if the number is even correct.

Big hotel very close to LAX airport, and with accessible parking. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds. Very nice breakfast. Great service at "egg counter"! Free cocktails at happy hour.

Hotel looked a little outdated, refurbishing would be recommended. We haven't used the swimming pool because it was very small and the water didn't look nice and clean.

The staff was amazing and very prompt and courteous

I didn’t get the 2 queen bed room like I booked and my son was uncomfortable in the pull out couch in the King suite…. The construction was a bit of a downer especially because of the set of elevators being down… I can see it’s going to look amazing once finished but still a couple of inconveniences

The room was spacious and the small balcony was a plus. I like the courtyard set up of this hotel, has an outside/inside feel to it. The breakfast was good and you can save on parking by parking out side on the street. Not far from the airport, beach, and places to eat.

The one room we had the two people staying there had bites the next morning. Alerted the staff, but not sure if much will be done. Took way too long to get our bags from storage during check in, they called the guy multiple times and finally when he came up he had to get the tickets and then go get the luggage. Parking is expensive, but we did skip that and used street parking.

A typical airport hotel. It's not right next to the airport, but apparently, nothing is at LAX, so this one is as good as it gets. The room was clean and well-sized (at least by LA standards). Comfortable bed, good shower. All the usual stuff in the bathroom, without any luxuries. The breakfast was decent. The airport shuttle was on time. Typical, professional staff at the reception.

The building has an indoors-courtyard structure; the center of the building is a huge well (covered on top), and all rooms are located at the perimeter and face that well. This creates the usual problems: (1) noise travels through the well to all rooms, and (2) for those who sleep in living rooms, the only thing that separates them from the well and the rest of the hotel is a big window. That's unpleasant, even if you cover it with a (not entirely blackout) curtain. Those who sleep in bedrooms face the outer wall of the hotel, so they don't have this problem.
