The location is literally at the heart of Seoul. I like the staff, they were polite and attentive. I liked the amenities provided each day, we had plenty of water each day! Also the hotel smelled nice. Lastly, it was very convenient to have the subway station very close by.

I didn’t like the smell of the body wash provided, it had a masculine scent. I didn’t like that the pool closed too early. I didn’t like that the sauna was an extra fee. We didn’t like that there were no direct elevator to the subway which made it hard to use public transportation when we had our heavy luggages. I didn’t like that the closet lights couldn’t be turned off all night.

Our stay could not have been better - the rooms and facilities were excellent. The gym and sauna were exceptional and a real highlight for our short stay. However the staff were the real differentiator - the reception and porter team (it seems unfair to call such professional and helpful people porters but I don’t have another word!) were so kind and did their absolute best to assist us. I also spoke with the concierge to assist with mailing a package and with customer service to arrange luggage storage during a day trip and I could not have had a better experience. The team were exceptional in every way!

Elegant place to stay, not perfect. Central location but with some limitations— see below. Bathrooms are nice and modern even if small and have no bathtubs.

1- Every weekend there are political demonstrations on the street of the hotel. They are loud and noisy. It is a hassle to navigate, especially if you’re coming by car from another part of town it can take you as much as 10 minutes to cover 1 mile. There are other hotel options nearby that avoid this inconvenience at a lesser cost 2- For the price, the hotel does not offer a true five star service. 3- Service is efficient but not very warm. 4- I expected a more cosmopolitan approach to the hotel (e.g. food, service) but during my stay 95% of the guests were locals 5- Small rooms in a trapezoidal shape with very odd decorative choices that encumber movement. The hotel location is simply amazing, the 6701 coach from incheon airport drops you off right at the hotel. Transportation links (metro) are literally on the doorstep. Rooms are spacious compared to most, above all the hotel staff was my favourite went above and beyond for me, all of them spoke VERY good english so any inquiry i had was easily understood.

Korea is know for its protests and with the location being at city hall, many of the huge gatherings take place near the hotel. luckily they are well organised and end at about 7pm. So if you like to sleep in during the day it might bother you

I had wonderful experience, also that area is my early, young life place with a los of memories. I really happy to see that area have a lots of improvement. When I visited korea ,always stayed with families place. This time I wanted to stayed alone to see and feel about seoul. so far I'm happy 😊

So, noisy! I had headaches few times doing a this visit . They shouting, after shouting, on and on never ending with all day. It was so sad 😥 !!!

The staff were extremely helpful before we arrived, answering any questions promptly and provided helpful information on what to do in Seoul for our first visit. Upon arrival there was an amazing Christmas display which really set the mood for our stay. Check in was easy and the staff helpful after a long flight. The room was lovely and provided us with more space than expected and allowed us to be very comfortable during our stay. Breakfast was great with ample variety and choice daily. Location was a highlight, overlooking Seoul City Hall and Deoksugung Palace. Namdaemun Market and Myeongdong were a 5-minute walk away. Excellent amenities at the hotel with the flower shop providing amazing Christmas decorations (at time of stay) and the Boulangerie - a delicious bakery. Overall a great introduction to Seoul from an excellent hotel

We loved everything about our stay at the Plaza. We are frequent travellers and it is safe to stay it is one of the best properties we have stayed. Location was brilliant - a 8 minute underground walk to the centre of Myeongdong. Also really close to other tourist attractions with the metro line right next to it. Breakfast buffet was a delight. The staff were really hospitable and went out of their way to make our stay wonderful. We will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay in Seoul.
