The Staff were amazing, they looked after us perfectly, with attention to our every need… faultless! Vyaana is located on the beach with great views across the turquoise sea to Gili Meno; very tranquil and relaxing. It is within easy reach of many eateries. The resort provided bicycles so we could tour the island with ease. Definitely worth a visit!!

I wasn’t aware that all hotels on Gili don’t have ‘hot’ water. The shower was tepid, but it was actually very refreshing. Nothing to complain about, loved it!

Vyaana is in an ideal location on the beachfront for the sunset and peaceful days, away from the busier side of the island, however only a ten minute cycle to the beat snorkelling points! We also discovered if you walk along the beach to the right by 5 minutes there is another great reef. The staff were all very friendly and the room was very clean and comfortable, especially for an island stay! We did a walk round the whole island and Vyaana definitely have one of the best pools! Make sure you try the banana pancakes for breakfast!

Only tip would be to shower before 7pm before the hot water runs out!

The place is beautiful, the bungalow is perfect, they have a sky open bathroom - amazing- the perfect location for sunset and a great swimming pool!

No alcoholic drinks: Although we didn’t miss it, maybe if they offer alcoholic option we will consume more in the hotel - dinner and lunch.

Loved this place. Beautiful helpful staff. Small complex. Large bungalows with plenty of space. Gorgeous outdoor bathroom. Comfortable beds and very clean with good storage space. Nice beach and pool area with plenty of chairs to lay on. Beautiful sunsets. We stayed in both the bungalow and upstairs villa. Both were fabulous. The villa had a huge balcony and was great for people/sunset watching and having dinner or drink at night but we also loved the bungalows which had plenty of space and gave us all that we needed.

Wifi was a little hit and miss but we really had no issues. Would love to have had some sheer curtains on bungalows so you could have a little more privacy in the daytime.

The swimming pool was perfect for young kids (3 and 6) with three different depth levels allowing them to stand comfortably. It is hands down the best pool on the island. Also, the proximity to the beach is perfect and it has the best sunset views. They had a bicycle for the 6 year old which he loved riding around the island with us while the little one sat in the child seat provided.

With 2 young kids (which stayed free) they had to sleep in the king bed with us. It would have been nice if they had their own bed but this was at an extra cost. The room would have also been very tight if another bed was added. (Deluxe King Room). They do have one family suite but it was unavailable.

Lovely small resort located on a quiet corner of Gili Air - location was fantastic - about 5 minutes walk to the best bars and resturants to watch the spectacular sunset. Excellent snorkling off the beach. Resort was recently renovated - the rooms were beautiful and the pool area was really fantastic. The rooms had everything you needed, mosquito nets for the night and airconditioning which was needed for the hot afternoons. The pool was very refreshing and we spent most afternoons there with our friends. The staff were exceptional - were there to help with anything we needed, and we loved the added touches they provided - the night time treats, and bathroom essentials. There were also bikes supplied for guests to get around the island. We had a really great time - thanks Vyaana!

Everything was incredible. The staff was incredibly kind. The location was absolutely the best among all the islands. I’ve been to the Gilis before and I knew I wanted to stay on the quiet west coast of Gili Air. The sunrises and sunsets were lovely on the beach, and you could get around the entire island on a bicycle easily. Things are a little quieter in the wake of Covid but everybody is so grateful to see travelers and most places are open. The breakfasts here were outstanding, huge plates of fruit and coffee and the means included oddly delicious soufflé like pancakes. The pool has a view of the ocean and is incredibly peaceful and relaxing. I actually went scouting to investigate some other hotels along the same stretch of beach and I strongly preferred Vyaana.

The hotel is located on the beach. You can enjoy your breakfast in the sand, in front of the sea, which is absolutely great. The breakfast in itself is really good (you can choose from the menu). The staff is extremely helpful and kind. Very discreet but very very nice. They can help you arrange anything you want - we had a massage on the beach at night which was fabulous. The rooms are really nice, well decorated and spacious. There are free bikes to go around the island. Me and my partner spent three nights there and we had an amazing time.

Everything was absolutely perfect I wish we could have stayed longer in gili air.

Beautiful quiet part of the island. Very clean rooms and area. Very kind groundsmen who took My luggage down to the port as I don’t agree with the way the horse and cart are used for transporting people and luggage.

I stayed in many places on Gili Air and whilst I loved the location and attention to detail in the room it was very expensive compared with other places. Breakfast was served on the beach which was lovely touch but I didn’t think the breakfast was very good.

This property is absolutely beautiful and very peaceful, the staff were so attentive and friendly. The staff turned down our bed at night, left homemade cookies and a bedtime story. It was a wonderful personal touch. The room itself was beautiful and comfortable, it is so nice to shower outside looking up at the palm trees. Although the beach isn’t swimmable in front of the hotel, it is a very short bike ride to beaches that are and the hotel provides beaches free of charge. The breakfast was amazing (some of the best French toast I’ve ever had) and it was really nice waking up on the quiet side of the island and having breakfast on the beach. We loved our stay and would absolutely return.
