Very friendly and attentive stuff, we felt very welcome. The hotel is located in the city center but in the internal yard away from the busy streets. Breakfast was excellent, many different choices.

The walls are very thin and you can hear everything from other rooms, even the most intimate sounds in the middle of the night. The doors need to be slammed to close which also prevented us from a good night sleep almost every night. I think this should really be improved and it is a pitty, since the hotel is in a quiet location but rooms are not quiet.

Breakfast buffet was made up of numerous dishes, fruits & salads. Room was able to receive some English language programmes. Staff were always helpful and willing to help/

On Tuesday 17/09/2025 I had booked a day tour to Tatev. Meeting time was 7:00 a.m. so I requested a wake-up call at 6:00 a.m. This was not forthcoming and fortunately I woke up in time to take the tour. This oversight could have meant that I missed joining the tour and consequently would have lost my payment. I cannot understand why the price of my room changed from day to day. I only noticed this once I had returned home.

Hotel is fantastic. Staff is very friendly and always available to help. I liked that the housekeeping service was always available and if the guest does not want to be disturbed in the morning, the cleaning service can be requested later during the day. Breakfast was delicious.

Although the hotel is located very close to the two main streets, one might get a bit lost especially if he/she is an outsider because the taxis won't drop the guest right in front of the hotel. The two main streets are just a few steps away, but if the guest is an outsider he/she might have a bit of a trouble finding the hotel. I guess it would be easier with the complimentary airport transfer provided by the hotel. I did realize that I should have booked it.

Hotel located in courtyard, difficult to find, no sign, had to park outside on the street, walk find the Hotel and got barely explanations to get there, no map, as it would be normal, for them but not for outsiders, I was not the only one other guests had issues to. I asked the receptionist if they have a nap with explanations on their web page he said he didn't know he was never in it. That was the wrong answer. So staff is good but not good trained in answering. I checked with them to find a restaurant. I had the name, and they both looked on their phone maps and paper maps to find it. They are not prepared for this. One of the receptionists did smell strongly transpiration. You saw he didn't have a shower on the hairs. He was not groomed, that can not be, if so, use deo or perfume.

Our stay at Nova Hotel was quite enjoyable. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, thanks to the friendly and helpful staff at the reception. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay. The highlight was the breakfast, which exceeded expectations, especially considering the price. The hotel's convenient location, just a 10-minute walk from Republic Square, made it easy to explore the city. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay at Nova Hotel. It offers good value for money and is a recommended choice for travelers visiting the city.

Nothing much. The only thing that we thought they could improve is probably the showers. I am happy with the overall stay and will choose this hotel, if we are visiting Yeravan again.

Our three-night stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived and found a welcoming handwritten note on our bed, it was clear that guest satisfaction was a top priority. Clean, stylish, and attentive to detail, this hotel provided an excellent balance of aesthetics and functionality, making for a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Excellent breakfast, spacious room, comfortable bedding. The location is OK. It’s a bit farther than some of the hotels to the main area of town. Armenia is a very safe country and the crime rate is super low. We felt very safe at the hotel and every place else in the country.

Because of the oddball times that flights arrive, we showed up at 0400 in the am. We had to pay for a whole extra day because of the arrival time. Lots of flights arrive very early to Yerevan… thus, there should be a small break for only half a days room rental. Also they forgot to pick us up at the airport so that delayed our arrival and deceased our sleep.

1- Cleanliness: very clean hotel especially the rooms. Especial thanks for the cleaning manager. 2- Location : 5 minutes walking from any attraction in Yerevan, near many coffee shops and restaurants. 3- Staff are very friendly and willing to help in all matters.

Nothing. Although some might say that the hotel is not located on the main street, I believe this works to its favor because it's calm, which is particularly helpful for people who want to relax.

When traveling, I like to stay at local boutique hotels as much as I can. Nova was a lovely experience. The location was great, walking distance from the republic square, as well as many shops, restaurants, and supermarkets. It is in-between local houses which is nice, even though it can be dark when going out at night, it feels very safe and calm. The beds were comfortable, everything was clean, and they had bidets (shatafah) in all washrooms!! Which was a very pleasant surprise!! The breakfast can be improved, and made more efficient. Nothing to complain about, it is clean and diverse. It is very nice to see a local business hire so many students. Many of the staff were in university to be doctors and even one a physicist! Good location with rather quiet surrounding, nice rooms, clean, very attentive and friendly staff. Excellent value for money when you‘re in Yerevan for a few days.

The view is really a little downside (backyard, other people’s balconies, etc.). Regarding the room I do assume that my expectations were a little too high having read all the reviews….
