I recently stayed in a hotel apartment located on the 5th floor of a building in a very prime area of Yerevan. The apartment was impressively big, clean, and spacious, providing a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Its location is fantastic, offering easy access to grocery stores, cafes, the metro, and the main attractions of the city. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Yerevan.

The air conditioning was not cooling enough, which made the stay less comfortable during warmer days. Additionally, the plumbing fixtures in the bathroom were not in good condition, which was a bit disappointing.

The location is great, everything is nearby: metro, SAS supermarket, park, opera, cascade and it's just a short walk from republic square. The apartment had everything we needed and it was in good condition: hot water, AC, wifi, cooking stove, fridge, hairdryer and washing machine. Check in / check out and communication with the staff were smooth. It was convenient to pay in advance via booking (some other apartments take cash or prepayment via bank transfer).

If neighbors are loud, you'd hear them. It didn't bother us too much though.

The location was excellent. Walking distance to Republic Square, the shops, supermarkets, nice restaurants and so much more. The apartment is nice and clean. the cooking facility and washing machine were very helpful for our long stay. We were 5 families travelling together and it was the best option for group travelling. we really enjoyed our stay. if we go back to Armenia this is the only place we will choose. Above all of that, the staff were friendly, helpful and great. They kept communicating on WhatsApp to be sure, you were having a pleasant stay. They were very quick to respond to any query.

Although the apartment was renovated and in good condition, the building was very old and the entrance required a full revamp it is not in good condition as it looks in the pictures. There were a few steps before access to the elevator which we had to take our suitcases and it wasn't easy. There isn't any reception desk in the building to help you immediately so if you need help with your suitcases, either you should arrange it before your arrival or wait for them to send someone. We were shocked at our arrival, however, when we got to our apartment, we felt better.

Hotel apartments at a high level, high cleanliness..and in the city center..everything is next to you..restaurants, shopping malls, parks..a very upscale area..for the staff, the utmost taste and respect, and they agreed on two beds without fees..meaning they are very, very respectful..I recommend With it and with force.. especially the families.. the next visit is sure to be with you

The location was absolutely amazing, very close to supermarket, Republic Square, Cascade , restaurants and cafe. The room was very cute and cozy, there were facilities to cook if you feel for it. The room was clean and the stuff was helpful and responding.

About cones ...what I didn't like was probably the mattress..Instead of being one queen bed , those were two single mattresses close to each other..and there was no frame to hold them strict together.. Well, for the style it was ok, but when your suppose wants to hug you while sleeping he will end up in a hole between two mattresses 😂

Very nice location, in the center close to markets and restaurants. Beautiful apartment, kept warm and cosy during the cold weather. Very clean and great for a family. Host very quickly responded and the check in was easily done.

The hosts were incredibly helpful and welcoming, even if I didn’t meet them in person. The apartment is huge, comfortable and very clean. They even came to clean it during my stay even if I was only there for four nights. A great experience.

Very big room. Clean. KItchen has everything you need. You have parking on the street but discuss with the guys where you rent the car to pay for the parking in Yerevan.

The apartment is great. I also enjoyed the location. The view from the window is amazing.

There is nothing I did not like. The stay was very good.

Self check in was easy and convenient, with staff on hand 24 hrs to answer any questions. Apartments were modern, large and comfortable, with all that we needed for our stay. Will definitely be back!
