I like almost everything. The breakfast was way beyond what I expected (and had at other comparable hotels I've paid more for). The water stations were a plus.

Being pointed out the best place to access the elevator from outside. My Mom can't walk far. The handicap parking to lobby was too far for her. Even lobby to elevator was rough. Finally figured out which outside door was close, but there was no handicap parking. Parked as close as we could. That was the only thing I didn't like about our stay. I will stay there again when traveling by myself.

Customer service was superb! Cain was excellent to deal with, & follow up on our stay. The entire staff from maids, food, and front desk where excellent in insuring we had a good stay and all our needs where met. So appreciated, Thank you!😊

nothing really, I felt is was centrally located to everything. Love that there was was a starbucks right next door!

We really were impressed with the kindness of the office staff and cleaning Ladies all went aboveboard for service and they called us by name. We will stay there again soon

Breakfast better quality and would like to see a happy hour in afternoon, could be a small charge for wine, cheese and crackers maybe that would be lovely for sure.

Breakfast buffet was very good, and it was a welcome addition. The hotel itself was nice, clean and comfortable.

The only issue was the noise about us or in the hallways. Called the front desk and let them know but the problem still wasn't resolved. We had a sound machine with us, so it muffled some of the noise.

The location was great! The staff was amazing. Breakfast had a fantastic selection.

We stayed for 6 nights. The first few nights were pretty warm, but the air conditioner WAS SO LOUD we had to turn it off so it didn’t wake up the whole family. Then a few of the nights our room got pretty cool. We tried turning on the heaters, but THEY STUNK (like burnt hair and urine- ugh). Which resulted in our rooms being cold, so no one slept exceptionally well those few nights. The HVAC units were really the worst part of our stay, as running on no sleep with kids is not easy.

Fantastic breakfast! Great coffee; many, many choices of breakfast food. Delicious and hot. Very attentive staff and very clean tables and buffet area. It couldn't have been better!

Coffee in room. It was impossible to open the coffee filter...even the front desk could not open it. But, it caused us to go down for breakfast sooner than we planned. The breakfast was awesome!

Great location and good value for what we needed.

Breakfast items kept running out here and there like cups, silverware, napkins, coffee... then it took a while to find someone to assist. The gal at the desk was busy checking people in/out so other than that, it was a good breakfast.

The food was really good. Location was perfect and very pleasant.

Our room was rather dark. And bathroom was too small. We were there because of a family wedding in a nearby location and the bathroom was too small for comfortable preparation.

Easy of and early check-in after 11 hours on the road. Made my wife's birthday very special ( Bday card and basket of welcome goodies. ) Our bed was so Very comfortable as was the couch. Complimentary breakfast every day was delicious and well stocked ,helpful staff. Overall, the staff well represented the property on all levels.

Julien at the front desk was incredibly nice. But honestly, every single person on the staff was very friendly and helpful. You can tell they've all been trained within a company culture and it showed. Breakfast was great. Love the remodel they're doing. The rooms were done very nicely and incredibly spacious.
